Staff is on their toes. Very polite to customer and helpful. I love my neighborhood Bealls. The store is always kept clean and organized. Was a little bare but to be expected after Christmas. Keep up the amazing work. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

I have always loved this store in Caselberry as they have lovely items displayed making shopping easy. But I received a flyer today that really upset me. It says: More savings all over the flyer, but after reading that Mondays are 10% discount and you get 1 day in your birthday month to have 15% off I’m like what??? I have been getting 15% off every Monday?

Just a heads up... the credit card they are prompting you ti apply for (on the keypad )is sketchy, to say the least.When I called to find out why they have “the wrong address”, the recording for Experian takes you around in circles... something the real Experian would never do. This screams identity theft!

Always find good stuff at the outlet.

I went in 13 minutes before closing just literally was going in for two minutes looking for a shoe. From the moment I walked in she says “we close in 10 minutes” not that it bothered me that she told me it was the way she said it. Like it bothered her that I even entered the store. Instead of saying can i help you find what you’re looking for. Like that I could of been in and out real quick. Second employee tells me “we close in 5 minutes” and taps at her watch. Seeiously!? I work in retail if I were to treat a customer like that They’d let me go. I care about my customers. Even if they come two minutes before we close I treat them the same way I’d want to be treated as a customer.

Just went in to browse. Very clean store

This store is really an outlet and as such supplies you with a grand array of all types of shoes accompanied with good lower market prices. It is worth checking it out

Like bells outlet monday is always busy with 15 percent off with card for seniors. Fridays is for people younger with card. Always find something i want or need including hair products or makeup. Good discount place.

If you go on Tuesday they have great clearance areas

I enjoy going to Bealls Outlet because they have some very cute earrings, a nice selection of colors for purses, and some interesting items for Decor around my home, and the price is always unbeatable.

Waiting endlessly in line. Asked cashier if another person could cone ring people out. After waiting for 13 minutes online. She said. No all others in store are 1 manager and and 2 supervisors. So sad they supervise and wont help customers. Im leaving. TJMaxx managers always open

Petty managers. no pay due to budget cuts. no hours. the job is full of drama. they dont warn you ahead of time if you are scheduled or not. the managers are rude. the broads that are put on supervisor and scheduling duties are rude and very unorganized, this store is just full of drama. so if you are looking to make a living .....this is not the place.. you have to work part time, no benefits.oh and also pleeeeeease NOTE PAY IS 9HR NO ROOM FOR GROWTH,, SPECIALLY WITH CATTY FEMALES....

Not a whole lot of Florida weather clothes, still a lot of long sleeves. I am not interested right now in shopping for 6 months from now.

Store had good prices but selections are limited. Store has a dim appearance that makes it look dirty and very aged. Associates are hard to find if you have a question, but they are at the cash registers.

Was looking thru their purses. They had some cute ones but not a big variety.

The store is much neater than other Bealls and well lit.

Lots of inventory, but several things were on the floor, and sizes were all mixed in. Pleasant checkout.

I no longer have a Bealls in my area and once in a while I go to Casselberry to see if they have something worth buying. Well, I was able to find my husbands size 33 Jeans at a great price which was a pleasant surprise. They had some neat holiday decor and plenty of gifts but clothing not exactly to my taste. In a few weeks I will have a brand new Bealls opening just 1 mile from home and that will be quite the treat. This Casselberry location has a hideous parking area and traffic is always nightmarish. The parking design and planning for this busy shopping center - it has ROSS, Dollar Tree, Aldi and several other shops- is a disaster.

I had a homeless woman approach me in the back of the store while I was shopping asking me for money. When I told her I didnt have any she asked if I was paying with a credit card. Really?? I was extremely uncomfortable and worried for my security. I quickly walked away and found a staff member to let them know. I will not shop there again. Beware, lots of homeless people frequent this plaza.

Staff is super helpful and every time I have gone to shop the store has been organized and clean!

4 days before Christmas and still a really good selection of items. Well staffed with short lines.

I used to love Bealls but they shouldn’t allow to treat customers like that, specially if they have items in the shopping 🛒. The store close at 9 or the employees leave at 9????
