Theres a few amazing baristas at this location, but they really need a better system. This is a very high volume store and Wait times are extremely long most of the time. I recommend but If you visit, give yourself plenty of extra time.

I get 4 drinks daily. 9 times out of 10 i dont have enough straws and if i do theyre the wrong size. i cant imagine that its a hard task handing out straws. can never drink my coffee. thanks.

So much better than the typical Starbucks with a huge open area and clean easy living and studying atmosphere that feels so welcome. This is what we need in any good coffee shop especially at these insane prices. I am not a fan of Starbucks continuously hiking prices without improving incredigent quality nor support their corporate tax avoidance through sneaky politics forcing us average Americans to compensate out of our pockets for their business trucks even thought they are a company started and run by the red white and blue. I do enjoy their incredible smartphone app which is very intuitive and offers all the necessary options for ordering but again The prices are not fair at all considering the massive amounts of sugar and overprocessed ingredients found in many of the menu items. Three of us did go out of our usual addiction to get a hold of the pumpkin cream which did us right. And a dragon fruit refresher which continues to be one of the few redeeming qualities here that I enjoy every time I try it, extra fruity and exotic actual pieces, not too sweet, and great hot day sip. I would love to see Starbucks become a more corporate steward showing others how to balance extreme popularity and mature responsible business practices.

Usually very efficient even when there’s a long line in the drive thru

Went inside. Eating area closed, but several outside tables were available. Ordered breakfast sandwich and coffee. Food was good, hot, and tasty. Served fast.

Usually never get the order wrong, happens rarely. Expect to be there a minute, its a very popular spot and the line tends to back up. Just be patient and everything will be fine. You dont want them rushing your drink, so let them make everyone elses too. Time is the only complaint I ever hear from this location and it never takes that long, it is just always very busy.

Lately, this particular location has been shorting us on a consistent basis, that is, our drinks are light, far from full. The quality has been fine but one is left with the feeling of being ripped off. Its happened enough lately that were taking our business elsewhere. Fortunately, there are quite a few options, including other SBUX locations.

I ordered my drink ahead of time through my phone in the mobile app. When I arrive their were several people waiting over by the mobile order pick up and I could see numerous drinks sitting their but no one was coming over to see if they belonged to any of the people waiting. I also stood there for awhile waiting and still no one was assisting the customers in the mobile pick up area and we were not allowed to grab them to see if they were ours. Since I waited so long and I was already in a hurry I did reach to turn one drink around to read the label and see if it was mine. Then a girl barista rudely told me to not touch the drinks and poured the drink I barely touched out and told me after asking my name that I needed to wait. So ai stood there again waiting only to find out that my drink had been sitting there but it was made hot instead of iced like I ordered. So then the same barista told me and then said she had to make another drink first after I had already been waiting and waiting for a drink I ordered way ahead of time. So another guy barista came over because he knew I was in a hurry and asked what I ordered but the girl intervened and said she would get it. Before she did though she started saying a bunch of stuff to me and I couldn’t make out anything she said because it was loud and also because of the face mask. I told her I just need the drink I ordered. So finally she made it correctly. I felt that this employee was very rude. I understand due to Covid they don’t want people touching drinks but also if they are going to do it like that then someone needs to be there assisting people who come in and see if the drinks waiting are any of the people standing there. No one should be waiting that long to be handed a mobile order drink especially if their drink is sitting on the counter waiting. Also I feel it was very uncalled of for her to dump the drink when I only touched the lid. She could have just switched it to a new lid. Plus no one in there not even her was wearing gloves and touching drinks so why is that okay but not someone who doesn’t work there?

My fave place to grab coffee at any time of morning or day. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Leah’s positive leadership makes it feel like a neighborhood cafe by addressing regular customers by name. It’s the little things that differentiate this cafe over others in the area. Keep it up Leah and team!

I stopped by this Starbucks for coffee with a couple family members. This was the closest location, but I had never been. The place was packed and parking was unavailable, so we had to park along the curb by the building. We ordered our drinks through the app. I had a white chocolate mocha and my family members had tea. After tasting my drink, I asked to have it remade. It tasted like nothing but hot milk. Neither the espresso nor the flavoring seemed to be present. Honestly, the remake was no better. Overall, it was a fairly neutral experience. It was crowded and the espresso drink I ordered didnt seem to be made right when compared to other locations Ive visited. I probably wont return to this particular Starbucks.

Such a great Starbucks! The line can get pretty long, but the wait is never that bad. Ive never seen it over 29 minutes and anyone who says so is certainly lying. Unfortunately I showed up a little before they closed and they told me they had just served their last customer at 4pm. I took the high road and figured coffee is nothing to get too worked up about. Oh well. I guess ill come sooner next time and plan my day to accommodate for other individuals I share it with I said as I respectfully left. I know they must have to stay a long time after closing to get their cleaning done with all this covid nonsense so I left as soon as they told me they were closed. This is my favorite Starbucks. Today 2 of the drinks I ordered were no longer available. I understand as they where Christmas items but they were NOT listed as no longer available. New person on the register and she did not use my points ad requested. This is VERY unusual for this store.

Multiple times I have asked for unsweetened iced tea with light ice...I have received what tastes like nothing but peach syrup with full ice in return, as well as drinks that at least look green, but taste too sweet. (I’ve ordered this drink for years and I know the difference).

Everything we have is frozen and it is a business, if we werent running out of things, thats when I would be worried. We get shipment every other day. Next time youre in, mention something to me, your drink will be on me. Youre incorrect and Im only here to correct you. I love the staff that I work with. Everyone is so funny, kind and loving. A staff that I consider family. If you receive bad customer service, we are all for making the moment right, but from someone who works in customer service, you get the service you give. We arent servants, we are humans just like you. Dont forget that. We all have bad days.

