I ended up having a mattress delivered to my new planned seasonal home only to learn that the new home was not what I was led to believe it would be. The mattress had been delivered and I was forced to not move in. I fully expected to have to find a way to store the mattress until I found new accommodations. Nope! I called a local Mattress Firm store and they immediately provided a full refund and scheduled the mattress to be picked up and returned to them. I was told to come back to see them when I was resituated and I could reorder a new mattress from them. They could not have been more helpful!!

I have purchased two mattress from this location, my main and my spare.The staff is knowledgeable and will help you find the best deal they can.Prices are very comparable to other locations. I tried finding a bed in a box and box spring to finish my spare bedroom and I would have paid the same price from Amazon but Amazons box spring required assembly.My main bed came with a free adjustable base.I used to wonder who ever even used matressfirm. But now I know. Its people who want the process to be easy.

I am trying to get a refund for a mattress that is only 11 months old. And its awful.i was there and the salesman was great until he realized he gave me the wrong prices. For an exchange I would have to spend over $900. Thats not right. I have been customer of Mattress firm for over 20 years. I am just very disappointed.

I shopped at several mattress store competitors, Costco, Big Lots, etc. When I stopped in at Mattress Firm Carmel Southwest, James Smith had just the right combination of knowledge, friendly customer service and professionalism. He was able to give me free delivery on my new mattress set and the sale price even though the sale hadnt started yet and when I told him I used to work at RCI, he told me they offered a 10% discount to their employees and even though I was retired he would give it to me anyway. He actually forgot this but when I remembered and called back, he was gracious enough to give it to me. Wonderful experience. We tried 2 other foam beds from somewhere else. Tried them out for 60 days (that was the limit for the return policy) Disliked both. In fact, the last one had my hips and lower back hurting terribly. Im talking, felt like I was 80, so stiff and sore! Weve had our Intellibed for 2 weeks and all my aches and pains are virtually gone! I literally feel like a new person and sleep so well! Thanks!
