My European wife knows this place well.Much cheaper than Disneyland, and her happiness is huge!She owned a Bakery in Europe years ago.There is something special about Kolache dough.I am very impressed.Its a 20-minute drive for us, and we will be back!

Awesome experience and great prices. They give you a discount for ordering a dozen and thats the perfect size for sharing. Youll have to share with anyone youre with because these rolls are so good! Instant service and with a coffee shop vibe its a great place to stop on your way to somewhere.

Pretty good but not what I expected. Its not super sweet like a donut or anything nor do they have any that come in something like chocolate or vanilla, so dont expect that like I did. I got a cherry, peach (even though I asked for strawberry), and cream cheese. My favorite was the cream cheese but they were all pretty good. I also got a smoothie which was also pretty good.Theyre decently sized and the dough is great, the middle filling might be too much all at once but regardless it still tastes good. I want to go back and try their more savory kolaches, like the cheeseburger one. Id recommend stopping by and trying some, just dont expect them to be like a dessert, theyre more like a snack or light meal depending on what you get.

The staff was nice.The place was clean and organized.Small issue with our coffees not being labeled and being a bit indistinguishable from one another but the caffeine still did its job so no star taken away.The food was good. Particularly love the Jalapeno Popper kolache! Unexpected delight.

Good place to stop for some tasty coffee at a bit less than Starbucks prices. They have a few different types and flavors on hand. I tried the pecan flavored one and enjoyed it. The place is super clean and upscale, but the staff seem a bit impatient or indifferent.

Stopped by yesterday on my way to visit my son. Stepped to counter for my snack and she said “buy3 get 3 today”! Oh great so I picked out 6 (all delicious I might add). I said “well if they’re buy 3 get 3 I might as well do 6 more” and take them to my son as well. Picked those out and had them boxed separately. Order rang up to approx $28. I paid thinking that was quite a bit for 6 kolanche but okay… got my receipt and looked at it in the car. Went back in because I was charged for 9. She explained the buy 3 get 3 was for only 3 to a customer… Not a huge deal but I’m so tired of dishonest marketing ploys… it would have been so easy to tell me that when I decided to get the next 6. Now I feel a bit scammed…Update… change that to 3 stars… after reading your response, I dropped a star. Not looking for an apology as it’s not sincere. Easy to say you’re sorry. How about saying you will train your employees better and make sure the customer is aware of the whole specifics rather than “it’s buy 3 get 3” OR if they hear a customer say” oh wow great deal so instead of 6 I’ll take 12”, maybe clue in that the reason they are getting double is due to the special. Not rocket science, just the right thing to do…

Went to Kolache Factory this week and it was mu first experience with bread filled with meat or just filling. I tell you what the experince was great. I got the bbq brisket which by the way I love brisket, but it was delicious, I also had the steak and cheese one not my favorite, not to flavor for me. The staff was great saw them keeping things clean while they had down time from the rush. so overall

I wasnt sure about this place from the pictures but it came highly recommended from a friend. So glad we tried it. My husband and I enjoyed it so much we came back the next day too. The bacon egg cheese, sausage egg cheese, cream cheese (similar to a cheese danish), and beef brisket were all great. The dough is soft and goes well with the variety of fillings.

These are phenomenally good and no other competition for them. The best ones in all of those good ones are Jalapeño popper (if you like a kick), bacon egg and cheese (great for breakfast), chicken enchiladas (wife’s special) and the TEXAS or polish hot! The buns are super soft and the filling is delicious. Have been a repeat customer since 2015. Please keep a watch on your time, they close early. Good things do not wait for anything.

Kolaches really arent that great. Very bland. The dough itself is good but the inside is mediocre. I got a cinnamon roll that tasted like it was from Sams Club.

Great place to try kolaches! They have variety of options to choose from. They have fruit kolaches and meat kolaches to hot and spicy flavors too! We tried peach kolache, sausage, cheese and jalapeno kolache, italian chicken kolache, sausage, egg and cheese kolache, and ranchero kolache and all of them tasted great and delicious! The fluffy pastry texture with meat inside was awesome and very tasty! We will try other flavors next time!

If you dont want your whole morning ruined please do not waste your time at this location. I love Kolaches and their stores but this one was a truly upsetting experience.The young women working were nothing but rude and short with me no matter how much I tried to be pleasant with them, despite them telling me I couldnt order the standard tray because they didnt have everything they needed for it. So I spent way too much money instead and was treated poorly on top of that.Very dissapointed and will be going to any other location than this one!!!!!

One of my favorite places. I dont get to have it often because the closest one to me is 45 minutes away so I always get like 4 boxes. Super disappointed to find out that they discontinue my favorite one. BRING BACK THE MEATBALL AND YOULL GET YOUR 5 STAR!!

Went at 6am opening on a Tuesday. No wait. Staff was quick and to the point. I felt he was hurrying like he needed to do something else but there was no other customers there. Kept stepping away to help other co-worker with the coffeee machine before and after we ordered. Marked the box to let you know which one was what. Ordered jalapeño popper, bacon/egg/cheese, sausage/egg/cheese, rancharo, and a cinnamon roll. Asked if we wanted the cinnamon roll warm, said yes. Warmed cinnamon roll, in the bag in microwave which melted most of the icing on the bottom of the bag. :(But Kolache’s were still yummy.No inside dining at this time due to Covid.

I took 2 dozen to work for breakfast. There were 10 of them and only 1 had ever tasted a kolache. Everybody loved them and I think they would have eaten 4 dozen if not more. They all wanted to know where it was located so that they could visit it themselves.

