This location is the worst smoothie factory I have ever been to. I came in today for 2 smoothies. The person who made the smoothie was rude and tried to double charge me for a PB powerhouse. The smoothie I got was not blended and tasted like terrible and was so running I was more water than anything else. Staff said the machines are to blame for the bad smoothie.I asked for a refund and to speak to the owner or get the owners name and number and was turned down. This is some bad service and I will not be returning and this probably made me not want to go to any smoothie factory again.It would be nice to have the owner contact me.Thanks

I hate to be that person to leave a bad review but the guy wasn’t wearing a mask and told me I didn’t have to wear mine 😩 I needed a meal replacement smoothie for a cancer patient. I paid and threw it away, wouldn’t have felt right giving it to her.

This was the ORIGINAL Smoothie Factory!Fantastic franchise with delicious smoothies. It also carries a nice selection of fitness snacks, protein supplements, and energy drinks. They also offer fresh Wheat Grass shots... an acquired taste, but packed with nutrients.Being located in the same center as 24 Hour Fitness is a plus!

I came in a month ago and ordered 3 smoothies they all were watery. I went back today to purchase the little snack pickles in a pouch and the only 3 that were left were expired since Aug 20, 2020. I asked the lady does she have anymore in the back because the ones up front are out of date and she shrugged her shoulders and didnt even care!

Ordered a mango smoothie and walked out with a bland cup of sludge. If I had to guess the ingredients, Id say half a banana, one scoop of protein and a lot of ice. Maybe theyre trying to minimize costs? I was looking forward to a sweet treat but spending $5 on a smoothie that tasted like nothing was a bummer :/

Maybe it was the person who made my smoothie, but I ordered what I always get and it was probably the worst smoothie Ive ever had in my life. Im all for training new employees, but that needs to be handled in a much different way at this location. It tasted like ice was not used, and I wish I would have said something since I paid for such a horrible Smoothie.

Nice clean store with friendly and helpful people. Has been my regular stop on Monday evening on way to meeting.

Overall very solid. Quality smoothies, staff is usually nice and friendly and a good selection of supplements and other health concious snacks to choose from at this location.

I worked at this Smoothie Factory with Darlene, Tony and James V. Almost 20 years ago! Went in yesterday and the customer service is still top notch!!

I wandered in just to get a look at the menu and walked out with a delicious mango pineapple smoothie . Totally worth the money and for a good size too! I think I just found my new favorite smoothie place☺️
