Richardo helped me with changing my battery. He went out of his way since it was past the time they do services. He was very kind and thoroughly explained everything. He took his time to make sure everything worked. I will definitely be returning & requesting him. He deserves a raise or promotion for his excellent customer service!
I always have a good service in this shop, but this time it was not like that, an associate is stacking the oil filters and I asked him for one that on the page said in stock but there was empty in, he shook his head like asking, why you ask me!? he told me in a very bad way, he ask me if am sure this is the correct store and then answered, that is all we have, I think he could not even turn to tell me, it was like at 12:40 pm an associate with a gray shirtin other way Thanks to Alex another associate who was able to help me with what I bought 👍🏻i dont want special service but also dont want bad way service

I got lost and called the company several times. The person that answered was very kind and helpful. He came to where I was and guided me to the location. I am very pleased to be introduced to such kindness on 1st visit. If I had any reservations about taking my baby there. They were totally wiped away when having been treated with such professional courtesy.

Walk in and store is blasting music. So that’s one. Then all the counter guys really like chatting. So a simple purchase becomes a massive wait as the staff doesn’t seem to do anything with any kind of urgency. Well I did see one guy rush to answer the phone so he could avoid helping the line it seems. Save yourself a hassle and try the oreilly nearby instead.
This AutoZone has the best employees. This store is ran very efficient yet it can get quite busy. However, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable of their store and automotive itself. The store is clean and neat, very well laid out for you to find what you need. Never had an issue here since they opened!
If they dont have it in store you can order it online&have it delivered which is nice.Large inventory - hard to not find what youre looking for
I walked in to Auto Zone in Cathedral City, for a new battery today thinking it would be a hassle and at least an hour long visit. To my surprise, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, told them the situation, someone went and checked my battery and verified it was time for a new battery. Joe D. was quick to process my transaction with the most professional and positive attitude I have seen in a very long time, he proceeded to help me make the best choices for my vehicle by helping me find a new cabin and ac filter. I definitely left relieved and happy with my visit I will definitely return to this location with the friendly staff.
This Auto zone has the coolest employees who make the shopping trip all that much better!

So I usually have a good experience when I goto to AutoZone. This time was different... the line for a Customer Service person began to grow and as I looked around several CS reps were stocking shelves, and completely oblivious to customers requiring assistance. We finally had to walk over and specifically ask someone for help. Employees might be getting a little too comfortable.

Bad experience, I wanted to use a hand sanitizer, I was looking for a bottle to use and one of the employees screaming at me said that they do not have free hand sanitizer and I was embarrassed since everyone in the store heard. I am not a freeloader, I am a customer since 10 years and I do not deserve that kind of harassment.

I needed a new replacement car battery so drove into town with the old one.I remembered that I had an old AutoZone gift card for $20 from when I had refilled my cars A/C a few years ago so I went there for the replacement.I gave them the old battery and told them that I need another one - they scanned the barcode on the battery and then gave me the replacement free of charge because it was still in the warranty period of the previous battery (just).Amazing service. Highly recommended. But it means that Im still carrying that old Gift Card !

My dad and i were trying to find a battery terminal. No body asked if we needed help. We walked to the batteries and to the left there was an employee. When my dad asked him for help he ignored him and pretended he was putting some boxes away and didn’t even acknowledge us. He could have at least said give me min let me put the boxes away. But nope. Never again will we go to any AutoZone. Don’t even know why we went there in the first place.

Once again, this place saves my day! Had brake issues that I thought were taken care of on my last trip there. I misread the invoice They gave me an estimate on how long it would take and fixed my problem as a walk-in late in the afternoon AND they helped me with a budget issue I was having. These guys are THE BEST! If you are having car troubles of any kind, please give these guys a chance. Staff and crew are some of the best around. This is my second review for them but Ive been to them quite a few times since my first review for them two years ago.
Really incredible service! I brought car in today at 2 with a damaged tire and they got me fixed and ready to drive again with 4 new tires by 3:30 for a great price! Very friendly people there too :)

