Its sad that Joes legacy is being ruined. Joes shop was once one of the best in socal with such great customer service and prices and now they simply lie to you over the phone and give you a low price to get you in the door and then once you show up its more than double the original quote... Good luck staying in business with that customer service...

They installed my radio only for it to be faulty, and so I had to buy another one from them. They left parts that i needed to return in the car when they didnt need it. Very frustrating experience

Do Not trust these guys.....Prices were way off from what was told they Price Gouge I fo not recommend this place whatsoever! Im sure if I was family or a local I wouldnt have been charged so much !!

Horrible just so horrible, went In and some Mexican guy was yelling at the Asian lady. The Mexican guy didn’t even talk to me and I was saying I had an appointment he was like we don’t have appointments. Keep away from this place really unprofessional

Walked in and waited not long (busy) and talked to the man behind counter, he walked outside to my car and priced a very reasonable offer to install a new stereo and to change the face plate on dash. The amp is in the trunk and required longer wiring harness and more time. When completed the whole installation looked like it was factory made and now I can jam some tunes from radio/phones/ipods/mp3 players, and still answer hands free call. I had already purchased my hardware and wish I had bought from ProTech. Go there before you buy, they have great prices! Here ya go. I recommend ProTech Car Stereo & Alarm to any and all who wish to have great sound in their Autos with a pleasant experience.
