My wife and I had a great experience while shopping for a new table and chairs. Candy had great reviews and we asked for her when we arrived. She was professional, friendly and a ton of fun during the entire process. She offered suggestions and made selecting the table and chairs easy. Every promise she made came true. Service was great at the store. The delivery was phenomenal they were masked up and placed a blanket outside my door. They took great care setting it up on my deck. The only thing I would highly suggest is buying covers when you buy this high quality furniture. The cushions are thick and even set on their sides to dry they take almost 24 hours to dry after a rainstorm, even in Florida sun. If you are looking for quality outdoor furniture this is the place to go.

Last year we were planning to redo our patio.We went to Leaders to check out what they had to offer.Oh my gosh!Their selection of furniture was amazing.Lucy was very kind and understanding, and worked with us.We decided to choose between 3 different tables as we got closer to our project.Well, 2 weeks ago we went back to Leaders and again Lucy helped us to make a decision.We chose the beautiful table that she showed us before.Not only did we buy the table, we bought 2 beautiful artistic pieces to decorate our patio walls.Today, were going back to Leaders to buy another cabinet that Lucy showed us.I have to tell you, we looked all over the place before we chose our furniture.Leaders had exactly what we wanted at very fair prices.What else can you ask for!

We went in just to look and compare prices. We left with the cutest octopus outdoor coffee table. Lucy helped us and she was fantastic! They have earned our business; we recently ordered seat cushions for our outdoor furniture and plan to buy bar chairs and a bar table.

I am highly disappointed at the customer service I received from this location’s Store Manager, Candy, during my purchase of patio furniture with custom cushions. I can definitively say this was THE worst customer service I have experienced. Simply put, after placing an order and waiting the five weeks, Candy called for full payment to facilitate delivery. Mere hours after paying in full, Candy informed me that part of my order was no longer available. She failed to offer any viable solutions and refused to take any accountability or apologize. As a result, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.More specifically, as part of my order, I selected several furniture pieces, cushion fabrics, and two different sets of accent pillow fabrics (lets call them A and B). As an interior designer, I selected all three fabrics jointly as part of a cohesive design scheme. Five weeks after placing the order, I receive a call from Candy, the store manager, stating the order is ready to be delivered, with the exception of pillow fabric ‘A.’ Candy informed me that the fabric was delayed with an expected delivery in about two months time (disappointing, but not a deal breaker, as I understood there would be potential delays due to covid). During that same call, Candy requested that I pay the remaining 50% balance to facilitate the rest of delivery.Mere hours after Candy charged my credit card, I received a second call from Candy telling me that, contrary to what she told me hours ago, pillow fabric ‘A’ that was “delayed” a few hours earlier, is now no longer available. During our conversations, Candy never apologized for the misinformation nor did she offer any constructive solutions to make it right. I asked Candy to look into alternate fabric options with a similar design scheme. A full day goes by with no response. Finally, when I called Candy to follow up, she told me there arent any comparable alternative fabrics. Again, Candy never apologized or offered any solutions.At this time, Candy also told me the other accent pillow in fabric ‘B’ will be ready the following week. I specifically requested that she postpone the delivery of the furniture order to allow pillow fabric ‘B’ to be delivered with the rest of the order. Nevertheless, the following week when the furniture was delivered, pillow fabric ‘B’ was not included. I called Candy and expressed my frustration. She advised she would check in with the warehouse the following business day and would get back to me with an update. I requested these pillows be delivered to my address (since they should have been delivered with the furniture in the first place.) A full week goes by, and still no communication or update from Candy. Almost two weeks after the furniture was delivered, I was notified that the pillows were ready for pickup in the store. I called Candy and again requested the pillows be delivered to me. Candy advised she will drop them off over the weekend. Yet, Candy failed to follow through on her promise of delivering the pillows and I received no follow-up the following week (as a result, I just picked up the pillows in the store.)Due to the lack of communication and any lack of accountability (or even a simple apology) for failing to complete the order, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my personal experience, there is no guarantee that you will receive what you have ordered. Additionally, the lack of communication to facilitate the remaining order was highly frustrating and unacceptable given the amount I spent on the order. (Google will not allow me to leave zero stars, so the one star on this review is for the awesome furniture delivery team, who were timely, professional, and friendly.)

My wife and I went to Leader’s today, 5/31. Candy greeted us and assisted us with our shopping. She was awesome! Candy explained all the different materials used and how to keep them looking beautiful and new. She listened to our ideas and and showed us all of their options. We have purchased furniture from Leaders in Casselberry on several occasions over the last three years. The experience is always the same. Excellent quality, fair prices, friendly staff, and delivery within the timeframe they state. Candy was particularly helpful when we ordered patio dining furniture today.Even after comparing prices with several other companies Leaders always comes out with the best quality and value. I highly recommend their aluminum dining and lounge furniture, and their composite/poly deck chairs. These chairs are heavy and won’t fly away in the wind like other items. We especially appreciate that because we live on a lake where winds get high. These deck chairs stay put!

