Great prices and friendly staff.

Ross always has great finds in the Decoration and Bedding department, prices are fair and better than what’s at the mall.The dressing room needs ALOT of help. Half of the time it’s typically closed so you can not try on clothes you may want to purchase, and to be honest you may not even want to go inside. It’s really gross, badly cared for, there’s gum holding up the curtains that is meant to give you privacy, if you even find a a stall with a curtain that is. So yes it needs a major update and upgrade at all Ross locations.Also the clothing department would be so much better if it was organized as by color and sizes. However clothes are not the best quality so don’t expect much life out of them. Overall the shopping experience is okay, you can always find something to leave in hand.

Crowded, understaffed, slow checkouts. It was an ordeal stranding in line on a Sunday afternoon, which is always a busy shopping day in every retail store. Someone should tell the Ross managers of this small fact, so that they might schedule some help. Just horrible.

The last few times I have visited the store their inventory has been super low. I am not sure what’s going on, thought maybe it was because of Covid-19, but the other stores are fine. The shelves are basically empty with very limited stock, To the point it looks like they might be closing. Almost a waste of time to go in. When I shopped today, there were only two clerks on the register and the line wrapped around the traffic control system and out into the aisle. I counted 12 people in line. Understaffed and under stocked. 😐

Although Ross have very fashionable clothes I mostly shop there for household items. Have found many unique items for my home. Selling my house and several potential buyers thought I had staged my home.

Expensive but found Adidas slides for 20$(size 14) cant find my size shoes anywhere, and a nice water bottle

An ever changing assortment of various fashion, some of it name brand (for those who require labels on their clothing to indicate their status in society). Just go in and browse; you may find something you like. New inventory is delivered weekly. TIP: ask which day of the week, so you can ve the first to see new items before others snatch them up.

Found some wonderful things from India I needed and had been looking for. Its a hit or miss but have found good deals. Store has been sparse in products but today was a great day!!!

I love the deals at Ross but please have dressing rooms open. Only having one dressing room at the front of the store open with a line of people waiting is frustrating as a customer. I decided not to wait my turn to use the one dressing room and purchase 2 dresses. Luckily when i got home both dresses fit and looked great.

Never seem to have adequate number of cashiers available. Ive had to abandon my cart because I could no longer wait to go through checkout. Prices are great, but if I cannot take my selections home, well.....

I love shopping at Ross I only buy name brand clothing and purses and I bought the most beautiful leather Calvin Klein purse for $69 that I ended up paying 140 last year for Christmas for my mother I also bought three pairs of shoes two dresses and one blouse all for under $80 I dont know how this store stays in business but I thank my heavenly Stars that they are still in business because I dont shop anywhere else

We went to 5 different stores over the weekend and all were very disappointing. Quality and selection has gone way down. A year ago I would have given them 5 stars.

Your employee Debbie is as dumb as door nails. Picked up a pair of sneakers with no tags. Instead of actually finding out the price for me she just argued with me about what she thought the price was. What is so hard about looking up a price. These same style was on clearance at other stores but she wouldnt listen to me. Wont shop at this store anymore

Long line at least 10 people in line also girl at returns had 3 people and no extra cashiers.Holidays are conning please have them schedule accordingly!My thing is it took 3 people to put up a small strip sign under the monitor as you walk in, granted one was the security guy, but no one to help or notice that help was needed at the register? Whats with that? Just saying.

All managers there are rude especially Stephanie astrologo. This manager should of been trumps wife because she is so racist.... I would love to NAACP her up out that Ross. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Take a visit for yourself.....other than that a great place to shop.

Did not give me my entire purchase. This caused me to be late for my holiday party. Focus on your current customer and not the long line.

The selection is scarce. I have been to better Ross stores. I also hate feeling watched, especially as an African American.
