My daughter spent an hour every Tuesday afternoon for 6 months here. Her life was changed because of eye therapy. I am thankful for Dr. Millers knowledge and the kind hearts of the therapists. My family benefited and my daughters life has been changed for the better.

Dr Beyer is the absolute best! Not only did he break things down for me to understand about my daughters routine eye exam he also thoroughly explained things to my 11year old so she could understand her own eyes. By far the only eye doctor that had my daughter and myself feeling overly confident in her vision. Thank you!

General management has decided that we are not paying them enough. They have decided that all credit card purchases (unless it is specifically a health care credit card) will incur a 3% surcharge. My daughter went through vision therapy with Dr. Miller and Meagan R. at Triangle Vision in Cary. This was absolutely the best experience one could hope for while recovering from post concussion symptoms. They talked us through every step of the way and we saw great improvement in the areas where there were major deficits. I am so grateful for this team and the professional care they gave my daughter. Dr Beyer is the BEST optometrist I have ever been to and I have worn glasses since about 10 years old. I have seen him for about 5 years now. Ms pam is the absolute nicest person i ever met and has a high knowledge of what color and shape looks best on you and very helpful. the doctor that worked with me was so helpful and kind and answered all my questions perfectly and everyone there is just so nice overall and gives good advice. one thing i will say is the price is very expensive for glasses and sunglasses set and vision test but i would say it would be worth it

If I was going to rate Triangle Visions Optometry on the strength of the caring and competence of my attending optometrist, Ryan Byer, Id give the facility a seven out of four. If rating on the intrusiveness of the marketing and expense of the facility, Id give a two or three, hence the overall four. If I have to have issues with a medical office, Id rather it be with the marketing and expense as opposed to the medico. In a weak support of the business, from the outside looking in, the lions share of optometry practices seem pricey. Seems to go with the territory. You can leave with a prescription in your pocket, however, and give the glasses trade to other places. If you have insurance involved, execute a follow up after awhile. They once held on to $117 of my money for a year and I did not get to use the credit until I returned for my following years visit.

Have been going to this location for years with no issues. Visited 3 months ago and got an updated prescription for glasses. I finally got around to getting glasses made and both pairs I had made, at two different manufacturers, were unwearable. My prescription is way off to the point I cant wear my glasses for more than 20 minutes without getting sick. I scheduled an appointment to get the issue resolved and upon returning for the appointment, they wanted to charge me $50 to check my prescription again... really?!?! You screw up my prescription and then want to charge me for your mistake?!?! I hope youre happy losing a customer over $50. Highly disappointed in this sites policies and customer service.

I have been going to a different place for years & I was having some issues with my eyes, my normal eye dr couldn’t see me so I happened to get an appt with Dr. Beyer, who saw me at 4:30 in the afternoon & never rushed me at all, when I walked out I realized they were closed & again I was not rushed out the door! I’m so glad I found them, Dr. Beyer is fantastic and very personable! Went back for an eye exam & the entire team was no nice & Kevin helped me with my glasses & prescription sunglasses, he was also great to work with! If you go here, I can’t see how you will not be satisfied!

Dr. Miller, Dr. Beyer & their staff (especially my daughters vision therapist, Michele) are amazing! Everyone is professional, knowledgeable & helpful. My daughter was referred to Triangle Vision. She required 8-10 months of therapy. Dr. Miller really explained my daughters challenges and met with us throughout the process so that she could keep track of my daughters progress. During the Covid 19 lockdown, staff jumped into problem-solving mode and implemented a virtual therapy plan so that her course of therapy was not interrupted. It is remarkable how far shes come & we owe it to Triangle Visions.

I have been happy with Dr. Bayer and the staff at Triangle Visions. I always feel like Dr. Bayer takes his time with me to address my needs as a patient. He not only answers my questions but also explains and educates me. I am also very happy with my experience dealing with Richie. I had a great experience at this optometrist office. My doctor was professional and knowledgeable. The glasses consultation went great as well. They were helpful and worked quickly but made the appointments enjoyable and personal. I would also recommend the $25 insurance on the glasses. I took very good care of my glasses but still ended up using the insurance on both pair in a years time.

Couldnt get an appointment for a week, and had no contacts.... Used to be a returning customer and need a sample to hold me till my appointment. My prescription hasnt changed in 20+ years... They refused, leaving me with one eye to drive with. Had to make an appointment somewhere else that was willing to help me out.2 stars only because the previous multiple times I have used them the Dr was nice and check up was relatively quick

(To be fair - I havent been to the others) I was recommended to go here by a friend who also works for the company, and Ive always had the best time. The optometrists that I have dealt with are knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist and eye wear associates are always nice and pleasant. The techs are great too! I just love coming here, and will come back!! 5 stars aint enough!! :)

I left a previous eye doctor because I felt rushed as if I was just a number and not a person. Triangle Visions took their time with my daughter and I making us feel like we were of utmost importance even with a room full of other patients. They did not hurry me to pick a pair of glasses and explained the breakdown of the payment very well. The doctor and staff were all excellent and I look forward to coming back!

