Bathroom was dirty and you could tell they basically never clean around the sink. Coffee area was dirty and virtually empty of all creamers. Just generally seems like one of the dirtier get-gos I have ever been to. They were nice enough though.

I tell the cashier yesterday that the pump was displaying my ATM PIN number and that someone has put the pump into debug mode and something is severely wrong! The woman behind me announces that she didn’t have that problem (apparently the cashiers workers mother or an entitled Karen that needs to mind her own business or show some empathy). I got a few Juul pods while I was waiting and the teenage cashier quickly dismissed the complaint and concern with “anything else sir”. I get it’s just a gas station but really? Why am I wasting money at this inconvenient gas station that has horribly slow and incompetent employees and apparently scams going on with their pumps? Also noticed customers and employees NOT wearing masks.

Nasty location. Half the pumps do not work. All trash cans at the pumps are OVER FLOWING with trash. Trash all over the parking lot. Hell no I wont go inside! Probably WORSE!

Most of the pumps dont work with card most of the time. They just want you to come into the store to pay cash and buy other stuff. Scam

It is odd that my credit card had hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges about two weeks after using this gas station. The staff member that took my concern was very rude and did not want to even acknowledge the possibility their gas pumps were hacked.Before I stopped going to this location for gas, I also had a lot of issues with pumps not working correctly on the coldest of days. Maybe they fixed the issue, maybe not, but I wont be giving them another dollar.

This location has an excellent burrito bar. If you havent given it a try you should. Their burritos beat Qdoba any day.

Its a nice facility and always has good prices on gas but, the ghetto white girl at the register with tattoos on her arms got a attitude. Someone from management needs to teach her some manners.

Its where I got gas one time. Believe a time before that and quite possibly more time prior. I believe Ill get gas there again as Im not in the market for a new electric car just yet (Tesla is still out of my range).

Good store, pretty clean. The curb to get into the parking lot is pretty violent though, might be an issue with a sports car or something with very low ground clearance.

The nicest gas station Ive ever been to. I mean, dude, they have GRANITE countertops!!! They also have a burrito stand (like Chipotle except cheaper) and frozen yogurt machines (like Orange Leaf except cheaper). The employees are fantastic also, very personable.

I normally wouldnt review a gas station but this one really surprised me. They had the normal selection but also several types of coffee, frozen yogurt machines and toppings, as well as a made to order burritos. I was blown away. If this is a normal gas station, then I am way out of touch.

We go out of the way to use Rickers because of their quality. This is one of the best I have been to.

As a convenience store, this is pretty nice. Its walking distance from my house, so Ill make occasional trips to pick up a few things. But as a gas station, I dont like it. The pumps are too close together for comfort. There just isnt enough space to comfortably leave enough space between your car and the pump, while leaving enough space for another car to pull in beside you to use the other pump. Also, you have to jump a curb just to get into the lot. Not sure why the developers built it this way. Low clearance cars will have problems. This is also the first Rickers that isnt a BP station that Ive seen. I only try to put top-tier gas in my car, so Ill go a little further to get actual BP, Shell, or whoever else is a top-tier station.

Air machine not working, no sign on machine. Went inside to report, employee told me she was not told it was not working and refuses to refund my money. Let her know a sign should be put on it so no one else would try to use it. She could have cared less. I do not know what the corporate policy is for this situation, and doubt she did either.

Super convenient, really good customer service and its the best coffee you could possibly get at a gas station

You will be forced to listen to loud commercials while pumping gas. Gas should be the product, not me.

Often with the rewards card cheaper than Sams club. Super slow pumps as of late though. Fix it.
