So yeah, I only go there for the Thai Tea because coming from the Bay Area I drink that almost 3 times a week, Im a Thai Tea addict and my standards are high. This place delivers. It is the best Thai tea in the area and I have been search for as long as I have relocated in North Carolina (5 years).The tea is so good, and the lady knows how to balance the milk, the ice, the sugar just so perfectly, I dont have to tell her how much of this or how much of that, she knows what to do just right.They have thoes punch cards, which is nice because I go there so often, every 10 drinks I get one free, which makes me feel good.My kids like the other drinks, I heard theyre good and sound fancy dirty Chocolate float, Mango Milk, etc. I never tried, but kids really enjoy going there and sip on those things like crazy.The owner, is super friendly and works fast, she wont let you wait very long.I highly recommend!

I’ve never had boba tea before, I got the Caramel Dirty Boba Float. It was so good, I loved the chewiness of the boba, it tasted like caramel balls. My daughter got coffee ice cream with the bubble waffle cone, she liked it very much also!

One of the best places to get Boba, especially because its all do freshly made. Our Server was Zee, and she is amazing at her job. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Big tips for her every time. She expressed excellent product knowledge and recommendation skills. We ordered a lime tea and the chocolate waffle cone with the coffee Oreo ice cream. All very delicious. I havent tried the cream cake we ordered, but it looked and felt fresh in the box.

If i can give zero stars i would. This place is so disappointing.They have replicas of their waffle cone ice cream on the shelf and it look so good so youre expecting to get the same thing.When you get your food, youre suddenly hit with reality, it doesnt look the same.They put the ice cream right away after the waffle is cooked so what you get is melted ice cream.The service wasnt great either. I had to remind them that Im still waiting for my other drink. I wouldve been understanding if they were busy, but they werent.I will not be back and not recommend.If looking for the same type of dessert go to Bumble Tea instead.

Don’t get the boba! It’s not known for it. The fruit tea tastes like soap and made me sick afterwards! They are nice and the concept is cool. But even the bubble waffles aren’t really worth it. Overpriced and not good!

Went in today and was really looking forward to trying their soft serve, but was told they are not doing soft serve do to COVID 🤔 I was very confused because they still have regular ice cream and still make teas so it makes no sense. Anyways I got two drinks Choco float andOolong cream. The oolong cream tasted like straight water with cream and the choco float was just super sweet. Honestly just go to Milk Lab, Kung Fu Tea, Moge Tee or Bumble tea. Definitely would not recommend and I was so excited 😞

We arrived a little after closing on Father’s Day, and Zee behind the counter was gracious enough to let us end-even tho closed get me a yummy Fathers Day cold treat. Thanks to Zee and my lovely wife.

They recently just opened up and my friends and I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was splendid and the place itself is very clean, minimalistic, and pleasing. I ordered the matcha dirty boba, and it was very good! I love the interior design of the store as well. Give this place a try and be mindful that they only just started opening up, so do not automatically compare them to other boba shops! Will deff be coming back :,)

Got the first try of Matcha Dirty Boba today! The brown sugar boba is fantastic! I LOVE the chewiness of boba a lot! However, the appearance of my drink didnt have the green matcha color on top layer, and the Matcha taste wasnt very strong. But it seems like this is only the soft opening period. So I wouldnt be too harsh on this. Also, the owners were very patience and kind to hear my advices. Overall, this is a great tea and snack place around our neighborhood! Cant wait to try the Ice Cream waffle next time!!

I tried this place after wanting to for a few months now cause theyve been closed due to covid. I got the regular black milk tea. The boba isnt cooked all the way through, it was still hard on the inside. The tea was flavorful but it was still warm. Im actually pretty disappointed with this place, and I had pretty high expectations, too. If youre going to be a boba place, atleast check if the boba is cooked through.. thats like step one!

As someone who lives nearby, I go here rather often. Ive tried several different offerings. The waffle stuff is worth waiting for but my favorite is the Dirty Caramel Boba. Their ice cream flavors you cant find anywhere else, very unique. They have warming to refreshing beverages and anywhere in between. Highly, highly recommend.

My family and I visited Hey Cream tonight. It was such a wonderful experience! I had the lime tea and my Mom had the ginger lemon with boba. They were both super delicious and fresh. In addition, the owners and staff were so kind and helpful. We really liked the decor. It was bright and clean. We also liked the white and lime color scheme. It was great and we will definitely be back!

I dont know about the quality of food/drinks you make, but if youre going to keep your store hours at random you better expect your customers to be mad. I never leave reviews but I just had to for this one. I drove 30 mins to get a drink and the place was closed at 8:40pm. The manager is doing wrong to both the employees and the customers.

It was average, unique deserts trying to be trendy Asian themed. I guess you could say the black ice cream was forgettable because when I noticed my poop was black, web MD said that I had internal bleeding and or cancer, so I didn’t even remember I had black ice cream until I saw someone said that could cause what I was experiencing, so in the end my trip was so forgettable, that I forgot about eating that dessert within a day.WebMD is always 5/5 for telling me “I’m already dead”

1. Long waiting time: The waiting time was 1.5 hr after the order.2. Drinks were not made per request: I ordered boba milk tea with light ice, and they gave me milk tea without boba even though they confirmed with me, and my drink was filled with ice, about 1/3 of the drink. I am not paying for ice.3. AC does not seem to work: It was so hot in the store.4. The clerks were nice thought.

I tried their whole lime fruit tea as well as vanilla waffle with blue berry. Both are above my expectation. Be sure to ask for a sample before you make a decision.

The Boba was not boiled until it was soft. It was really hard to chew them. The tea is good.

The boba is good, and the ice cream is superb! Must try the charcoal icecream, and dont worry; the charcoal washes off your teeth easily with some water.

New tea/boba/ice cream place in the Publix shopping center. They have fruit, sweet, and chocolate flavored ice cream. Their flavors change periodically. Soft serve (3), hard scoop (6), fresh fruit, fresh made waffle, etc. Wonderful visual menu on a wall shelf for those new to the boba tea world. Nice variety of offerings. Plenty to choose from. All made while you wait. They do offer delivery through Grubhub and a new curbside pickup service called Swipeby. Great tastes and friendly service! We had the whole lime tea and the dark caramel boba float. Both were delicious. Also tried the pineapple orange hard scoop (dairy free) and it was amazing.

The two girls working were under a lot of stress but handled it well, very nice and cooperating even though the ice cream machine wasn’t working and half the things were sold out.
