I ordered a nutri bullet on line from Bed Bath & Beyond it was a great price and was delivered at the store quick...Pick up was awesome friendly customer service I was in and out swiftly..Never been to that one the added bonus was eating breakfast at First Watch Go you can shop then eat 2 for one 😀

Had what I was looking for and staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a large messy area at the back.of the store with several large red Clearance signs above stating 75% off clearance items. I picked through the mess and found around a dozen items I wanted to purchase. The items scanned at $12.99 to $19.99 which was regular price. I asked the cashier who asked the other worker at the front area who explained that some clearance items were being cleared out, not with a reduced price. I asked for the General Manager and he gave me the same explanation. How can items be in the Clearance pile at full price. I purchased none of the items and walked out. It is sad to see a store that was so much fun to shop look like a disheveled mess and like they are ready to close their doors.

Sad, just sad. Cant seem to find anything Im looking for. Its been that way for quite awhile now. I hope they get their act together, otherwise I fear their demise.

Rude customer service. I called to triple check for an item that I’m desperate to find and after I said that it says “out of stock” on their website, they immediately hung up on me. Good thing they’re going out of business! Good riddens!

Inventory is lower than usual but I found what I needed. Im wondering if the stores stock is low due to the holiday or Covid situation.

This is an embarrassment to the organization. The staff is always rude and ready to argue with a customer. Reflects horribly on the store management.

I love this store in general, but when your customer service is top notch, I am happy to give 5 star reviews. Every employee we passed was great at asking how we were doing without making us feel like we were being harassed. And the cashier made it a point to help me figure out which coupons I could use to save the most money. I will absolutely be back.

Manager seemed overworked or really annoyed, was not friendly with me or her employee. Stuff here is over priced imo even with their coupon scheme.And if you buy a bedding set, make sure everything is in it thats supposed to be before you leave. Mine was missing the pillow shams and they acted as if I stole them.

I dont shop at BB&B all that often but am always impressed with how well they move people thru the checkout area when it appears busy. Typically when I do shop there its because theres a specific item I want and they have a very competitive price.

Staff at this location was courteous and helpful. The worker I addressed walked me to the front of the store to show me the side heater I was looking for. The lady at the checkout counter was jovial greeting me and made small talk about the coming winter. Will be back at this location.

Great store with lots for most areas of the home. A must see for kitchen, bath, bedroom and generally all living areas of a home. Pricing is great particularly with coupons and there are tons of those in mailers and newspapers. Makes e vfc everything a DEAL!

But with the coupons you can get some good deals. I always shop here for that hard to shop for person, especially aroundChristmas. .

When I returned home with my purchases I realized it only part of my purchases had been put in my bag. When I called the store about it they said that I could come get my missing item anytime I wanted to. Well what if I lived an hour away? Went to store to start early Christmas shopping. Found a clearance bin for napkins, table cloths, etc. Dug in bin for about 25 minutes trying to find right sizes. Was quite surprised to find table cloths in the right fall colors for $3.00 and $1.99 as sale. Continued shopping and when I rent to register the table cloths did not show the same price as the stickers on the outside (not just one sticker but two on package said the same price). Was told that they were marked wrong and they could not sell for that price, I asked to see a manager, he stated they were marked wrong but it was not my fault and he would honor the sticker prices. Because he honored the sticker prices I went ahead and purchased my Christmas items for a sale to BB & B for almost $400.00. Great job was done for BB&B by this manage, Chris Scweppe.

Same old, same old

I had a horrible experience. I was gifted a 4 set dish set by Noritake Colorwave and was told that it had a lifetime warranty if anything ever broke or chipped I could bring it back in and get it replaced. I have replaced two plates before over the last 6 years. My husband came in and dropped off a recently broken plate and they said they didnt have it in stock and took his name and number to call when it came in to come in and exchange. I called after not hearing for months and the manager who answered said she didnt have time to talk to me and to call back later. So I called back later and was put on with another manager who said she didnt know what I was talking about and acted like I was lying. She then went on to have a conversation with an employee in the middle of our conversation as I patiently waited. She said she would call me back over a week ago so I took matters into my own hands and called Bed Bath and Beyond general customer service. She however was very friendly and called the store to get the big picture of what was going on. She called me back promptly and said that they did have a lifetime warranty but they dont carry the Noritake in stock anymore so that it why they could not exchange in store. She gave me yet another number to call 800-REPLACE. When I called them they told me that they dont cover Bed Bath and Beyond warranties they just offer products not sold in stores anymore to replace and offered to replace my plate for retail cost of $14. She then gave me ANOTHER number to call which was Noritake itself and they said that they have a lifetime warranty as long as they are producing the plate that they will replace at 50% retail value with free shipping. So after being tossed around 5-6 times between different managers and places I got my plate and bowl ordered through Noritake. Long story short is DO NOT BUY FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES.