I wish I could give a zero. CONSUMER BUYERS BEWARE. My family and I have been shopping at leaders for 5 years and spent $10k plus furnishing our 2 patios. Recently, I went into our local Casselberry location with a damaged cushion, only to be told by the manager Candy that they could not help me. When inquiring about the consistently stained cushion, I was informed that the fabric protection does not prevent stains, only delays. My mom was sold this item by a former employee, who has since been fired for her dishonesty, that convinced my mother under false pretenses that these cushions come with a lifetime guarantee. Manager Candy informed me that the warranty is an extra $25 per item. Don’t you think we would have gladly paid $25 when spending these prices ?! The final resolution was to spend $40 on the repairing the broken strap which includes 3 stitches or purchasing yet another overpriced item from this store. I was offered no explanation or assistance. My mother called the corporate office to express her concerns and was treated with the same disregard. To sum it up, this store hires dishonest salespeople who believe in misleading their high paying customers into a sale. If you’re looking for overpriced, low quality patio furniture sold to you by a dishonest salesperson, I highly recommend this sad establishment.

Avoid this location at least. Before purchase told us we would have everything the same week. After swiping the credit card the story changed. Then delivered wrong cushions and broken table. On the 3rd delivery attempt for the same 1 order they left our fence open, letting out our 4 dogs into the streets. Manager Candy who sold me my patio set said she would report it and call us back but never called. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I shopped at this casual furniture store at the recommendation of the salesperson at a different furniture store. We felt welcomed and loved having the sales lady named Candy listen to our requests and desires of furniture for our back porch area.She was very helpful that day. We left without purchasing that day, however a couple days later after shopping at other stores returned to Leaders. With the help of Candy again, we purchased the dining set we needed and loved. Great quality, comfort and it looks beautiful! We highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. I had just recently moved here and needing to get furniture and determined to find light weight and very luxurious looking furniture at a most reasonable price and I couldnt have walked into a better store for my needs. I was immediately greeted and made to feel so at home and not pressured at all about having something sold to me. The staff is wonderful and candy was amazing on her knowledge of all her furniture and accessories. They not only have beautifully furniture at very reasonable prices but they also have tons of accessories for any room in any house. We visited Leaders and found exactly what we were looking for in outdoor furniture. Only went in for a bar but came out with bar, 2 high back stools, 2 stools, and matching chairs. Called Leaders and spoke with Candy about recovering our 10 year old set. She was so helpful and told us that although our set is no longer available they do have our cushions on file so recovering is no problem! The furniture still looks brand new and even the cushions have held up extremely well but its time for redecorating the patio. We could not have been more impressed with all the assistance Candy and Melissa gave us in picking an excellent quality fabric. We are so thrilled with Leaders! If you are in the market you cant make a better purchase with people that are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Candy and Melissa! We cant wait to get our new cushions!

It was such a positive experience that we recently returned to purchase more furniture for our new home. Candy was the absolute best person to work with. Their prices are very good. I first visited Leaders several years ago and bought a nice two seat bistro set for a kitchen that weve been very happy with. So when we recently decided to replace our patio furniture this is the first shop we went to. Candy took care of us and helped us find a nice wicker set. There prices are very good and the store is a very cheerful place to wonder around in. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have purchased quite a few items from Leaders, including outdoor & indoor furniture, along with many accessories - all of which I have been very happy with. I recently had to replace the back wheels on an outdoor serving cart purchased 7 years ago, due to normal wear & exposure to rain/sun. When I received the wheels, I tried putting them on myself. However . . . I am definitely not a gadget person & could not figure out all the nuts & bolts & thing a ma jigs :) I called Candy - and as always - she was super helpful & made special arrangements thru the store to have the wheels put on for me. She also suggested that I put some Leaders Corrosion Block on my cart to bring the metal back to life. I took her advice & no kidding - my cart looks like new again even though it is 7 years old.

We were very pleased with our shopping experience at Leaders in Casselberry. We worked with two different salesmen; both were helpful but did not pressure us at all. They have a broad selection and their prices are good. Their prices saved us approximately $1,500 over another store, for identical items. Finally, our furniture was delivered within 2 weeks, and the delivery people were excellent. They unwrapped the pieces outside the house - no mess inside. They were careful not to scratch the furniture or bump the door/walls. They put everything in place quickly, and were very friendly and polite.

