Love this shop. Wonderful lotions and body crimes. Beautiful candles. It smells Devine in there.Their clerks were knowgelabe and very kind.

Great selection of soaps. Note, always go early in the season to get the latest scents. The evening is always good, normally less than 10 people which makes it nice not having to fight the crowd.

Greeted as soon as I walked in and they knew exactly what I wanted. Gave me sale prices with out coupons inleft at home!

Check ingredients of body sprays. Most if not all products are highly flammable. Alcohol denate should not be used on our skin or isobutane which are common ingredients in bath and body works body and perfume sprays. Protect yourself!!

The Clay Terrace store has been refreshed and updated making it brighter, fun, enjoyable to shop there. The staff is excellent! I had a small problem with some predicts that rang up incorrectly and didnt realize it until I got home. I popped back into the store later that evening with my receipt and it was resolved quickly with no issues, a very friendly and happy-to-help attitude. Karen was awesome!!!!

Karen was an amazing help at this location! I was able to find the best Mother’s Day gifts and even some treats for myself. They have really expanded their reach of products here. It shocked my friends and I! There are awesome deals to always be on the look out for, and make sure to get full sized things! Definitely worth the price, especially with the “Buy 3, get 3 free deal” that they always seem to be doing. They even somethings expand this deal to more “fancy” products.

Friendly staff, good sale going on. I wish the company would have better fragrances in their product line. The new stuff just has too much going on; too many fragrances mixed in and, to me, it just doesnt smell good. So I stick with the older fragrances.

Was the worst experience Ive had at Bath and body works. Usually I go and take my time smelling stuff and picking out different things. I take my time and its what Ive always enjoyed about their stores no matter which one. This particular store had pushy sells people and they followed us around everywhere trying to sell stuff. I couldnt relax and definitely didnt buy anything. Was a complete turnoff. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

I come here often. The last few times I was in I came to return some items. Both times dealt with a middle aged woman, very short hair, kind of tall. Did not get her name nor look. I just know this woman is rude and makes me feel like I am doing something wrong every time I come in there. I live in Carmel and will drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on. This time since I had an online order I could only get the return amount on a gift card...... Tell me how much sense that makes. I obviously told her thats not correct seeing how i had the invoice (the receipt) but she told me I did not have a receipt? Then all of a sudden she was able to give me cash back ....... So basically it could not be put back on the debit card I used I had to get the amount put on a gift card, oh wait maybe she can give me cash back.... (Looking at me as if Im stupid) And she did. Just because I am a younger lady does not mean I do not know the return policy.
