I was just there 10 am July 1st, the African American woman who waited on me was absolutely horrific! I asked for my usual brand of cigarettes, she said they didnt have any, when I saw them I pointed them out to her. Instead of admitting she misheard me she INSISTED that I asked for lights! And then proceeded to argue with me over what I asked for, then threatened to bar me! Is that seriously the best you can do for customer service? I am a manager in the business and I have been for over 20 years and I would never let my employees behave in that manner, and no I will never go back, shame on you!

Horrible costumer service i was giving the black lady my lottery ticket and she comes back and throws it in the counters and rudely says “not a winner here” like she was in a rush to go do something. this was on 1-2-2021. @2:10pm she was extremely rude

Today was my first and last time going to this speedway. I stopped to get my needs after work as always, I proceeded to give my passport to a cashier named Destiny who then attempted to tell me my dob was not on my passport? I asked her how would the airport accept it and not speedway? than proceeded to tell her it was, while she still is confused searching for it for minutes with a line behind me. a better educated staff member approached and easily located it promptly. Destiny than proceeded to toss my passport back to me literally throw it on the counter. I then asked her was that necessary she said she “didn’t mean too”. More than likely thinking she was going to get away with bullying me. Sweetie if you hate your job get another one

My favorite gas station. Speedy rewards are great, cafe is convenient too. Can even get your car washed if you want.

Loved the great customer service from Erik and christine showed me how to use the menu screen and how to order. Made it comfortable for me to sit down and enjoy my food loved the enthusiasm they bring to there job. Keep it up. :)

This new cafe model really irks me. I just want to pick up a quick CONVENIENT ham sandwich or a slice of pizza and get to moving. With this new model, they no longer have ready-to-go food in the store; I have to order and wait. Look, guys, I appreciate what youre trying to do, but youre LITERALLY NEXT DOOR to Greek Tonys Pizza and Sub Shop ... practically sharing a parking lot. If I want a restaurant, Ill stop there. Youre losing focus of your core competence AND your whole SPEED motif. Youre a gas station, not destination dining.

Came in and talked to Lynn, shes legit. Thank God we got her, she was super nice and helped us out. Im actually so pleased with our service I took time out of my day to write something as pointless as a review for a gas station. She earned it though.

Literally just walked in to order something at the cafe and the girl behind the counter started throwing a fit when i went to the screen... The manager was just staring at me the whole time. I would give no stars if that was an option

Rudest staff Ive ever dealt with at a gas station. And lazy to boot. This location ALWAYS closes their cafe early... So those of us working in the area often come over here only to find rude clerks that shrug when we cant order anything. The excuses Ive heard are that theyre out of the food youre trying to order so just order something else and instead of explaining why the cafe hours are until twelve but theyre closing early is because they have to clock out by tenSeriously, get it together. Youve lost business from several of the surrounding workers because of it.

Staff wouldnt tell me if they had a specific product in stock, rude over the phone

The cleanliness of the store has become so terrible I probably will not go back. The lines are longer and the help is limited. Very poor quality Speedway. Very poor.

The service was great, loved the ice cups, would like to have large bags of pretzels. 😊

2 stars because of some of the staff is somewhat friendly. However, they are never ready to actually serve breakfast when the kitchen opens. Either it be monitors are not turned on for ordering, staff not having the order alert on; so they do not know there is an person waiting for their order, or the staff hasnt arrived... Very frustrating considering this is the only thing open in my general work area besides McDonalds at this time.

Like the station but just had a fraudulent charge from there on my credit card I used the pumps yesterday to fill my car. He knows for skimmers
