I came in by tow for a flat tire. I was told it would be 2 hour wait for a 15 minute tire patch job-there were 4 cars ahead of me. 10 cars later, It took 3 hours. Ridiculous! It took an hour after they took my car back! I could see it up on the riser, but no one was even working on it for at least 30 minutes. I’ve had the repair done at other shops and they only took 15/20 minutes tops.

The truth is I got my car serviced by this place 3 years time ago. Just never take your Volkswagen or your German car to the people. They took so much money from me and every time I came to pick my car up the car would cut right off of the parking lot where is though I could not even leave and the light would be on the dashboard they definitely don’t know how to work on foreign (German) cars at all but they will take your money and keep trying

I called late in the day on a holiday to replace four tires. Doug had it done before closing and without trying to sell me anything I didnt need. I dont know name of the guys that worked on my car but they did a great job. The price was slightly higher than other options in the area but it actually cost me less because I usually get a bad balance or leak half the times in other places and I have to go back but these guys seemed competent and there were every indication they respected me and the vehicle by the service they provided. I have been buying Good Year tires for 30 years. I have always been satisfied with the service and product. They will tell you when you can have work done elsewhere for less money. Very honest and capable people.

We have used Goodyear on 40 in Catonsville for a few different repairs to our cars. Each time our experience has been excellent. Customer service is their number one priority. I feel like my concerns are heard and the issues discovered are explained fully. Their prices are fair and they honor their work.

Fantastic service. Having to replace a tire is hassle, having to do it around the holidays kinda stings. I commend Doug on his service and flexibility. I received a follow up call to ensure things went well, Ive never had that kind of thoughtfulness from a service shop.

Great auto center. Very honest and very professional. I needed a front end alignment on my jeep and they were able to get my jeep in and out within the hour. Even better they didnt try to add false problems to the ticket like many other shops. Their front house and garage techs at this Goodyear in Catonsville are friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with Doug on Wednesday for a Saturday morning appointment to have 4 tires replaced. This was the first contact I had with him and he seemed very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. My next contact with him was on Saturday morning and my experience was as good, if not better. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time and he made getting my check-in quick and easy.. As I was there, I noticed his interaction with other clients were all very positive. A few must be regulars for service work and had a good banter with Doug. This was my first time to this location and based what I witnessed by him and the mechanic staff I encountered, I would highly recommend visiting this Goodyear location for tires and likely other service needs. I grew up in an auto mechanic family and appreciate the honesty and soft sell that was Dougs style.

I was in quite a binder. I moved here from MN so I needed to get the State Inspection done to register and title here. My MN tags were about to run out at the end of this month. I finally had all my Paperwork together. I tried to schedule at multiple places but all the places I tried close to home were booked out too far. I called and finally got to this shop and they were willing to squeeze my car in. I dropped it off for what I was told would be two hours and it was less than that! They were decently priced and quick. On the plus side as well, they were super nice too. Told me my car is in great shape (which I expected since I take care of it) but it felt good to have it confirmed. Now I’m Officially sporting my MD plates thanks to the help from the guys at this Good Year.

After leaving work and coming out to a flat tire, I got air and decided to just replace all four tires. Sams and Walmart came to mind but I was as going to buy Goodyear tires anyway so I decided to just go to the source. I called and the gentleman was very friendly, professional, and fast. He told me to come in eventhough they closed soon.My car was finished quickly. Austin did a great job on my replacement, rotation, balance, and alignment. I had a question about a wire which he genuinely investigated and helped me out as best as he could. Austin is the best...efficient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My once shakey ride now floats like a butterfly. Ill be back again, hopefully not too soon though.

Scratched my bumper when parking it (pulled front in, scraped the park stop thingy and didn’t say anything) and broke my key. Housing was cracked and they put it back together wrong (wouldn’t lock my door when I pressed the button which is how i discovered it). Moral to the story do a FULL walk around and check for damages before you leave. Disappointed.

Can not leave an opinion on this site, had to pickup a vehicle on the highway in front of their business, never dealt with them so do your research.

Never in my life have I ever experienced worse customer service. Dan is, to put it kindly, not a people person and should find a cubicle where he has limited contact with anyone. Doug, the manager, is equally inept. I’m paying someone else to fix my issue re: their poor work.Go anywhere else. Ride on your rims before going to Goodyear.

