Great service, great coffee, great pick me up before getting back on the road. Definitely worth the stop.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks including Starbucks reserve in Tokyo and the Edo period Starbucks in Kyoto. The magic of this Starbucks is right up there with the rest. Always welcomed with warm smiles and often times my drink already being made people know this as their second home or the first stop in starting off the day right. The Baristas are loved as much as the baristas who moved on from poring coffee. Thank you for always bringing me a positive experience and making me feel at home. Even with Covid everyone has done an amazing job providing the best and safest opportunity to enjoy the amazing coffee and other amazing treats. Love love love Casper Starbucks East side!!!!

Ordered a grande decaf iced latte with one pump vanilla, got an iced latte with waaay too much vanilla covered in whipped cream. Ordered a grande hot green tea with one tea bag. Got it with 2 tea bags. Tossed the latte after one sip and pulled the tea bags out as soon as I could get the lid off...not a satisfactory experience. They werent real busy at the time so it wasnt that they were overwhelmed just didnt listen to the order

This place is very nice, there are a lot table to sit for different kinds of meetings, however, the stuff is not very friendly, they are as if we they are doing customers a favor.

They went above and beyond! My drink was great and the service was friendly and fast. But even more importantly, I cant thank you guys enough for sending my wallet to me after accidentally leaving it at your store during a road trip. I LOVE Starbucks! Pricey for sure. But their roasted ham and cheese breakfast sandwich and a good morning beverage is definitely worth it! 100% recommended.

Overpriced usual, better coffee to be had elsewhere in town

Wasnt many people in there but today they were slow making the drinks. Normally im in and out but not today.

I have never been a huge fan of the food at Starbucks, but I am a fan of the newer breakfast burritos. This location also made one of the best White Mochas with an extra shot I have had from a Starbucks. Would have given 5 stars but the parking was a pain.

Just about every Starbucks I go is super friendly, especially this one. Theyre usually pretty busy, but that doesnt mean the quality of the coffee and customer service goes down. Treat them good, because they do the same for you! :)

Usually I love Starbucks, but this one made me feel like a bother. I was there 30 minutes before there New Years Eve closing time. All food had been pulled from the case. I ordered my drink & then heard what a pain it was to make as the two workers whispered together.

Got a mocha latte, was kind of weak and not sweet at all and there was no sugar on counter at all to use.

I dont go here. I dont drink coffee and if I did I wouldnt pay $8 for a cup of it.

The drinks are good but Starbucks itself are pretty racist toward police officers so I would take your business elsewhere in Casper the other places that appreciate policeman

Its a Starbucks. Not the best, but not bad either. Ive noticed blended drinks are pretty hit or miss at this location though; sometimes they are spot on, other times they are lightly flavored shaved ice.

I wanted something different, not the usual drink I usually get, so I asked the cashier what she suggested? She asked if I had ever tried a hot praline toasted late, so I said today I am!! It was so yummy! They are very helpful, and friendly here!

We just stopped in this Starbucks on our way home to Montana. We received horrible service. We went in and they were clearly very busy, no big deal. We went up the front counter and the girl that greeted us was very rude. I just asummed long day no big deal. We ordered I gave her my name and paid. She asked me if I would like a receipt and I said no. (Didnt think I would need it) We went and stood behind the line of other people waiting on their drinks. 10 minutes goes by, all the people that were in front of us are almost gone, so we moved up to the counter where you pick up drinks. With in a couple of minutes they are calling on all of the people who have just now walked in behind us. 18 minutes went by and now it was almost empty in there. I go to the front counter and say We still havent got our drinks and many people who have come in after us have come and gone, still no drinks. She asked the name on our order and I told her. They looked around and didnt even have a cup with the name. She asks what we had and they start to make the drinks. Then sat them on the counter like nothing even happened with a sorry for the wait. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks over all. I wouldnt have posted on here if they could have acted like they cared. Worst customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Grande Latte extra shot add chai! Thats not made with water, 3 shots of espresso and 6 pumps of chai! $5.62If you tell me a different price, I already know you messed up!

My brother went in to order for me this morning and the young lady at the counter gave him horrible customer service. Very dissatisfied with this experience. Did not wait for him to finish ordering, gave him the wrong order, made a mess of our drinks and food, and acted like she didnt care. Very rude. And unpleasant. So frustrating we didnt even want to stick around to have them fix it.

This is a favorite stop whenever I pass through Casper since its so close to I-25. Service is usually fast.Drinks are always right and staff is very friendly

Unfortunately I cant respect a company like Starbucks as a whole. Im just not willing to put money into an anti American company. To be honest the coffee isnt that great either there are far better tasting coffee shops that are locally owned. I would recommend the Pour House on CY across from Shifters. The other issue I had with this specific Starbucks is that it was a bunch of kids working there who seemed more concerned about their next test at school and quitting working there, then the actual service and making of the coffee lol

Drink was fine, staff did not provide a good customer experience. The cashier didnt make any eye contact during my entire order, seemed relatively bored and annoyed. Barista couldnt be bothered to say who the drink was for just shoved it to the person closest to the bar....worst Starbucks experience Ive ever had honestly. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to get a job at this location for a minute now and every time I call to check up on my application the manager either is not there or she has no time to talk, honestly Wyoming starbucks dont have the greatest hiring managers whatsoever Ive been told to call around 11am or noon, and everytime I do there is no progress for me and its the same story every single time it sucks. I have the experience and I am able to do a great job, but I guess the opportunity is not there for me.

Im so very disappointed that your employees threw out paying customers police officers cuz a different customer said they scared him. If you are scared or uncomfortable with police officers, the you are probably a criminal. I dont want to associate or be anywhere where criminals are. So after many years, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Not open at 5 sharp...employee unlocked door without opening for me even tho I was standing there waiting.... I did get a hi...however it was clear it was a bother... coffee not ready...cups overfilled. ..friendly?... not!... good service? ...not!

Even if you dont drink coffee, theyll have something for you to enjoy. They are a little overpriced, in my opinion. Theyll remake your drink if youre not satisfied with it. The baristas tend to be friendly.
