Absolutely fantastic! The quality is incredible, and the service is excellent! They make wonderful recommendations, have a gluten-free option, the taste is superior to any other cookie shop I have ever been to, and they *actually* serve milk! They had actually just closed but still let us buy cookies for our group (we were next door in a wood working class!). Thank you thank you thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!

Had a really great experience at this place! We came in just before closing not realizing they were about to close. The staff was friendly, attentive, patient with us deciding what we wanted, and the service was fast. The shakes each came with a small cookie that they warmed up for us which was a really nice touch. The milkshakes had strong flavor and the perfect consistency. The cookies were the perfect texture of crispy and gooey with a great taste. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth! They even have a rewards club that if you sign up for you get a free cookie on the spot!

They have gluten free cookies and cream milkshakes which was really exciting (never seen that before). But honestly it wasn’t very good, they grind up the cookies so fine you can’t even taste them. Making it at home tastes way better. My husband said his regular version was the same. Don’t think we’ll be coming back. Thank you for the gluten free options, though!

Ive never been blown away by soft-serve ice cream until I had at Baked. Even better served on top of a warmed chocolate chunk cookie - heaven and worth every calorie! My husband had an oreo milk shake that was also divine. I couldnt stop tasting his. ;) This is a must-try in Cary - and really reasonably priced too.

I found one of the best warm Oatmeal cookies at Baked. I was craving something sweet and yummy after running a bunch of errands and they were one of the first places that popped up in my search. The gentleman that helped me was so nice and invited me to try some of their cookie dough. I tried the recees peanut butter cup and omg, it was so delicious! Not super sweet and just made me want to get a bigger scoop, better yet, just give me the entire bowl. But, I held back and I just focused on the Oatmeal cookie that was worth every bite of the $3! I will be back for that cookie dough the next time I am in Raleigh!!

This place had a great variety of choices to pick. From gluten free to vegan and any regular flavors as well. That’s importan because food allergies are important these days. The soft served ice cream was creamy and the toppings were delicious. Literally, everything was delicious. If I could go everyday I would. I highly recommend.

So yummy! My favorite so far is the Red Velvet flavor. Next time, I’ll get Brownie Batter. I can’t wait to come back and try more things from the menu like the milkshakes!The woman employee who served me was very helpful and kind. She was also wearing her mask so I felt safe coming in and patronizing this business. I’ll be back with my coworkers since my work is a short drive away!

This place was amazing! We got the peanut butter crunch cookie dough with vanilla ice cream! We tried other flavors that were also delicious, it was hard to choose! Definitely will be going back here. The staff was also super helpful and friendly!

Big fan of the chocolate chunk. Its an excellent cookie made by excellent bakers. The staff are polite and the establishment appears very clean. Overall just a great local choice for something tasty, probably the best cookies in town.

A dessert shop with edible cookie dough is a brilliant idea—first dessert location i’ve come across with it. Red velvet flavor is SO good. Very friendly staff and plaza location in Cary is a great spot to hang out for dessert. Will be back!

I love going to this shopping center because of the variety of different restaurants and live music. I was so happy to see a dessert shop finally open up where you can get a huge amount of different sweet treats. I grew up in a small town where the desserts were the place to be. I was happy to be greeted with a warm welcome in a mask friendly environment when so many places dont follow state laws. The decor was awesome and my Red Velvet shake was absolutely amazing, my daughter was over the hill with the soft serve. Thanks for bringing this to the area! We will be back!

Sweet tooth was bothering me so I stopped in to BAKED Cary Cookies and Dough.Tried the red velvet milkshake at it was awesome! Brought 6 signature cookies and most of them made it home (the snickerdoodle was scrumptious 😋)In my experience, staff and customers were fully observing COVID-19 precautions and were wearing masks and gloves. I felt safe doing business with them and look forward to trying more items.

Always great customer service and even more importantly always amazing treats! Favorites include the Red Velvet Dough, Heath Cookies, and my all time favorite the Ice Cream Doughwich (a must try)! Great to have such a cool sweet shop local to Cary and Apex. With all the options between icecream, dough, and cookies, will definitely be a regular stop all year long.

Loved this place! They were so friendly and patient when my 6 yo wanted to try ALL the cookie dough flavors. Everyone was masked and there was hand sanitizer right by the counter. Will definitely be going back to satisfy the sweet tooth!!

The cookies are huge and yummy. Ive also tried the Unbaked Shake! So many different treats and good hot and iced coffees. Go see for yourself!

I was interested to try this place, but on two separate occasions yesterday I walked by the store and the saw the person working behind the counter not wearing a mask, including when interacting with customers. I will not be visiting as long as this dangerous behavior continues.Edit: Had they been 100% mask compliant like the owner claims, I would have not felt compelled to leave this review. It’s unfortunate that when their unsanitary practices are exposed, rather than take steps to fix them, the owner instead decides to call me a liar.
