Went in to check deep cycle battery which had been deeply discharged by a fault on my boat. Took battery in back and said marginal. Would have liked to have seen test! None of the sales folks were wearing masks and when I asked, the rep said hed had covid and was safe! Store was dirty. Not a good experience. Prefer batteries and bulbs. Only went here because they would make up battery leads. Will go back to battery and bulbs to check battery as dont trust interstate.

Early in the morning my car died while I was at work. I had AAA come out to give me a charge he told me my battery was dying. The voltage was low and the cold cranking amps were also very low. I did some research and got some quotes one was from interstate, I never had an interstate battery before but they recommended I go with with the amg one which was preferred for the type of car I have . (Dodge Dart GT 2016) I drive over there meet with Arron the sales manager and within 10 mins my new battery is in. I had a minor issue with my check engine light going on after it was installed. I told him it wasn’t on before so he recommended me to firestone to check the cause and get it cleared. so I did, he called ahead so I wouldn’t be waiting. Everything turned out great. Car starts amazing all in all I’m very satisfied Arron didn’t just throw me on my way and accuse me of the check engine light he was very helpful. Good customer service. Thanks

We have a business across the street, so we use Interstate whenever we have need for any type of batteries, even AA or AAA, lawn/garden, for generator starter, or automobiles. They will recycle old ones, charge very competitively for new ones, and they stand behind their warrranties. They have a dolly/cart and will help you to and from your vehicle. Testing also, and always friendly service.

Customer service is ridiculously bad!! they refused to exchange my battery (under warranty) in my vehicle and this has never happened before. The guy couldnt even look me in the eyes with a clear reason as to why they wouldnt do the exchange so when i had the manager come out I got every excuse from them not wanting to take responsibility for any damage to my vehicle, Not having the right tools to remove the battery, and then a final excuse of being short handed which is a bit odd because I was the only customer in the building and I saw at least 4 employees in this tiny shop. They suggested I take my vehicle to Firestone. Checked with them and it would be $30.00 just to swap the warrantied battery. I cant believe corporate would have individuals representing the company like this. I will definitely switch to a different battery for not only myself but every vehicle within my corporation since this is the support I can expect to receive.

Bought a used battery for my car for $50. Came with a one year warranty. Service was quick. Employees were polite and they even helped load the battery into my car.

Very helpful folks. Limited showroom. Everything is in the back. Otherwise prices are good and staff is helpful.
