I just purchased a SCAG Liberty Z from Taylor Outdoor Power. I have been looking for ZT Mower for 8-10 months. Hal has worked with me the entire time keeping me updated on the status due to low supply. He took the time whenever I called or emailed to answer all my many questions. I had decided early on to purchase from Hal due to his Customer Focus and honest answers. I plan to use Taylor Outdoor Power for any service I have with this mower due to the excellent service that was provided the whole time. Hal took the time after the purchase to go over the use of this mower. Delivery was set up for the following day and Clyde was 5 minutes early for the 10:00 delivery (excellent service) He also went over the operation of the ZT with me. Both Hal and Clyde make Taylor Outdoor Power the outstanding Company it is. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a new Hustler Raptor XL at Taylor several months ago. First, I have been very happy with the tractor. There was one minor issue with the tractor and Taylor was very pleasant to deal with and very quick to react. They went out of their way to find a solution where I did not have to wait several weeks for the manufacturer to ship parts. I had my tractor back in action while I waited. They were helpful and knowledgable with other lawn care products as well. I would highly recommend Taylor Outdoor Power Equipment.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Got me set up with a sweet zero turn mower. Turned an all day job into just a few hours. Staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable. Rather effective and efficient, got what you need a d the parts man the younger one with the dark beard is very knowledge able, and always take care of or needs, even opened the store back up after doors were locked, they sold us a critical part and it was off, he recognized me I had bag of Goodies, he knew something was not right a d went the extra step to service me correctly, one guy let a girl out a d immediately locked door back he gave me a nod and came to our, needs it was the week end we and all folks had trees down, so yea folks like the guy that came and reopened door.Is the only one that seems to care, yes more folk like him and they would a better place .Those who knew better and been at the other store will look over you to the larger players it was nice to be treated Equal & not be a dollar the bigger the better status that get you he cared I had a problem and solved it. Purchased an eXmark Radius E Series ZT mower on Saturday 3-7-2020. I live out of town and saw Taylor Outdoor Power Equipment as we (me and my wife) were on our way to Home Depot to check out a John Deere ZT at HD since our local HD didnt have it in stock. We went to HD and decided to stop at Taylor Power Equipment that we had passed on our way to HD to see what they had that would be an upgrade from HD/Lowes type of offerings. I like to do my homework and know what I am buying - I was already familiar with eXmark as I see them frequently being used by professional lawn services and know they make quality equipment.I liked the John Deere, but wanted to check out a commercial option even though I am only a homeowner and not a lawn service pro. I subscribe to the buy once/cry once philosophy - buy good stuff, take care of it and it will take care of you. No price is higher than the price of regret if you dont do your homework and buy a substandard product. I stopped at Taylor Outdoor and as soon as I pulled in the parking lot I noticed they were putting mowers inside that had been out front of the store as they were closing. I spoke with Jeff the owner and said I didnt realize you were closing - just browsing real quick and I dont want to hold you up. Jeff would have none of that and essentially said - we are here for you and dont worry about the time (I dont remember his exact verbiage). I told Jeff what my intended use was and looked at the Quest series, but decided to bump up a level to the Radius series and the Radius E series with a 44 inch deck was a perfect choice - bought it and it was delivered the same day by the eXmark rep as they were having a sales event/dealer day and the rep said if I buy today he would personally deliver on his way home for free. Amazing!So in summary - stopped at a place I have never heard of when they were closing with no intention of buying a commercial mower that day and ended up having a super experience and buying a ZT mower due to the amazing service of not only Jeff, but everyone at the shop and the eXmark meeting my needs exactly and being just a better machine than the Deere. Jeff/eXmark threw in some accessories (oil change kit/replacement blades, jack to lift the front end (promotion that day as rep was at store) and delivered it 30 miles away in less than 1 1/2 hours after I purchased. The rep when he arrived gave me a t-shirt from Taylor equipment and an eXmark visor and said Jeff wanted you to have these and they forgot to give to you at the shop.I was stunned with the service and Jeff is a true professional and knows how to treat customers and make sure you get the right product and puts ZERO pressure on you to buy. He is simply an information provider and lets you make the decision and treats you with respect and appreciation for coming in. That type of service philosophy is so rare today and I have been to many many commercial equipment dealers and they wont give even acknowledge your existence. You wont experience that with Jeff and crew and that is why I bought a ZT mower with them and they will be my life long dealer going forward as they understand customer service. I have bought a lot of different things in my life and this whole interaction with Taylor Outdoor has to be in the top 2 buying experiences of all time. I wouldnt take the time to write this War and Peace length review if I wasnt blown away with the whole experience. Jeff and his team deserve this.Thanks Jeff for the amazing buying experience. You have a great crew and I will tell everyone I know who is in the market for power equipment what an amazing experience I had at Taylor Outdoor Power Equipment. Nice, helpful, knowledgeable people. I came in because my saw wouldnt start. I thought it was flooded but wasnt sure. I couldnt leave it because I was visiting from out of town and only had two days to get the work done. Darren took the time to carefully and thoroughly explain how to get a flooded engine going. Step by step. (He would be an excellent choice to do YouTube instructional videos for Taylor.)I bought a spark plug and oil. While checking out, Darren picked up my saw and walked outside. The young lady who was helping me at the register and I just looked at each other. A minute later I heard music to my ears. The saw was humming. Darren had gotten it started for me. If I ever need a replacement saw, Im driving up from Atlanta and buying it from Taylor.