Very chic and busy too. Know what you want so the line moves quickly. The kolaches every last one are delicious. Texture, taste and whatever surprise you got in the middle 😋hmm soo mouthwatering. A most go for me and its 40mins away from my current place of abode.

Anytime we get a chance to drive south from where we live, we make sure to stop here! They always have lots of options to choose from which helps if you have a large family that all likes something a little different! Every single visit- Fresh with a capital F!

The Kolache Factory has a lot to offer. The basis of the restaurant is dinner rolls filled with various meat/cheese options. There are plenty of delicious choices. They also have good sweet treats. They are similar to a cream cheese/fruit danish except that they are more like bread than pastry. The coffee is good and they have a soda machine as well. The staff was friendly and did a good job.

Little balls of heavenly goodness. The Ranchero is still my personal favorite and my daughter likes the fruit topped options along with their fresh smoothies.

Sandwiches inside buns. Ham, egg, and cheese, to a ranchero beef combo that will be finished so fast you wont remember you ate it. Polish sausage Inside the dough, and for true breakfast lovers, sausage and gravy. It is biscuits and gravy with the sausage gravy Inside the biscuit. So Good. I havent found a bad flavor yet. A touch pricey, but when you need some carb filled comfort/soul food, head on over to The Kolache Factory.

Ordered 3 dozen dinner rolls-baked- for Thanksgiving. Didnt have a chance to check them until I was home. They were stale and hard. By then the store was closed.VERY disappointing and I wont trust them again.

I discovered Kolaches through my spouse exactly a year ago and it has never disappointed me. For those who dont know, Kolache is a soft fresh bun served with a variety of fillings ranging from meat to veggies. They are freshly baked and an absolute delight for breakfast. I personally love egg and cheese just for the sheer amount of cheese incorporated with eggs. The cream cheese Kolache is another good variety of kolache offered. Absolutely divine with coffee. They offer in store and curbside pick up only, you can order online to avoid any wait during COVID. Staff wears masks and for the many times I have gone in service is super fast and absolutely limited number of people at any given time. I do appreciate the effort here. Highly recommend, kolache is the best, lightest and most delicious breakfast in Carmel and Indiana!

I am not a bread person at all. I normally dont even eat dinner rolls if they are served. However the bread that they use to make the kolache is amazingly good. A lot of different flavors to choose from. I had a hot polish sausage and a sausage gravy. Both were delicious. Definitely worth trying.

I decided to stop at the Carmel Kolache Factory for breakfast today. I had never been but had heard good things about the food. I walked in and took a look at the menu. I noted a bunch of scribbled-out items, which is really odd and makes the place feel like a shady, cheap establishment. I looked past that, but they really need to reprint their menu rather than using a Sharpie if these items arent offered anymore. I placed my order, which was quickly filled. They even asked if I wanted it warmed, which I did. I picked up a sausage, jalapeño, and cheese roll and a sausage, egg, and cheese roll. I also ordered a small coffee. For $7, I think it was a decent amount of food and the coffee was surprisingly good for a quick service restaurant. I took a packet of salsa to go with the rolls and sat inside to eat. As I walked the dining room, I couldnt help but notice that the interior is in desperate need of paint and drywall repair. There were an excessively large number of gouges and areas of missing paint on the walls in the seating area as well as a fist-sized hole in the drywall under one of the windows. This combined with the artistic touch to the menu display was definitely off-putting. These are fairly basic operational maintenance items. Its almost like the general manager or franchisee wasnt taking their role seriously and were okay with the appearance of the restaurant. This is where the five-star rating turned into four stars. Overall, the food was quite good but the interior needs work. Ill probably return, but I hope they address some of the concerns Ive mentioned before then.

If you have never tried Kolache factory, you need to. The kolaches are delicious! Sometimes they get very busy and run out of flavors but I think people who come in and buy several dozen of 1-2 flavors need to call ahead so they can get more made. Even though I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for a flavor I wanted today, I got to enjoy it fresh out of the oven and the employee was very kind and apologetic for my wait.

Okay so when I heard about this place I was kind of skeptical. After going and filling my face with what I can only describe as filling pieces of gormet heaven I can say that I will be adding this place to my regular weekly stop and run through. Great menu. Great staff. Delicious.

Definitely worth checking out.Very interesting place. So lots of sweet ones, but it was the savory ones that made us crazy. Our recommendations are the hot polish (almost like a bagel dog but softer dough) and the jalepeno popper one (little balls...so delicious). We tried the cherry chocolate one, which was also tasty.I give it 5 for the awesome service, the overall taste of everything, and cleanliness of the dining area.

Made a trip back to Kolaches Factory this morning! We were pleased that they remembered us from our previous visit! They treated us like individuals not just a number in line to order. We live a little ways away and had called ahead to let them know we would be there due to having a large order...and everything was ready when we got there!! Thank you to the Kolache Factory for making our visits so pleasant! Not to mention the food is out of this world as always!

Once we tried it, were hooked! My favorite is the jalapeno sausage with cheese and their cinnamon rolls! Anytime Im up early enough in the weekend, its hard to resist.

What is magical ball that makes my tongue smile? Is it a donut? No, it is a kolache. These wonderful warm doughy creatures come in a variety of flavors and I will eat every last one of them. We would get them more often if they werent quite so expensive.Plenty of seating inside and pretty quick service. I havent tried them for anything other than breakfast, but the lunch menu looks interesting.

Its was my first time there and I must say it was different vs my traditional Mexican favorites dishes I grew up withI tried the potato egg and cheese it was good the coffee strong just how I like it I give it a 5 star the food was real satisfying .