This is the billionth time theyve messed up my drink and I get the same thing! Ive worked at Starbucks, an iced coffee with milk, light ice, and classic syrup is the easiest drink there. Why is it soooooo hard to get this drink right? Today, I was over charged because they decided to give me a trenta instead of a VENTI. How in the world does a V sound anything like a T? The other day, they forgot milk! Its literally in the recipe. They continuously screw up my drink and dont apologize for it so your store will be the reason why Im not drinking Starbucks ever AGAIN. Deleting the app and not looking back.

Great as always. You know Starbucks hires the easiest going employees. The Barista who help us just had the whip cream gadget blow up on him and just plaster the place with speckles of whip cream. We walk up and as pleasantly as he could asked, How may I help you? There werent any four letter words flying, no frantic pace of, Oh my god. Just a little sticky with whip cream spray, and How may I help you! Good hire Starbucks. This kid is going places..... nice visit very helpful as always.

Ive been visiting this location via drive thru for the past few months and its almost always a quick stop, even if the line is starting to wrap around the building. Only once have I had my drink messed up, but even then it was just hot when it was supposed to be iced.Friendly service too!

Hey, its a Starbucks -- if you dont like Starbucks coffee, dont come here. If you enjoy the trademark Starbucks ambiance and coffee beverages, this place fits the mold. I also appreciate that they didnt kick us out, even though we hung around talking long after official closing time.

The entire staff is pretty great but a huge shout out to Noah! I had two complicated drinks and they came out perfect. I hate being that person that has a specialty order but this location has never given me grief. And the inside is spacious abd relaxing.

This Starbucks store has the largest space I been to. Plenty of seats with table with electrical outlets to plug in laptop or charge mobile/ tablets. Baristas were attentive and quick to serve. I been to this store twice. I will come to this store again if I am in the area.

Visited the store today. Ordered an iced chai latte and banana bread. The drink was very watered down, and the bread tastes as if it is left over from last week. AWFUL. Being that it is Monday afternoon, EVERYTHING should be fresh and good! Very disappointing!

Very big Starbucks with a drive thru. Tons of seating inside and the store was very clean. The staff was super friendly and very well organized even though it was crazy busy.

Sadly, the service here is always hit-or-miss, and more often than not, its a definite miss. I havent received decent/good service here more than 1 out of 3 or 4 trips.Good service (including order being made correctly) is the exception.When Im ordering from the Starbucks app, theres no room for error on their part - I.e.; does the order I receive match what I ordered on the app? (Usually it doesnt)Also, it doesnt seem to make any difference if its busy or slow.

I would give this place zero star if it was available, this was my first time coming to this location, Brian was the most disrespectful worker in that place, his customer service skill was utterly disgusting, I am shocked, just wow, never again.

This Starbucks is the most well run store! Service is always fast (I can actually stop before work and not be late). My drink is always perfect and the people are always friendly.

116th street Starbucks is on the small side, which works to its advantage. Its a quiet and chill place to hang out, work, or have heart-to-hearts with friends. You can see some really pretty sunsets from either the outside or inside area, since the front of the building is basically a giant window, and of course faces west. The staff here are always friendly and sociable. Its also easy to access from the roundabout, though there is that sharp right turn into the parking lot, but the roundabout moves the traffic along, so you dont have to wait to get in or get out. I give this Starbucks five stars for atmosphere and friendliness.

Clean, nice place to sit back and have a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. They have power stations with USB chargers all over the place. The one downside is they do not have a lot of vegan or whole food options.

Employees are idiots. This store is always out of sandwiches that I want. They have sandwiches posted that they dont carry. They also put cake pops right next to hot sandwiches and creating melted cake pops. Avoid this store and goto to the one next to Target.

Pretty standard Starbucks, I am not there frequently enough to know about staff, however I do like that this is one of the only drive-thru locations that is near-by. For that alone I will give you more business.The line always seems to move pretty quickly, but it can be a little bit of a pain to get into that plaza.

Definitely NOT the best starbucks around. And by that, I literally mean the worst. They are completely and utterly terrible here. I always wait for absurd amount of times (15+ mins) and they usually, if not always make my simple drink incorrectly.Ive frequented several in the area and almost always have and issue with my orders at this location. Additionally the employees are usually to busy and/or understaffed to provide good customer service.

Well, I will just keep it short. This is the worst Starbucks location that Ive been to. I asked for a tall ultra carmel frapuccino . I took 2 sips and had to bring it back. Ok told the barista that she probably forgot to add the coffee . She was very dismissive and said she will reblend it . She has a very unprofessional attitude .I was not offered a new frap . After she reblended it, it was horrible, worse than the first time . I firmly believe that a Speedway frap would have been better than what I got and way cheaper .Stay away from this location and save your money .

Recently renovated more than doubling its footprint, this Starbucks Coffee Co. location went from very good to AWESOME. It has the new cold brew nitro dispensers, tons of USB/AC outlets dispersed throughout, it is roomy and has space for every type of gathering and/or solo experience. One could even host a cocktail party there FO SHO...Nitrose cold brew anyone? And, of course, baristas are concocting the beverages the titan of coffee is known for for the taking!

I visit this location very infrequently. The reason for my visit on this day was because I accidentally sent my mobile order here (116th ) instead of (161th) in the morning but that evening after I got off work, I went to this location and told the young lady that Id payed for an item that morning at her location in error but was unable to pick it up. She asked no questions, she simply said that happens all of the time with a smile, she prepared my wrap.
