Guys were very cool and helpful. Knew a lot of there stuff and the door was very nice with reasonable prices. Ill be back for sure!
Staff not very helpful or knowledgeable. I know its just a retail job, however, If you are a good employee, you start picking up on things. This store seems to lack anyone with the drive or consideration to do so.
Needed an emergency part asap. Was willing to pay $300 next day. Eddie found it closer and said it will be in next day. Sat in parking lot for an hour after walking in and being told it would be in at 3pm. When I walk back in at 3pm they tell me it will be in the next day.Edit: After speaking with corporate and the store owner I feel they will do the best they can in the future. They have since extended a cash account for my company and we will move forward. Thanks guys.Raised up to 3 star after my last purchase of a next day fuel pump. Order was put in and delivered on time. Thanks
Stopped at Napa for some help with my truck and Marcos was super helpful and guided me through the needed replacement. Thank you Marcos for being awesome!
Fantastic customer service, the cashier was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. The others in staff that day were great as well. Clean. Masks worn .
Said online they were open til 7p. Drove out there and they had closed at 6p.
Always great selection and helpful staff.
In the midst of an extremely loud remodel where they are dropping metal items on the floor and crashing noises everywhere. Few of the contractors observing Covid.I decided after getting through almost placing an order to just walk out of there and get my business to a place that was the least wanting my business. Go to OReillys on Ramon road. They will treat you well. By the way, my first order at Orielly was $639, next order was $376, the order placed yesterday was $126. I would loved to have done business 2 miles from my home. I dont get charged freight at Oreilly either to bring in product from another warehouse. This NAPA also does not offer the 20 percent off listed on the website. Excuse was we are going through a remodel and are a franchise. I used to work for NAPA.....
Very business like. A little more down to earth would go miles. But products are great salesperson very nice. Zero personality.
My son and I went in today to get a fitting for the transmission cooler on a new radiator that we are installing. We waited in line for our turn. No problem there. Marcos soon asked what we needed. I explained our need, he pointed and said check past the soda machine, which I did. I couldnt find the part that I needed so I again asked Marcos for help. This time he stopped, asked me what the part number was? I explained that I didnt know the part number but asked him to please check on the computer for the part number or perhaps look up a schematic to get the number. He again asked me, the consumer, for the part number to which I again replied that I didnt know the number. He then said that the fittings dont come in regularly and may not be here for a year...but never, ever offered to look up the part number... or to check with another store to see if they would have it in stock. We live in the Cathedral Cove near this store. Rest assured that we will never spend another dime in a store that cannot do even the most basic job of helping a customer. Sorry for your loss but there are plenty of auto parts stores in the valley to choose from guys.
Staff was absolutely the best! When you have tire problems this is the place to go! You wont regret it!
Ordered a part from NAPA in the morning. they said no problem it will be here in the afternoon. when it was late by 45 minutes they gave me a discount and a free soda. parts are always high quality. Staff is always courteous. this store actually helped me build my first truck, by selling me a Chevy 350 cu.in block and forged crank for a high performance pre-runner style truck i built at age 15. thanks again guys.
They are suppose to be Napa auto parts but they a franchise so they kinda all make their own rules !!
Some of my earliest memories are of my dad asking me to join him to make a run to Napa, get there and boston beans and a cactus cooler from the vending maching this was in the early 80s then they were located in north palm spring by the Harley dealer. That was the only time i was allowed to have a soda, on paint runs. Im a pool contractor but everynow and then I paint a toy or some odd ball project. I can say Napa premium line of paint hold up with the best out there, ive used there paint to use from peterbilts, equipment and even used some of there paint material for show cars bikes, they order house of kolor for me at a fair price, from paint, clear, metal flakes you name it. Now for automotive parts im the kind of guy that mostly replaces all of my parts with factory O.E.M parts but if I get in a pich and over the years ive had my share lol. these guys have not let me down from alternators, starters a/c compressors and components its always worked out even when its failed they get right on it. With that said keep in mind the offer there parts in 3 categories from economical which is designed for fleets mid grade and o.e.m equivalent. I believe Napa is the only aftermarket parts company that pays the manufacturers for there licenses and specs were most reverse engineer and build that way, hah this may not matter to you but some may find that information justifies the higher price from oriley or autozone, It did for me. They have a huge selection of automotive tools that are of quality I have a tool guy stop by our shop but again in a pinch there tools Ive found are better then craftsman or kobalt. Well,if you made it this far trough my review know this, Napa offers bucket deals ask for a bucket, I believe its a few dollars but anything you can fit in that bucket is 20% off or more! I know the palm desert branch usually offers it every other month. Thanks for reading.
I always have problems with other auto parts stores. Not at Napa. The guys go out of their way to make sure I get the right part/things.
I prefer Napa Autoparts due to higher quality inventory.
Very quick. Friendly
Excellent service. I was in quite a pickle. They gave me fuel hose for free since there are no parts available for my vehicle anymore. It worked! Thanks
It was very good they showed me what I needed and where to add the liquid.
Not the cheapest auto parts in town but definitely great quality and knowledgeable staff.
A few days ago I was here looking for a part, and I told this guy the name of the part but he told that he needs the part number, and I told him I dont know that can you check on your computer? And he said, no you need to give me the part number.... and told him, ok thanks.... I went to AutoZone and they did look for the part on the system and after 2 minutes I got what I was looking for.NAPA, you are doing it wrong, check your people. I wont be back to Napa.
