Meijer staff was very helpful and courteous. I saved $160 on a prescription of Ondasetron. CVS price was $180. What more canOne say.

Firstly, there is no number to call meijer store, you can only call the pharmacy and then get transferred to meijer. But after 10 minutes on hold, someone finally answered. Then directed me to the department my question was for. I guess whoever had the phone didnt know the phone was on and I could them in the most likely the break room talking about customers and other workers in the store for about 15 more minutes before finally I just hung up still without an answer to my question. They were saying some really bad things about customers; talking about how fat some of them were and nasty some were etc etc laughing and carrying on again for 15 minutes before I just hung up.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. The pharmacists are downright rude and severely incompetent. I do my best to not have my scripts sent there because Every time I do, there is Always a problem. I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go to this so called pharmacy

Takes forever to refill medications. Will not automatically refill meds that are due for a refill.

The lines are so long that they take more time than shopping. I literally left all my stuff in line because they refuse to staff people. I will continue to leave all my stuff in the lines each time it takes a long time and as long as Meijer refuses to hire people to service their customers. I highly encourage everyone to set a time they are willing to wait in lines. Once over that time, leave your stuff right there and walk out. Your time is worth more than they think. Shop Amazon. Online groceries will win because of places like the Carmel Meijer.

Ill never go there or try to fill a prescription there again. Had a prescription that ran out and needed refilled. Called in the refill, went in a WEEK later when the automated system said it would be ready. When I got there I was told that the refill was too soon and that I had to come back the NEXT week after Wednesday. So I did. But not until SUNDAY that week. 3 days PAST the time I was told I could pick up the second time and 10 days past the first date given by the automated system. When I arrived they acted like the never heard of me and then when they finally figured it out they didnt have my whole prescription and asked if I wanted the partial now and come back for the rest or if I just wanted to come back for the rest next week. I told them Ill go somewhere else. Ill NEVER go back.

It used to be a great pharmacy. I called to refill my medication a week ago. It is not ready as of to day (10/15/2019 06:09 PM). I have to have it tomorrow with my chemo. They are very disorganized. I hope they put their act together.

Really unpleasant first experience - they gave me the wrong brand of medication, and then three different people over a week gave me different information on how and when it could be fixed. No one seemed to care that this was a big problem. I still don’t have the correct medication, and I’ll be taking my prescription elsewhere.

Short hours, long wait times, poor app, clunky payment process, failed medication refill reminders. I only fill one medication here, and thats because my insurance wants hundreds of dollars, and with GoodRx, this pharmacy has a decent price. Otherwise, I get all other medications at the 24 hour CVS on Rangeline. CVS is superior to Meijer in every respect otherwise.

Transferring Rex,s which needed Drs. Approval was the worst service imaginable. Upon renewal will be transferring to CVS.Hopefully their staff will be schooled in customer service!

Extremely disappointing and slow service. Script was called in 6 pm the day before and they still didn’t have it ready until 2 pm the next day. When asked, got attitude from the pharmacy tech. Would not ever go there again.
