I had a great experience twice here 100% because the cashier, Cheryl, was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. When I walked into the store she genuinely greeted me, both times. She was extremely friendly, helped me update information on our rewards card, and overall provided an experience that is getting rarer these days. I only visit Carmel, but if I lived here I would start going there regularly just because she made it nice. I really appreciate an employee who actually wants to make customers feel welcome. Thank you Cheryl, I really appreciate these small things that people do! Ill see you the next time Im around Carmel!
Front store employees are super nice usually! Pharmacy not so much. One pharmacist who works nights is extremely rude. Not sure of her name.
Pharmacy is very unprofessional! I walked up to the counter to pick up my prescription. I could hear employees utilizing profanity about work related issues. The gentleman who try to find my prescription could not fine it and needed assistance. It took ten minutes for staff to realize he needs assistance. Lastly, I needed to speak to the pharmacist about ways to utilize my prescription. She appear to be frustrated and unwelcoming.I would expected not to hear profanity in any location when I am trying to refill my prescription. I would like someone to notice their employees needs assistance a lot sooner. And, I would like the pharmacist to give a welcoming greeting while explaining ways I need to utilize my medication.
Terrible pharmacy service. Antiquated systems.
A very nice place to get our vaccines done anytime we like + nice people at the counter when it comes to buying items from this very location! Highly recommend.
There is a one very rude CSA (customer service associate) at this location. He is a male and has quite an attitude toward many customers. I have witnessed this over the past year and it is terrible. I have finally decided that something has to be said. I am disappointed that Walgreens allows this kind of behavior. I have worked for Walgreens for 4 years now and I understand it take time to train but his behavior is inexcusable.
Went in to get my passport photos done. The employee was rude and clicked blur pictures. When I pointed out that the picture was blur and since I needed the pictures for government work, I would prefer if he could re-click the picture, he said it should work and made a face. Totally unprofessional and not recommended.
Its always nice to have a 24 hr convenient store. I have been going here for about a year regularly because I used to work thirds. Then, it was a quiet place to get snacks for my shift at 3am. Now its a helpful place to get ice cream for when Im sad lol.
This is very nice store. I come here when other pharmacies are closed to pick up medicine.
The gentleman who works the pharmacy during the night shift is always very friendly, helpful, and quick about his work. So I wanted to give him a 5 star review. Wish I knew his name atm so there could be no mistaking who I’m speaking of but I’m sure everyone who goes there and deals with him will know who I’m talking about. He’s the only one I ever see at the inside counter anyway.
TERRIBLE customer service & doesnt know what theyre doing. I ended up going to the Walgreens on E. 86th Street & they did the exact same transaction without ANY problems. The employees at this location need more training.
Had to pick up medicine for my granddaughter at 4 AM on 11/5. The pharmacist was able to pull the order from a closed Walgreens and filled it within 15 mins of my call. I had to call him back later for suggestions on how to get her to take the stuff as she hated the taste. He was kind and patient which goes a long way especially when you are caring for a sick child.
The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. The store is big and has many products. The pharmacy here has been fast and efficient
Requested a pharmacy refill for my brother and when we were picking it up they told us we cannot pick it up any sooner. We came back just to check the status of his medication and the pharmacy said they do not have any record of his pills when his prescription refill was only done one week ago, his prescription doesnt even consist of narcotics just the essentials antihypertensive and other heart medication. 1 star for bad customer service and losing prescription!
Horrible customer service, lost my prescription that my doctor called in and refused to work with me to fix it. Told my doctor that they didnt understand the dosage even though Ive filled it fine for the past year.
I drove over to use the clinic in Carmel (I live in Noblesville, and heard how great these clinics are) i arrived at 1:50..signed in, and it asked me if i wanted an apppointment at 2:00. Great, I thought someone canceled..sat there for 25-30 mins. At 2:20 NP come out and askes if i am (name) i said yes. She said, nit sure why computer gave you a 2:00 appointment, that was the guy that just left. She said the next available was 5:45. I was miserable with the flu, sat for 30 minutes to find out their computer made a mistake. Not my fault, she should have just seen me then, i wasted a drive and time. Not impressed!
24 hours of operation, really convenient
Excellent customer service!!! Helped us out in the middle of the night. Went above and beyond.
