My favorite place to go when I’m in Casper! The coffee is great, and I especially love their ice blended drinks. Egg bagels delicious too. It’s a lovely vibe here - always a nice amount of people hanging out, not too busy, not too quiet, every time I’ve been, at least. Staff have been so nice every single time - very friendly and warm. Very accepting of kids (but don’t worry, often there are no kids there at all). Comfy sofas, a place to hang out and chill.

Green tea matcha latte reminds me of New Orleans PJs coffee house. A little on the sweet end but very good! Love the vibe here and so many cool options. My daughter and I hung out for a while on some of their comfy chairs!

Coffee is a little spendy but the atmosphere is amazing.

I love their London fog! Such a cute atmosphere to sit and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Delicious coffee, especially their cherry almond lattes! Super nice and helpful employees! Only downside was that there weren’t many vegetarian friendly items on the menu. Would definitely stop by again for more next time I’m in the area.

Its not a very clean place, built up dust on things, the table were not cleaned after two different sets of people set at them and cup were just left on the table. One waiters just walked by twice and not do her job

This deserves 5 stars review. I love local cafes. This was my regular breakfast place for my 15 days of business and pleasure trip to Casper. All drinks are great. My favorite is Running with scissors. Bagels are so great. Environment is retro and laid back. Good place for family hangout. My daughter loved the place too, as there were many board games to play.

Stopped here on our journey from Denver to Bozeman and it was so worth it!!! Metro has one of the most creative & delicious menus I’ve seen in a modern coffee shop. We enjoyed the Elvis & Baileys blended coffee drinks and they were both delicious! But if we lived closer, there are plenty of other drinks I’d like to try. Looks like a great place for studying, meeting friends, catching live performances and you can have parties there!

Reminds me of a college town coffee shop. Loads of different art and colours going on and a stage for open mic nights.Lots of seating including couches and armchairs so you can really settle in. It’s nice to have somewhere so big that you can still have this space during covid times.Lots of coffee options and for non-coffee drinkers too! Prices were fair and staff were helpful.Would have like faster WiFi to really settle in.

Great service ! I had an snowball latte with an extra shot. This was excellent. A begal (everything begal) with bacon and cheddar cheese was so good I couldnt believe it. I love our local Metro Coffee shop!!

Exraordinary atmosphere!!!!! The coffee was amazing. Plenty of space and the music was not started yet but listening to them warm up was just fantastic.We had to come back for the raspberry truffle coffe and a scone.Scrumptious!!

Your toilets were disgusting and clogged, called the manager and she kept saying ok I’ll clean it and never did won’t be going to you disgusting establishment no more!!.

(East side location) To be honest, I was a little weirded out at first from the tacky color schemes and dumpster-rescued furniture. The decorations include swear words, which was definitely unsettling.The people, though, were INCREDIBLY friendly and kind. The barista recommended the Black and Tan breve, which was very good.Above all else, they are choosing to open their doors and work with the COVID restrictions to provide a place for the community to safely gather, socialize at a distance, and enjoy good coffee. Although they don’t share my fashion tastes, they absolutely represent the best thing about coffeehouses: a place for people to meet and talk and share and laugh together.Thanks for working so hard to stay open and provide for our community what no medicine, mask, or mandate can: human connection.

Great little coffee shop with friendly staff. Signature drinks are unique and delicious. They’re a little on the sweet side, but they are very accommodating and can tailor the sweetness to your liking! Excellent service and high-quality coffee.

Good coffee with good bagels. Can be a little load for getting work done outside the office.

This place is likeable. Backed by Daz Bog coffee, large work and meet space, near downtown center, Casper, WY, where the jackalope play and snipe sway! The wild animals are also interesting.

Quick and awesome service. It has an amazing atmosphere and the Best coffee in town hands down.

Just lost about $25 worth of orders because of the terribly rude customer service. My family of 5 came in (with masks) and got stared down by all 3 employees. Even my kids noticed that they just kept staring at us. They were talking amongst each other and kept staring at us. As we decided to walk out the door to leave the girl gave us a dirty look and never lost eye contact with me. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. We’re here from out of town enjoying a downtown walk and wanted to support local. We will do this elsewhere and tell all of our friends to not support metro coffee as well. Awful.

My husband & I took our son to the splash park this past summer a few times; he ran over to get us an Elvis (with an additional shot of espresso in each). Boy oh boy it was so tasty! Id recommend that! 😁 Thanks Metro staff for the great drinks & friendly service!!

I reuse to go in this coffee house. I had several negative experiences there.most noteably a band that played there to an empty house made snide fun of my choice of beverage, apparently they knew me from some where, but I sure don,t know them. That aside this place lacks a real coffee house atmosphere/vibe.a lousy selection of snacks and beverages adds to the annoying lame atmosphere. Also the. Chairs when you get up in the front of the place screech real loud which disrupts reading or study, reminds me of finger nails on a. chalk board. One of the staff seemed put out and annoyed with my choice of beverage. All this adds up to lame culture less experience. My advice to metro, go to Boulder Co and visit the Laughing goat award winning coffee house and find out what a real coffee house is like, there a lot of the time you have to wait to get in because it,s such a killer popular place with great music most of the time nightly and a nice selection of great beverages and snacks that are healthy, all sadly lacking at Metro in Casper, which matches Casper’s lame culture 20 + years behind the times culture. Depressing is all that I can say about both metro and Casper a perfect matching pair.