Ive put on seemingly 100s of windshield wipers over the years, but never had washers on one. And I couldnt get them in the maintenance position. The parts clerk guy did it in 10 minutes. Thanks!
I simply cant say enough good things about AutoZone stores. Every time Ive been to one of their stores its been a positive outcome. I dont know what type of training they provide for their employees but its definitely worth it. Ive even received a follow-up call to see how everything worked out and to see if they can assist me in any other way.
Went to to return a part an Air filter (was told my vehicle needed 2 when it didnt) cashier was professional but supervisor had an attitude. I was told since it wasnt a warrantied part I couldnt get my money back without a receipt only store credit! When it was their mistake that I bought this part that I didnt need in the 1st place. Finally I found a picture of the receipt but noticed it was purchased with a card that was lost so was waiting to be re issued so I was like okay well ill take store credit and Ill buy something else...Cashier tried accommodating but supervisor with his attitude said no since you have the receipt its going back on the card I asked him what was the big deal considering thats what he pushing for before??? Hes like no we cant do it. So now I had a big issue couldnt get my parts, now I have to wait for new card just to get my money that I never should lf spent on a filter that I didnt need (reusable K&N filter like 57.00) I shop at this autozone all the time and never had such a bad experience! Id give it a 0 star if possible based on the supervisor attitude and clear un appreciation for the customer. Ive been in management and owned my own businesses before... and a supervisor like this is a bad representation of you and its like a cancer that should be removed before it kills of your business! Especially in a city that has so much competition with a 2 minute Radius. For this reason I will now consider OReillys, Pepboys, or advanced autoparts when they clearly appreciate your business. If I was to do business with autozone Id rather drive to the palm springs or palm desert location where you wont get a supervisor screw you over (anywhere else youd get an apology and a little incentive, here just bad service) for a mistake that was from their end not yours.
Its definitely an auto parts store. Thats what they sell. If you need auto parts, this is one place you can go to get them...

Best auto zone I have ever been to! And I live on the road so thats saying something for sure. We spent quite a bit of time changing parts in the parking lot and all the ladies working there were so kind and exceedingly helpful to all the customers. They also lent me a little piece I needed to get one bolt off- so grateful for this awesome locations customer service!

So I went in to change my blinker as my right turn blinker started going really fast. I asked the guy if he could help me change it as i had no idea what i was doing. He came out said he needed a key for it. It was a star on the screw to access the bulb not a phillips or a flathead. So he goes back in. I also needed a fuse so i figured hey ill go back in and get it. A man came in yelled Hey Gabriel and began talking to the guy who was helping me. So i paid the lady for my fuse went out waited about 5 min j went back to ask how to do it if i borrowed their tool. The manager was there i explained the other guy had started to help me but was busy now helping this guy and i just needed to fix this. I asked if it was simple if the bulbs were labeled etc he told me my blinker was a smaller bulb said he didnt have a star screw driver but i could buy one. So i bought one, third transaction, and he would send the guy who started helping me out asap. So that guy comes out like 10min later with the guy who yelled for him and was helping this guy. Meanwhile the person he was helping first just got kicked to the side.I figured out how to do it thanks to youtube and no mr.manager my car doesnt have 2 bulbsIt has 1 bulb.So i got it fixed because they had the parts but i figured out how to fix it thanks to youtube.As someone who has gone into autozone a lot this one def is not what autozone is about. I wont come back here. I would rather drive to rancho mirage in the future.

So this place is a hit and a miss last time a reviewed auto zone they kept me on hold so long I was able to keep them on speakerphone drive all the way to their building and walk inside still on hold and watch 3 different employees stare at me with eyes the size of silver dollars because they knew they just got caught being lazy now on the flip side this very last time I went there I had a somewhat unique part to find the manager went above and beyond which I dont blame on after a last time he got trouble with corporate in me he found the part he got the part to me at it expedited speed and it worked flawlessly thats what I wanted and have expected from my autozone that I have been visiting for the last 15 years not the current sad state of what most retail shops had become is ignore the customer and when you are forced to deal with them try to sell them the most expensive thing you can

I went in with my 2002 lancer. The lugs got loose on one wheel and I went to the dealership they didnt have a tire iron(They did) so I took it to autozone where some lady tells me i cant borrow any tools for this emergency repair when i ask for help. She sends me packing on a wobbly tire. So I try another autoparts store that took care of me and let me borrow a rachet to get my lugs tighten back up til i got home to my tire iron. Autozone raised prices and wont lend out tools for emergency repair of tightening 4 small lug nuts? No thanks I will go somewhere else.
