Terrible Cell phone carrier. Poor coverage along IL72 in East Dundee and Hoffman Estates. Customer service at this location wasnt bad, but service at Spring Hill mall location was atrocious. This location smelled and was over 80 degrees in winter. Do not use Boost Mobile, it may be cheap but you dont even get what you pay for.Leaving Boost, have filed BBB complaint. Expect fraudulent billing practices, poor customer service online and poor phone coverage!
Worst customer service ever. Rude employee had a line of people and was chatting on the phone. Took whatever customers she wanted.
No consistency- Paid 6$ for a service and tried charging me 9 next time claiming its a tax.
