We recently purchased a new mattress at the American Mattress store in Carmel, Indiana and cant say enough good about our experience. Keith Dillahay was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient while leading us through the process of considering various mattress options. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were trying to decide on which one would be the best for us. We will be passing his name along to others and will make any future purchases with him as well.

Upon entering American Mattress my wife and I were met with quiet, clean, and pleasant environment. Keith the manager of this particular store came over with a big smile and greeted us in a pandemic safe manor and asked how he could assist us. Over the course of the visit he had us try out mattresses while asking us detailed questions from budget to sleeping positions to if we had pets sleeping in the bed with us. With each question he fine tuned what mattress would be the best fit for us. After only testing out 4 mattresses, we fell in love with one. From there Keith helped us pick out pillows and assisted us with getting the correct base for the mattress. He was funny, easy to talk to, and was attentive the entire time. I had one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I would recommend Keith and American Mattress for any mattress needs you might have. Thanks again for your help Keith!

Keith on Rangeline is so amazing, just an absolute pleasure to visit every single time. We’ve bought two mattresses for our kiddos from him and have gone with his suggestions both times. He is conscious of price and asks quality questions to help us fine the right one for transitioning of kiddos out of a crib into their big kid beds.The store usually always has a few customers looking around and he always manages to handle everyone timely and calmly.He is the ONLY person I 100% trust to sell me something of quality and substances without hesitation. In today’s workforce it’s hard to find that expertise of knowledge and understanding of an industry and also level of customer care. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Keith greeted me and my partner at the door in a professional and friendly manor. Within minutes we were laying on beds determining what would fit us best. Throughout the process Keith never tried to push us towards more expensive products and even offered similar less expensive alternatives if we liked something but werent in love with it. I almost wish I had a reason to go back and buy more beds.

It was an amazing experience when purchasing my Full Size mattress with adjustable base from Keith at American Mattress in Carmel, Indiana. I had been shopping around for many months but unable to find exactly what I wanted. I went into the store multiple times, and each time Keith was incredibly patient while I tested each floor model and worked with me to make the experience as pleasant and productive as possible. Having many specific demands meant that I had to wait a bit longer for my delivery, and Keith made certain that I knew and was alright with the wait. I was given a delivery date and just prior I was even given a narrow window to enable me to plan other activities around it. The delivery went smoothly even though the delivery team had some room for improvement. Keith even reached out after delivery to ensure that I was satisfied. I have already referred 2 friends to see Keith at American Mattress.Working for a chiropractic clinic I know how imperative the health of your spine is, and this experience was not only educational but enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience at the Carmel American Mattress location. Keith was so patient with our need to find a mattress that would suit my needs as well as my husbands. We laid on so many mattresses. He earned every bit of this sale! He worked with us on price and was prepared to help us return the mattress we bought because it came much firmer than it felt in the store. I visited seven different mattress or furniture stores in Indianapolis. Keith at American mattress on Rangeline Road and 116th St. in Carmel was by far the best sales person.I returned to this American mattress three times, Because there was a mattress there that I liked, but it was out of my price range. Keith discussed the pros and cons of this more expensive mattress in comparison to others I had seen.Keith was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. In the end, I chose the mattress I liked best, knowing I had made the best educated decision, with Keith’s valuable input. Keith has a nice sense of humor, knows when to let the mattress customer be alone, and when to offer advice. He seems to like his job and is very customer oriented. AM is lucky to have Keith.Advice for customer: do consider the low profile “ box spring”.

I was overdue for a new mattress, like way overdue! American Mattress is near my home and I decided to start my search there. I read the raving reviews for Keith the salesman. As I went to the store, I was hoping that this popular Keith would be working. As luck would have it, he was. I could see quickly why he was so popular. He is laid back, had me try a few mattresses to find out what I liked. I felt a little like Goldilocks. This is too firm, this is too soft, this is just right! Keith guided me around the showroom suggesting different mattresses. This or this? This! That or this? That. Keith was an excellent guide, with a great sense of humor and no high pressure. Soon I had made all of my decisions. My mattress and fancy base were ordered. A day later, I was having buyers reconsideration. I went back and there was Keith. I told him my worries, he listened and he made the adjustments I was concerned about (without charge I might add).My mattress arrived today. Everything was just as Keith said it would be. From the real American Mattress truck in my driveway to the very nice (and very strong) men who delivered it, everything is perfect. I cant say that about many transactions. American Mattress is lucky to have Keith and I feel fortunate to have done business with him. He made sure that every detail of my transaction was to my liking. When does that ever happen? The answer: not enough in this day and age!
