I bought a pressure smart mattress almost a year ago, I thought it was a good choice,but i was wrong, i felt bodypains in the beginning but I thought my body needs to adjust according to the mattress and the pain will go away, but no it got worse with time and i wake up so tired in the morning, and the mattress started sagging from different places,the sagging is so prominent,i called mattress firm, they said they will contact me,but no one contacted me,again i called them no one contacted me again,then i went to their store they said that i will have to fill the claim form and send it to the company and they will let me exchange the mattress,i did that too,its been more than 4 months,no response,buying a mattress from a mattress firm was a mistake,it was my first and last time,specially after their pathatic customer service.buying a mattress firm mattress was a huge mistake.

I bought a mattress from here not too long ago that wasnt really what I expected and hoped it to be. I reached out to the store manager, Jay, about my issues and concerns and within 24 hours he got back to me ready to help with possible resolutions. I went back into the store and went through the buying process again, this time doing a little more homework before hand, and Jay was still very helpful, welcoming, and attentive even though this would be his second time going through this process with me. He provided the information I needed and encouraged me to take my time and do some more research before deciding even though it meant going through this process yet again with me. When I finally did buy a mattress Jay went above and beyond not only by staying late, but allowing me the time I needed to figure out exactly when I could have it delivered. Through the entire process Jay was always friendly and ready to help!

We talked with Jay about our mattress woes over the last few attempts we made at buying one ourselves. Sadly we went the online route and both times we tried to take the cheaper route with high expectations and just were let down since we couldn’t try out and discuss what we really needed by trying to do it on our own. That said, Jay was amazing at talking through the specs of each of the options we looked at, talking us through what we liked and didn’t like, and gave us some amazing advice and ultimately we chose a mattress that we hadn’t really considered before but ended up being fantastic for our needs. I went in to the Mattress Firm the other day not knowing anything except that my back hurt all the time, and I never slept well. Having no clue about mattresses beyond what you learn sleeping on them I had to rely on their salesman Jay to get me up to speed on the incredible new mattresses they make these days. Now I know I said salesman because that’s Jay’s job, but at no time was I under any pressure, or pushed toward something more expensive. In fact Jay slowed me down, and made sure I tried a bunch of different mattresses before I made my choice. I found the one I wanted with his help, and learned a lot on the process. These new beds are a serious investment, and Mattress Firm represented by Jay Morgenstern made sure I felt good about the investment I was making. My mattress is being delivered Sunday, and I feel like a little kid before Christmas. Haven’t felt like that in years. Thank you Jay for all your help. The bed pillow I bought on sale for $8 which was originally $30 was a good deal.

Very pleasant experience. Went in just to get a basic full-size mattress. Even though we were only interested in the value section, the sales rep Logan was friendly, attentive, and not pushy at all. Got us just what we needed and even threw in some nice perks for us, even though we were a low margin client. Would definitely return and do business with him in the future!

I had good experience at this location. I talked to Jim. He is very knowledgeable and was patience with me. He took time to explain different layers that were used in different mattresses and how they feel different. He also hook me up with great deal and next day delivery. Im very satisfied with the purchase and service. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great, low-pressure experience with Jay. He understood our needs and helped us to find what we hope will be a great add to our home and improve sleep quality. We also felt like we our loyalty as repeat customers was recognized with the manner in which Jay worked out the details of our transaction. Best customer service I could have hoped for!! Kara helped me, carefully considering what I wanted in a new bed and my budget constraints. We hit a few snags due to my own needs and constraints and she just went into Ninja mode, getting me an amazing deal, picking up my old stuff ~ the whole thing. None of it was just business as usual. She had to make multiple calls to their warehouse and even other businesses so I could end up with everything I needed. I cant recommend her highly enough. She was very kind while she was busy going the extra mile (or 12), never rushed things, and never was anything but personable. She followed up the following day by phone. Bought a mattress tonight at sleepys in Morris ville from the sales associate tom! He was very knowledgeable & patient. My husband & I have conflicting comfort styles but Tom took the time to help us find a great match. He also gave us time to discuss & figure out what wanted without being a generic salesman. Cant wait for our mattress to be delivered! Going back tomorrow to take advantage of some more great deals on pillows due to then being bought out by mattress firm.

I would not recommend this mattress store. We had purchased a 2K mattress for our son and we were transferring from a crib to a full size bed. We had converted our crib to a bed the night before delivery and they canceled delivery and postponed for 5 more days. So our son would have no where to sleep. They were very rude to me when I went into the store and I told them I would go another mattress store to find what we wanted in stock if they could not resolve our issue in faster timeline. Their answer was go ahead. I walked out of the store and went to Mattress Warehouse in Apex and they took care of us right away and cancelled my order with Mattress Firm. This store was much better as a Sleepys. Mattress Firm, you have lost a customer forever and you will never see dime of my money again. My family will has spent over 10K in mattress purchases in last 5 years and you will not grow and continue to lose your customer base treating people this way, especially in an area where you have 10 other choices of mattress stores.