Taylor in Cartersville is the best place to buy your power equipment! Great people, great products, and great prices. My wife and I just purchased a new chainsaw from them, and Darren Gibson, the Sales Manager, treated us like family. We got a better deal on the chainsaw we purchased than we could have found at a big box store, and Darren made sure both of us were confident about using the tool before we left. This is where well be going from now on.

Dropped my riding mower off last week, just got a call saying it was good to go. So far so good.

I took my mowing equipment there a month or so ago and everything is working like brand new! I can vividly remember Hal taking wonderful care of me as soon as I stepped in the door. He made the process painless, and Andrew followed up with me in a timely manner to get my equipment back. Beyond satisfied with their work. I was looking for a cub cadet lawn tractor, other places acted like they couldnt care less if you bought anything. Saw a couple of reviews on line for Taylor Outdoor and decided to make the 40 mile trip to see what they had. When I walked in, I was greeted by Hal Wormack and shown all the different models. He answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision. I decided what to buy and we made the deal. They loaded the tractor up for me and I was on my way home. I liked the fact that there was no pressure to buy and they took their time answering my questions and explaining the operation of the tractor. I definitely would recommend Taylor Outdoor Power Equipment.

This owner went out of his way to sell me a mower. He beat the competition by a few hundred dollars but I had to drive roughly 30 minutes but whats that when you save hundreds? Give this place a chance. I already knew what specific model I wanted and he hooked me up. Ill definitely be back if I need any other equipment. Very nice guy to deal with. I was just joking about throwing a hat and tshirt in too and he kept his word. Now Ive got a new hat and shirt. This place is very professional. Thank you Keith.

We have been very pleased with the service. We purchased a zero turn mower several years ago and use Taylor for the maintenance. They get the maintenance done in a timely manner and Jeff has gone out of his way to fix something that would normally not be included in routine maintenance. We will continue to come here.

Wow satyrs as totally upgraded to the most convenient very heavily traveled roads in downtown Cartersville. everybody knows where Taylors is anyway so when they move to Tennessee Street it might have been a surprise to you. they gave them so much more space and they dont have to wait for the dog gone train anymore. Steve is a wonderful businessman and Im sure everyone else in Bartow county if they were his own family. and Im sure honesty is his only policy For running business because he has really done well. Thank you commissioner what are you do for us and good luck with your new business where its located Im sure you will do well.

The staff is very friendly, professional, understanding, and patient! I was given their name by Cub Cadet for a warranty claim, and they were patient while I got everything sorted out with the warranty. They offer pick up and delivery service for the lawn mower, which is great, because we dont all have a truck. Your lawn mower is in good hands when Taylor Farm Supply is taking care of it.

I’ve done a lot of business over the years with this place and typically had a decent experience. This past experience I had with them was horrible! They ordered the wrong part several times, wasting my time and money to go down there several times. Then wanted $80 for the correct part which was almost exactly the same. When I expressed my frustration in the matter all I got was a huge attitude from the parts guy. This is no way to treat your customers especially when they have worked with you for a long period of time to get the correct part on behalf of your goof ups. This was a zero star experience.

Great store, but very frustrating to go there when the hours on the door say they should be open, but they are not. Completely wasted trip.

I love going to this business. I went there on a Black Friday sale and Mr. David and Mr. Keith were so helpful with my questions and my needs. I bought 2 STIHLs chainsaws to meet my needs. These guys filled them with gas and ran them before I left the store. It was as if buying a new car. Awesome service. Let me tell you about my two saws. The 491 I bought for bigger jobs and the main core of the trees I have to cut down is a powerhouse. Along with the carbide blade I purchased, cuts a tree like its butter. The small 16 170 is my favorite saw. It is small but cranks the very first pull every time. It has a Napoleon Complex. It cuts as if it wants to cut more than it is capable of. It acts like it is on steroids. I love this saw. Taylor Farm Supply has been fantastic each and every time I visit this store. I just purchased a new Cub Cadet XT1 LT42 from Taylors and absolutely love it. These guys are great and have a very well stocked store. Customer service is excellent.If youre in the market for a new Cub Cadet mower or accessories as well as any of the Stihl products, this is the place to go. They sell the same models the big box stores have as well as some models those other guys dont keep in stock and for the exact same price. Why not support your local store?No matter where you make your purchase this is the place you will be sent for any warranty work and where the Cub Cadet certified technicians can be found. For me it was a no-brainer and I now know it was the best decision for making my purchase. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and helpful. I purchased my entire flock (10 birds) of buff orpington chicks last year from this store, and they ended up being THE BEST birds I couldve ever asked for. These large and very friendly birds have thrived happily and are now about 8 months old and laying between 6 and 9 eggs per day with zero problems. It would have been more. However, we prayed for a rooster, and low and behold, we accidentally ended up with one already in our flock. :-) We will be back soon to see about purchasing a flock of black australorps. Fingers crossed...

I have been going to Taylors for years because I liked the family feel the place and they were always helpful. Recently took my very old XMark mower in for repairs. I noticed changes immediatley that made me a little uncomfortable, but they have new ownership so gave it a try. The gentleman that checked me in was pleasant and thorough. It did take about two weeks to finish but it was in the middle busy season so that was expected. when I picked up my mower Icouldnt believe it was my mower because it looked brand new and everything was repaired at a reasonable cost. Thanks for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back the next time mower needs service work
