I love this place, these guys partake in the fitness industry and really know their stuff, more so that what I found at other big box shops. Love this place! Great customer service from people who love the field and actually know what they are talking about. They have always helped me find what Im looking for and clarified any information on how a product works. They have always gone above and beyond. Plus, supporting a business run by a firefighter who serves our community makes it the cherry on top! Great products but even better service!

I have been going to Point Blank for a few years now. Throughout my time, I have embarked on body building, to marathon running to Ironman now. The staff has always asked me the right questions and made recommendations based on those goals, not based on products they need to sell like other companies. You know you are leaving with a quality product at a competitive price. Always friendly and always helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…Shop local!

Point Blank has the products you want but can’t find at big box nutrition stores (GNC...). The staff is extremely knowledgeable and more then helpful! They help build stacks that meet your needs and also recommend what not to take, they aren’t just there for the purchase, but the journey.

When I walk into Point Blank I know I will leave with the best supplements for my current goals. I have been going to them since they opened and have had no reason to leave since. Its impossible to have a bad experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You dont have to worry about getting a subpar product because they dont carry them. Everything in the store is carefully selected and it makes me so much more comfortable buying products there. This is definitely the best place to get supplements.

I appreciate the staffs willingness to listen to your needs first before a sale. They give you a lot of different options to chose from without pressure. I also feel like they are very knowledgeable about sports nutrition in a non-meathead sort of way :-)

I am able to discuss my health and fitness goals and my current progress, and they are able to recommend products to help me meet my goals. If there is a product in the store, I can trust that it is a high quality product. In the rare event that a product is not performing up to my expectations, they make it right even though it’s no fault of their own. I recommend PointBlank to all my friends and would recommend them to anyone.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff! 3 years ago I wanted to get into the mindset of becoming healthier physically and mentally. Point Blank Staff not only helped me find the right products for my personal needs, but gave me the knowledge and information I needed to keep that healthy mindset! With the knowledge they equipped me with, I was able to shed 35 lbs and KEEP IT OFF! All of their products are thoroughly tried and tested by the staff themselves, so I can trust they know the effects. I do not go anywhere else for protein, supplements, etc. This kind of service simply is not found anymore.

This place doesn’t really stand out all that much but I’ve recently just found them and am currently trying their protein powders. The protein flavors I’ve gotten are pretty good so far and I’m looking forward to seeing what else they have that I’d like to try.

I have been shopping here for many years, and I can honestly say that this place helped guide me through my weight loss journey that resulted in me losing 100+ lbs and getting into the best shape of my life. The staff cares about everyone’s fitness goals and, as a result, won’t try and sell you a product that they think is bad. If you need a product that they don’t have in stock, they will order it and, more than likely have it within a week. Their products are always top notch and from reputable companies. You won’t find a lot of products with cheap proprietary blends and filler, only reliable supplements with dosed ingredients on the label. Pointblank will always be my go to supplement shop. I have never had a bad experience.

I don’t normally review places. PointBlank is amazing, I go out of my way to buy my supplements and preworkout here. The staff is super knowledgeable, they work with you to determine what would work best for you. Once I was shopping for a new preworkout, the gentleman helping me discussed 3 different options that would align with my fitness goals. Come on, how great! Then, he gave me a sample of all three told me to try each one and come back to purchase the one I wanted. I’ve worked in fitness for several years and have never had a store off this. You bet I came back and I keep coming back. Quit wasting your money at generic stores, PointBlank is where it’s at!

Good selection of high quality products and a knowledgeable staff. They arent just trying to move mass amounts of products and will explain the pros and cons of what they carry or dont.

I called the number to PointBlank Nutrition and got the nicest guy on the first ring. He helped me with my question (I was calling to see when a recent web order I made would be shipped). He remembered my exact order and told me he had packaged it and shipped it himself, and that it should delivery soon. That same day, my package arrived and along with my order, he sent some samples of other products similar to mine, plus a few protein shakes. He hand wrote a note on my statement and gave me a little advice with the product I ordered. It was an excellent touch of customer service!! I will definitely be using the website again in my ongoing weight loss and health initiatives!