I love supporting a local business and the drinks are so good!! The problem I have with this place is that the people who work there are more focused on talking with their friends that they dont pay attention to the waiting customers. They are always super loud and unprofessional. It used to be so good, but I can barely stand to be in there. Get my coffee and go.

Not too bad lattes ask for added flavor

I go here everyday and it has become one of my favorite parts of each day. The service is fast and friendly. They have wifi and plenty of room to have a cup of whatever you fancy and get some work done, have a chat with a friend, or even meet for book club. The customer service is great and Id much rather spend my money at a place like this than a corporate owned business selling overpriced coffee to the masses. Metro seriously has something for everyone! I could not recommend it more!

The atmosphere is comfy and musical. I enjoy music so I appreciated the piano. Local musicians often go there to jam. There are numerous very squishy sofas all around, however, an outlet is hard to find when you are on a sofa.

Good fair prices for good coffee!

Good Dags coffee. If you hate Starbucks this is a decent option. The biggest problem was I was trying to have a conversation with a friend while they were making smoothies. The blenders probably require hearing protection. Killed the coffee bar vibe with ten minutes of incredibly loud blenders. Might get coffee to go but not going to stay there.

Quick service and tasty coffee drinks! Their redbull smoothies are great, something I havent been able to find around Casper much. The atmosphere is great and a great place to meet up with people.

Metro Coffee is an Awesome Coffee Shop. I always look for local coffee shops and this one is great. Their coffee is delicious, and they have a wide array of food options, both breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Shop is very conveniently located downtown.

It was great as usual, one of the KW Spanish teachers and I (NC) get together with our students to speak for an hour in Spanish and that is the best place to do it at, we have been doing it since 2013 once a month

It used to be a really great place when the original owner was working the drinks, but now that all the kids work there, every coffee I got from there was burnt, and didn’t taste right. Unfortunate turn for my favorite cafe in Casper..(Edit) I had real dozbog in Denver and it tasted about 20x better I know my coffee fairly well.

Been going to this coffee shop for what seems like forever and I understand that it is under new ownership, but the quality of the coffee and other drinks hasnt changed and so I will continue to give them my business. I wish the new owner/s good luck in their new business venture and I am excited to see what changes they bring to this coffee shop.

A gorgeous woman behind the counter attempted to rob me of my possessions. She said, and I quote, this is a stick up. She then went on to make a threatening gun gesture with her hands!My iced coffee was excellent and well priced.The staff are attentive and entertaining.10/10 would get stuck up again.

Ive been going here since..when I started liking coffee. I love it here. Their special drinks on the whiteboard change to whatever the season is. I love the drink variety. I love it here!

Good coffee. Employees are incredibly unprofessional, constantly dropping F-bombs, inappropriately bantering with customers, female employees smooching and snuggling each other instead of serving customers, depressive rude attitudes drag down the over all business aspect. The bands and art this venue has brought in through the last few years have turned it into an alternative millennial hot spot and in doing so, have officially unwelcomed families in general, which really stinks when its across from the blossoming, family oriented, David square.

Sweet, retro little coffee shop thats been around a long time.

Three people were working on one order while a long line was forming. They didnt great any of the new customers or make eye contact. I was first in line and I left. I only wanted a cup of black coffee and didnt feel confident they could get the job done!

My first time there, I had the Banana mocha. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be back..

Great coffee!

Noisy but still has a nice environment other than that. Front of the shop is too loud during busy hours to really work or have a conversation, and the rear is better but is the first area to fill up. Clean, good drinks, nice employees.

I love Metro. The service is always great, and I have yet to be disappointed by an order. I recommend the Black and Tan.

Nice place to chill

This place is cool good people good coffee. Try the French toast hot with wip cream its good...puts Star bucks to shame. They even remade my coffees that tip over in my car..this is my new coffee shop for sure

They advertise ice cream including a lighted window sign. No ice cream. Also do not have the smoothies as listed on the menu. The coffee sweeteners etc are just thrown on a cart. Not clean or organized. Dark and uninviting.

Good coffee. I enjoyed all the different kinds of seating. Really chill atmosphere to hang out or do work.

The coffee shop was really well priced and ok tasting but I was disappointedin the service. There were three people behind the counter and very few customers. We had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to pour something into a cup. The staff seemed very overwhelmed by making a series of extremely complicated drinks which were ordered just before I ordered a cold brew. Instead of using good time management they made all the other complicated drink orders instead of just pouring the cold brew into a cup which took approximately 15 seconds. I had also ordered a hot coffee which we serve yourself on the counter but I had to wait til they got to pouring the cold brew to get their attention to ask for cream for it.

The girl behind the counter was texting when I came in. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The drink was made pretty fast but they forgot about my sandwich, I waited 20 minutes for it before I requested a refund. They gave me my money back which was nice, I love their coffee but the service has been pretty bad everytime I visit.