We purchased a Kitchen set, patio set and chaise lounge and were very please with the quality of the furniture and fabric that we could choose from. We purchased 8 pieces (not counting cushions) of cast aluminum patio furniture from Leaders.When I went to pick up the furniture, at least 3 of the 8 pieces were not of acceptable quality. This surprised me greatly! Obviously no Leaders employee had bothered to inspect the merchandise prior to calling me to say it was ready for pick-up.I was promised by the store manager, Mr. Becker, as well as the regional manager, Eddy, that all 8 pieces would be delivered to me within 10 days directly from the warehouse & that great care would be taken to insure that they were in pristine condition.When the delivery truck finally arrived days later, 7 of the pieces were acceptable, (although not perfect), but on one chaise lounge the metal was actually broken completely through on the seat! I was stunned & outraged! How could this happen a second time? It caused me to question the quality of the furniture sold by Leaders & my decision to purchase from them.Eventually, we did get the final piece in acceptable condition.While the staff was pleasant & cooperative, I caution & warn buyers to be wary & VERY CAREFULLY INSPECT your merchandise before you accept delivery.

Leaders Casual Furniture is definitely the place to shop for tropical decor. I have recently purchased a beautiful piece of art depicting two colorful parrots set in an array of tropical foliage. I also purchased a swivel rocker recliner that is perfect for my riverside townhouse den. The staff @ the Casselberry Leaders are very friendly and helpful and always have time for you no matter how long you take. Thank you all for making my townhouse look so beautiful.

This has been a horrible experience. Buyers beware. Buying furniture was easy, and the local store staff was great. We bought two aluminum outdoor sets with the understanding that we could come back in the future and get the outdoor chairs reslung with new fabric. Over the past 4-5 years, the frames have held up as expected (they are aluminum and were not inexpensive), but the reslinging and refurbishment we initiated this year have been a nightmare. We spent $1,000 on getting 8 chairs redone. It took about 7 weeks, a long time, but not unexpected. However, the chairs came back with the fabric loose. We sent back four of them because the tension bars were falling out. (The other set did not have tension bars.) They came back with plastic washers in the tension bars, but without the fabric being restretched as expected. All fabric is still loose, but one still had a tension bar falling out. We took it back to avoid more delay, and said they would just replace the chair. That has been weeks ago, and today, the store tells us there is no status update. I didnt mention that a couple of the chairs came back with gouges in the finish. Ridiculous.

I purchased furniture at Leaders 10 years ago. It is all in great shape, but I moved and wanted to change out fabric. For a mere fraction of the cost it feels like a whole new room of furniture. Leaders has excellent customer service and quality merchandise, they will be around 10 years from now!

After 17 years our Tropitone patio furniture purchased at Leaders is still in great condition AND Leaders still has our order in their system to fully help us care for and expand with a new table and umbrella. We traveled from Michigan and met Melissa Dowling. She looked up our order and presented several options. Her excellent customer service was outstanding and very much appreciated. Several specialty questions, answered on the same day. She may be new to Leaders, but a true professional in every aspect. Thats why we return.

I ordered a sofa and loveseat which arrived early but the piping was the wrong color. Leaders gave us a loaner until our new set arrived. Our sales person Candy was great and very helpful. The reason for the 3 star is just because of the mix up with the piping, which had nothing to do with the Casselberry store.

We searched every local furniture store for family room furniture for our narrow family room. Returning from a local store on a whim we stopped at Leaders on 17-92 just to see if they had indoor furniture. We struck gold and bought a beautiful sofa, chair and ottoman that just fits perfectly in our room, is comfortable, high backed for watching TV and looks amazing because it matches our newly renovated adjoining kitchen cabinets. Salesperson Barbara did a great job of assisting us with no pressure to buy. We had a slight problem with the crushed velvet on the ottoman and Leaders corporate reviewed it and send a new cushion right out. When picking up the cushion at the store, we found a matching small side chair wed overlooked the first time, bought it and now our family room is complete. I know well enjoy this furniture for years to come (when the cushions wear out, well just replace them!).

We looked all around but finally found what we really wanted at Leaders in Casselberry. Alan and Candy were really helpful in showing us their great coastal furnishings and accessories.

When I first spoke to Candy at Leaders I knew her experience and willingness to help even after I told her my sling chairs were purchased in 1997. But she said no problem and we went to work. 1997!We work out everything over the phone. I sent pictures of what I had and told her which fabric I wanted to re-sling the chairs, lounger and ottoman. She gave the me the cost of the fabric and the cost to refurbish the chairs with the new slings.She kept me informed about the process along the way and the day she called to tell me the chairs were done I was a little worried how they would look. Arriving at the store I was pleasantly surprised. They were gorgeous!! When installing the new fabric they made the frames sparkle like new.Candy did tell me, when she sells these chairs she doesnt expect to see the purchaser again because that style lasts for ever. Thankfully, Leaders Casual Furniture (along with Tropitone) have been here in my area for a long time and theyre glad to help!Still lots to do in the back yard but those chairs were the most pressing and now we can move on to the real heavy lifting of creating a great backyard.Thank you again Candy!
