I love this store in general. But when it comes to returns STAFF usually give me some sort of attitude. There was a girl who was too busy talking to her manager and then she gave me the attitude about my return. Ulta is way better about accepting returns

Great, patient, expert assistance from Susan to each of the four of us family members today. All of us had different wants and needs, and Susan gave us individual, extended attention. Best experience in any cosmetics purchase ever.

I love Sephora and was super happy when this one opened as it’s now the closest one to me. However, my friend and I went to this one and we were looking around and we kept getting asked if we needed help which we told them the first time we didn’t. We just wanted to look around and find what we needed. I felt like we were being followed and watched. We also couldn’t try out the testers which I understand with the Covid but it’s hard to find a shade match on a clear plastic palette without blending it into the skin. I just want to shop for my makeup and if I need help I will be more than happy to ask!

This store is my absolute favorite in the area. With COVID its so hard because we all want to feel connected. The girls at this store do just that! They want to make sure that you are taken care of to the fullest. Chris is incredible. Hes doing an awesome job. My girl Mimi is always showing me something new and getting me to step outside my comfort zone. I love all of the humans that work here. Can you become a regular at Sephora?

The employees were friendly yet a bit overly helpful. Felt like i couldnt browse around without them constantly checking on me. I just wanted to walk around in peace. Small store, too many employees and few customers.

I have been in this specific location numerous times since opening. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone that works here. Now I get the other reviewers stating that they were asked numerous times if they needed help, but if you have been in any other Sephora, you would know this to be the norm. COVID has messed up a lot for testing makeup, but thats not singled out at Sephora. Again, this store and these employees have been nothing but pleasant. They carry more than the other Sephoras in the city and they seem to get the newest releases quicker too.Anyways, thanks Sephora and everyone at this location!!!!!

Absolute profiling at this store. I visited this Sephora a few days ago & was followed around & harrassed the entire time. Employees consistently checking on me in a very obnoxious “we’re watching you” type of way. I’ve never experienced this before. Terrible shopping experience. I don’t know who those girls think they are, but they clearly peaked in high school & are still carrying out their mean girl, bully attitudes. Grow up.
