Looking for meat substitutes? This place has them! They sell Delightful Soy patties and nuggets, by far, hands-down, my favorite product in this category. Not long ago I also found Delightful BBQ there-it makes a delicious sandwich with mustard or vinegar as a condiment. Everyone is friendly and they have beautiful lotus bamboo for sale as well!

Good prices but has mostly Asian food which I can understand.It would be nice to see a little more American variety not just food for making Asian food.

My favourite Market to shop for Asian ingredients and house wares. Everything from Phillipine, Korean, Chinese, Thai the whole gambit can be found here. Fresh seafood offerings and a vast array of fresh produce daily. Unique cultural experience for those who want to experience Asian cuisine.

This place very bad i see dead fish with alive fish in tankand all seafood and meats smell bad and very oldand a lot of the frozen and grocery is rady expiredand vegetables and fruits very old and bad.and they cheating on the cash and the charge extra when i money when i pay for my grocery .and they dont wearing masks only 1 person.

The manager/owner does not wear a mask! She was putting away vegetables and other stock items w/o a mask on. She was also by the registers where people were paying without a mask on! I asked the cashier why they werent enforcing masks and she said well shes the boss. I told the cashier that we will not be going back there! The owner obviously doesnt care about her employees and her customers! There are other Asian groceries in the area that are following the mask mandate and following the protocols.

I changed this review to *one* star from five over the years. Once a loyal shopper, have noticed since June 2020 that the employees wear NO MASKS. I leave each time. There were only two visits since, where employees wore protection. I had the displeasure of coming into close contact with two UNMASKED employees during one visit. I broached the topic and was met with casual indifference with a trite explanation of most of our employees do, but there are some conditions where they dont.Having an immunocompromised family, I find this completely unacceptable. There are alternatives: a face shield, staffing changes, etc.There is something positive to be said about this hard-working, family-oriented operation and the wonderful spirit behind it. I truly would like to see this business flourish and succeed. I have tried supporting this local business for years, but taking my money elsewhere for the remainder of the pandemic for their careless mask-free policy.Produce prices are competitive. Pantry items are fair. Be watchful over expired frozen and canned goods that overstay their welcome.

Beware of expired items on the shelves, seriously, everywhere, today is Aug 20th, 2020 look at the picture below; and NC issued a mandatory mask requirement, their employees dont, we wont go back

I like this place because it has unique and complete selection for Asian food such as beef tendon, pork belly, fresh seafood. The price is very reasonable compared to H-mart. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Love the location and the owners/workers. Although smaller than the other two large markets in the area, I appreciate the variety and ease getting in and out. Definitely my go to place for regular produce, cooking ingredients and unique items. Great place!!!

Not the huge selection you get at H-Mart or another corporation store but what you do get is a quaint local market with great prices and fresh produce and seafood. Cant beat it for the price, even compared to Grand Asia nearby. I feel like a deli or bakery would really hype up the place but they are limited on space. I will be back here regularly after my Trader Joes runs.

Buyer beware of expired items on the shelves! Had to go to the owner to get items returned. Be sure to look carefully at the expiration date of items before buying.

I like shopping my Asian groceries here since there are many South East Asian products and produce (Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Vietnamese) and less crowded is a plus. The owner is very nice and helpful, so are the employees whereas some other Asian stores are lack of these qualities. I just need to remember the days when the fresh produce comes, usually Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Very good place where one can a good variety of Oriental groceries. The H Mart in Cary has more variety but this is a lot less crowded and prices are lower. Nothing fanciful, just standard fair

Today Asia market is located in a convenient location. It provides a large variety of Asian products. There was a seafood department that had fresh seafood if you go at the right time, but it was closed when I visited thus time (7/11) due to remodeling.

Staffs are very friendly . Clean environment. Fresh foods.

Small store but pretty much a little bit of everything you need. Was there to get fresh ginger & walked out with a few other impulse items.

Went there to shop some Indonesian instant spice since a friend recommend this place. The place is not very big, but clean and the staff are friendly.

Human hair in a food packageVery rude owner. worst customer service. Picked up a package of baby bamboo, found human hair inside, notified to the owner (rude Chinese lady), tried to take a picture of the package. The woman grabs the packet and runs inside the room. Told her, I wanna buy the package. Instead she calls 911 and says store is robbed. Waited 30 min until police arrives and left the store Good luck with your business.

I called asked them for blue crabs, and asked how much they were because blue crabs is something that price could go really high. They said regular price, and I asked how much is regular price ...they start talking soo so so rude to me...almost close to cussing me out. Terrible customer service. I mean who would talk to their customers like that? I would give them 0 star. Sooo rude and nasty, disgusting. Will not coming back. Do not support them.

We prefer Today Asia Market over Grand Asia Market, because Today Asia Market has a larger selection of Malaysian foods, and that is where my wife is from. I can never tell the difference, but my wife and mother-in-law can.