Got taken as a walk in on a Saturday. It didnt seem busy and my car was taken in within 5 minutes. Simple tire rotation but I saw the technician use a torque wrench to check every lug. You dont get that at every shop. Ill be back to this location.

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it free of charge! Jiffy Lube and Firestone wanted $30 to plug the hole. The staff was so courteous as professional. And because they knew I was a little limited on time, they squeezed me in and did the repair in under 25 minutes. I’ll give them my business as often as possible and refer my friends and family there as well.

Was on my way to work with a rear flat tire, and came here where i was assisted right away. Employee at the front desk looked at my tire and was able to determine why it was going flat. He also put air in my tire. And i made it to work on time. Speedy and good customer service.

Made an appointment and when I went in the guy told me they didnt have me in the system. Extremely rude told me you could stay and wait all day but i dont have you in the system. Ended up going somewhere else. Even showed him my appointment confirmation.

I have been getting my cars serviced at this location over ten years. I can always expect courteous prompt service from the manager and technicians. I came in to get two tires checked for slow leaks and a tire rotation. My car was immediately driven to the garage and work began. The technician checked all my wheels, repaired two tires, rotated them and reset the tire setting in the instrument panel. Service was completed in just over an hour. Above all that, my bill was $0.00. No charge.

This place is Amazing...... I never though Id come back so fast for Tires. The Staff as always is great! My Dad being coming here for as long as we lived here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone for good to Great Tries and service. Also every time I have stopped for Free Air this guys have been nothing but helpful all the time. Had never been here until I needed a tire plugged. Staff was helpful and professional. So later made an appt for an oil change. My appointment time was kept, service was timely, waiting area was clean. They gave advice about vehicle maintenance without pressure to buy services.

Went through Goodyears website to order tires and schedule installation at this location. I arrived a little early, but they got me in right away, installed the tires in exactly the time quoted, and the total came out exactly as promised on the website. The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful, pointing out what Id need on the receipt to enter a rebate. Will definitely return when next I need tires.

This place & the manager truly care. They are friendly, helpful, and most importantly honest. They will tell you what you actually need with physical proof. The manager actually rolled out my worn out tire to show me it’s about time for a change & provided me with a diagram of the state of my car’s alignment. Never will I return to the Lexus dealership in Ownings Mills. I’m set here & highly recommend this place to everyone!

I had slow leaks in 2 tires. One of them for over a year and no one could find a leak. I went in with the idea of possibly getting 4 new tires but instead they found a nail in one tire and there was a problem where the rim met the wheel with the other one. They fixed both quickly AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! Very polite, courteous service. I will recommend them to everyone.

Every time I have been to this location they have been great! I know plenty of people that are apprehensive of the honesty of mechanics but I do feel they have been honest every time.I do want to give a shout out specifically to Larry, Dan and Scott. I had a bad wheel bearing and it was 4 or 5pm on a week night. I really needed my car the next day. They said they would get it done same day and they kept to their word. Great customer care!

I took my car there for fixing flat tire. When I pick up the car my brake did not work at all. And they said they had nothing to do with that but they can fix it for $400.00. I. Drove the car there with working brake. No issues with my brakes at all

Very pleased with the service I received from this Goodyear location. My truck wouldnt start, so I had to have it towed by roadside assistance. They took it to this Goodyear and within ten minutes of my truck arriving they called me to let me know it arrived. Just an hour later they called and explained what was wrong and gave me a cost estimate. They also said it would be completed the next day since they had to order a part. Sure enough, they called me the next day telling me it was ready for pick up and it was $50 less than my estimate! And my truck has been running great since. Very courteous on the phone and didnt make promises they couldnt keep, which is more than I can say for most service centers Ive dealt with in the past.

Everytime I have my vehicle serviced at Goodyear Catonsville, the staff is efficient and go above and beyond my expectations. I wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. Doug is always professional and explains what my vehicle may need at the time. Tim and Don have always provided timely service and I am always thankful when they are available to assist with my vehicle services.

Tried them about two years back and was immediately impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. Since returning multiple times that has continued, and I genuinely get the sense they speak to you honestly and frankly about your vehicle. Now they have a little fridge with cold water in it for customers which I thought was nice. I was compelled to finally write this review after overhearing the manager try to calm down an agitated customer - he remained professional and polite, yet firm when the customer continued to act silly (some grown people can be reeeeeal extra). So kudos to you Goodyear Catonsville. I like your vibe.