Dr. Miller is highly knowledgeable. I saw her and her team for functional vision problems (like eye teaming issues and intermittent blurry vision) post-concussion. They did a great job of setting expectations, communicating at-home work, and increasing therapy difficulty slowly enough not to cause symptom overload but quickly enough to get results. I highly recommend her and her therapists.

Dr. Beyer is absolutely wonderful! He always takes the time to ask how you are doing and what your vision concerns are before he begins the exam. He genuinely appears interested in each patient. Dr. Beyer and the staff are courteous and patient. I appreciate being told upfront what is covered by a routine exam and what is extra. My appointment with Dr. Beyer was fantastic - his passion and knowledge (and humor) made the appointment great. I was a bit confused about the extra charges for photos since I did not agree ahead of time, and I was told I was looking into a machine because it would help estimate prescription / be a starting point for my exam (the photos had no bearing to the exam whatsoever and Im not sure what the value is other than charging me $39 that is not covered by insurance). I also did not receive my prescription at checkout (as required by law) but had to follow up with a call to the office, and promptly received a copy by email.

All staff, medical assistants, and doctors are very professional. Having gone to both doctors now, I found both to be excellent communicators and were fantastic at answering questions and conducting the exams. Dr. Beyer is the sweetest, most enthusiastic, and professional Optometrist I can imagine. Ive been going to this Triangle Visions location for 10+ years and have never once had a bad experience. I especially want to give a shout out to Pam for being my familys favorite glasses associate. She will hook you up with the best pair of glasses and shes so sweet and funny too!

The exam was good but I felt rushed and although my questions were answered, the woman doing the exam was a bit condescending. The doctor was great and the best part of was the optician, Ricky Perez. He was knowledgable, kind, patient and very helpful. He made the visit so much better. Hes a keeper!!

The only optometrist I’ve ever been to that tries to charge you the full price of contacts before running your insurance and reimburses you later. Dr. Booth seems charismatic but is actually just a salesman. My mom asked for a sample of a very specific kind of contact but when we picked up what they’d prepared it was something completely different. Booth told me he was sure I would have to pay full price for a contact lens exam even though my insurance covers 90% of it. Charged my mom extra for her eye exam because she has progressive vision. Generally a poor experience.

The comprehensive visit has become so easy with the addition of new state-of-the-art screening equipment. Team was well organized and had a clear understanding of what my insurance would pay for. And of course, Dr. Beyer is second-to-none as a professional and as human being. I feel like I am in great hands from the minute I walk in the door.

Triangle Visions did a great job with my daughters vision therapy. Mary Grace was so patient and kind to my daughter and she improved a lot in a short time. I would highly recommend.

My experience at Triangle Visions Optometry was excellent. Dr. Clark and staff are amazing! I was practically blind (literally). He planned out a treatment course for me and referred me to surgery for my left eye. I no longer need contact lenses in that eye. I am having the right done in a couple of days and cannot wait. I recommend Dr. Clark to anyone without hesitation.

Everyone is super nice and easy going. I never felt belittled or like my intelligence was being insulted, I felt like I was among friends. Dr. Beyer is the first optometrist Ive ever seen to recognize that I am actually farsighted, not nearsighted, and took the time to explain it to me and show me examples. The lady helping me find my frames (I didnt catch her name unfortunately) treated me like a fashion model, it was great. I wasnt able to buy the frames that day but she didnt make me feel guilty about it. Great group of people working here.

The staff at Triangle Visions is wonderful! They are very good about explaining the purpose of each test they give and the results of those tests. When its time to pick out glasses, there is no one better. They spend the time to let you test different frames and brands. They do not try to just sell you the most expensive frames. Not a child friendly waiting/vision area even though this is the pediatric site... 😒😒😒😒 40min wait for scheduled appt. Entire appt took an hour on top of that before seeing glasses. Front desk less than pleasant and only irritated when you need assistance. The actual eye docs/assistants were very nice but overall not impressed.

All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. Dr. Beyer is great, always taking time to explain things thoroughly. My last visit was over a year and a half ago, yet today he remembered a trip that I was about to go on after my previous visit and asked me about it. That level of personal touch makes each visit a pleasure.

I went to Doctor’s Vision Center for an eye exam and to get new glasses. At my office visit, the staff was wonderful! The front desk was pleasant and helpful. The eye doctor assistant (I’m not sure of the official title) was through and kind. Dr. Beyer was very personable and put me right at ease. After my visit, the eye center staff was above and beyond helpful. Pam worked hard to make sure that I got the best price for my eye glasses and sun glasses. There were some complications with the fit of my frames which required that I return to the office several times. Everytime, Pam, was patient and thoughtful…always saying, “I want you to be comfortable. No matter how long it takes.” Due to my work hours, I was limited in when I could come but Doctors Vision Center was always willing to work with me. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and extremely thankful that I chose Doctors Vision Center!

Amazing experience actually. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistants were exceptional. The doctor spent a full 45 minutes with me explaining my options, discussing issues I had with my contact lenses, considering the best match for me. In the past I have suffered through poorly fit lenses and hardly wore them. Dr. Beyer was spot on with his assessment and fitted me with a new contact set up that made a world of difference.
