I havent been inside but the parking lot for this store is big and not so busy so parking is a breeze compared to the other location. They were fairly quick. Priced just a little cheaper than Starbucks but tastes a whole lot better than them too!

I Spilled my drink all over my car, and the lady doing the drive thru was nice enough to give me some paper towels and make me a fresh drink, which was delicious! I highly recommend this place

I have been spending at least 50 dollars a week at the West side location and today I went to the drive thru and they were not open at 5:30 am. I drove to the East side location and they were not open. I went back to the West side location and they were still not open at 6:15 am. I was sitting in the drive thru and saw a guy walk in but he still didnt open so I came home and called and the man answered and I told him about my unhappiness that neither location was open in time and I ran at least $5.00 of gas and still didnt have any coffee and asked if I could get a free one. He said no and was very rude. I called the main office in Billings and there is no way to even leave a message. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize City Brew again and I am taking my business to Starbucks.

I love their frappes and cold brew drinks. The portions are good and the cost is reasonable. It tastes soooo much better than Starbucks and is a little cheaper. Good sugar free options, friendly employees. Quick drive through service, and the interior is nice clean and relaxing, good atmosphere. Very good breads and sandwiches too!

City Brew is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. The people are always friendly and the atmosphere is inviting!

They have an awesome menu, its my favorite place for Frappes!The Employees Always have Amazing Customer Service skills even if your picky, have kiddos, or just like to special order things just the way YOU like them(I mean, hey, it IS coffee! Lol) Theyre polite, they listen and always make my order PERFECT, AND they do so with a smile, and a good sense of humor, too, which is a must for anyone who has to put up with Me & My Family! 😁

Becoming an unreliable source of coffee. Last 3 visits our order has been wrong. If you dont pay attention they will up sell you order without asking. Used to be a common go to place, will be switching shops.

Came here to grab a coffee on my way out of town. The employees behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. The coffee was prepared quickly and was tasty. When entering, however, I literally had to doubletake to make sure I didnt just walk into a Starbucks. City Brew is a blatant clone of Starbucks from the color scheme, to the fonts used, the uniforms, etc. If it wasnt for the name of the front, you would not be able to tell the difference. This is a shame since I do try to hit more locally owned coffee shops when I travel and try to avoid Starbucks when possible. To me, this is Starbucks. If you are looking or something other than Starbucks try Metro Coffee Company or one of the others in Casper that have their own identity and didnt just shamelessly copy Starbucks.

Cant follow the most basic drink orders, no wonder their drive through is always empty! Order off the menu or dont go there, period! Even then the drink will be sickeningly sweet one time, good another time, not hot the next time...

Great place to get a French press of your favorite coffee for less than $2 when you ordered as a small cup that is to say, they give you a small ceramic cup or small paper cup your choice, and then a full French press!

I would give 0 stars if I could! Seems like every time I come my order gets messed up now and I drive from across town from the eastside! How annoying Im finding a new place to buy beans and coffee! Not to mention they sold me an open bag of beans and then changed what they told me when I came back with them....doesnt really seem like they care that you support their local small business, so from now on I wont!