Wish I had done a before picture. I arrived a little after opening to find Doug waiting to greet me and service my needs. Just a basic headlight cleaning- well just one so not so basic. He assured me that they would do an excellent job and would have my car back to be better than new in about an hour. He gave me advice on dodging traffic to get to the Walmart to kill time, and called me in about an hour to not rush me but to let me know that my car was ready. I love the work they did and the time it took was excellent. I highly recommend this place especially since it is in walking distance of places to eat and fill your office, home repair, automotive supplies, grocery, nail, liquor, and everything needs (6200 block of baltimore national pike)August 2020The headlight needs to be cleaned again. I am not sure if this is typical but I dont think it should need cleaning this quickly. I would not recommend this service because it does not last long enough.

This evening I visited Goodyear in Catonsville to have a new tire put on. I received the absolute best service from Matt and Darien!!!! They both work to get me in and out! My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone going there thats looking for great service!!!! 5 STARS in my book!Hope

Staff was efficient, pleasant; waiting area was clean. I called in with a request for a flat change about 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night and they delivered!

I arrived at the store early to have my vehicle air conditioning inspected and repaired. I spent an hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room. I was asked if I wanted an oil change and new tires while I was waiting. Hindsight, I wondered if they were repairing my truck or just trying to up-sale me on fix-it items. Anyway, my air conditioning barely worked on the way home when I parked my truck. I got into my truck few hours later and it was blowing hot air. What?! How much do I have to pay to get the service repair I PAID FOR! Earlier, they demanded payment for the repair, which I gave them. When it came to the repair, they failed to do their job as mechanics, as a business, and under the Goodyear name brand. This is not the first time I have had to return to have an issue repaired twice, but really. Goodyear charged me for the air condition system performance, pressure, and leak INSPECTION test of my air conditioning system..! How could this store technician not find the problem during his inspection after adding the die and before adding the refrigerant that I had to pay for? Why did Goodyear advise me that I can not bring it back because they were too busy with other appointments...!? Really...? Goodyear was not too busy to collect payment for services rendered when they finished..! When can I return to let you all take a second shot at repairing my vehicle AGAIN...like I paid for the first time? Try TWO days from the repair date it was in the shop.! WHAT..? Goodyear, you can not bump one of the other appointments to get my vehicle, that I have already paid for, REPAIRED like I paid for THREE DAYS AGO..?! REALLY?!!

The service representatives and manager are really mediocre here. Stopped by one day for service and the gentleman received me told me to come back around 5 or 5:30pm and they would fix the issue then due to lighter schedule . Came back around 4:15pm trying to drop off car but the manager (who was sitting in the back room and heard the conversation between me and he first gentleman) said they were all busy and wouldn’t be able to do it the same day. He said I should have left my car earlier that day. Just poor communication and customer service. Took my car to firestone by Toyota and got it done in 1.5 hrs.

Staff was nice and I was also able to leave my tire at the location to get checked out at a later time ; However I was told that I would need a new tire because my tire was beyond repair.I decided to go to a smaller tire shop instead and they had it analyzed and plugged before I knew it.

These guys are untrustworthy. I asked for a simple tire rotation, and they wouldnt do it. The reason they gave for not doing it, is that the treads in my tires are supposedly so misaligned, if they rotated the tires it would throw my alignment off, so Goodyear would need to give me an alignment as well. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. They wouldnt rotate my tires without also giving me an alignment. What the hell?

I will never go to a Goodyear again! Got two new front tires last week, and ever since there has been a loud thumping coming from the front tire. I spoke to the general manager who was very friendly and apologetic and said to bring my car by so they could take a look at the issue. When I brought my car by today the weekend manager I spoke to promply began to blame the problem on my suspension, then my back tires (which were purchased in the spring and only have 15000 miles on them), then said it was because I did not rotate my tires (before even asking if I did), all before he looked at the car. Then he asked if he could take my car for a ride, which I said yes to against my better judgement. My wife and two year old son watched as he squeeled wheels coming back into the parking lot, and was going so fast as he pulled into the parking spot that he smacked car into the curb. He exited the car and handed my keys back like nothing happened. I had to use every ounce off restraint I had not to curse this guy out. I have never been so disrespected by a store representative in my life, even worse a manager. If you value your car, take it somewhere else.
