Bad experience. Not knowing much about cars I would think they would be friendly and try to explain everything the best they can. I came in to get my check engine light looked at. The worker comes out to the car then tells me he’s going to print the sheet and hands it to me with no explanation. I don’t expect him to tell me everything thats going on with my car, but for the employee to read off the paper and say “something with your o2 sensor” is pretty unfortunate on both ends. Won’t be coming back.

Great experience here. Starting with my phone call when I asked Bob if they installed batteries (YES!). He gaveme price and reviewed warranty info. Since I’d just had to get my car jumped (the 3rd time in 2 days), he told me to NOT turn off the car whenI arrived and someone would comeout to check. Luciano checked, I purchased the battery, and he toldme to wait in the store while he didthe installation...and it was cold and windy out there. I’mVery happy with the service I received ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got a flat tire today, barely two months after getting new tires. Obviously very frustrated, I went in to ask for help and the gentleman working, I believe his name was James, was more than helpful. Thank you so much for actually caring and explaining things, and not leaving me feeling helpless. I will for sure be back for any parts I may need in the future.

Decent parts at decent pricing with a good no hassle warranty: sometimes there is a wait both on the phone and in person. This is probably due to under staffing. The associates are helpful once one gets to speak to one.

For the most part, have what you need when you need it fast. The quality of some things is poor, but that goes for majority of auto parts stores and what youre willing to spend. Depending on who you talk to, the staff may not be the most knowledgeable.

Usually they staff here are very nice. Its never crowded and they usually have what I need in stock. If not they are very helpful finding a place nearby that does have it in stock or sending me somewhere that I can get what I need if they dont sell a particular part. Ive asked some crazy questions and they always have a good answer for me.

Very friendly and extremely helpful employees. I can not express just how great these people are. Helped me install new wipers on my car with a smile.
