My favorite place to go after a workout or just to hangout & chat! Their shakes, smoothies, waffles & protein bars are all delicious & nutritious. The menu is updated regularly with seasonal drinks. They also offer FREE group fitness classes & discounts via coupons/rewards program...which is just a cherry on top.

LOVEEEE this place!!! Elizabeth is so helpful, so sweet & she always remembers my name which is a bonus. Her mom makes the best muffins & donuts & on top of that they are HEALTHY! This is the ONLY nutrition spot i go to. The vibe, the energy, the positivity is everything! I drive from frisco to carrollton just to get a shake, a donut & a muffin. If you havent tried this place the people in here will make it worth the drive !
