Richard, the cashier was extremely rude and irritated for no reason. Gave me absolutely no information and expected me to know everything about the process. I left the store with a ton of questions and was extremely bothered by the way the cashier treated me. I dont even know what exactly it is i paid for or what i need to do to proceed.

The store associates provided 5 Star service from the time I entered the door until I exited the door. I appreciate the one on one attention that was provided for me as I purchased my new 12 I phone. I’m grateful for the excellent service that was provided while getting my phone set up. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I am really impressed with this at&t at this shop, they really took care of my situation I’ve been dealing with months I forgot my pin password I wanted to deactivate my account i went too a different at&t at dobbin center they refused to assist me any type of way and the lady told me she always remembers her pin, which was really rude and uncalled for god forbid you forgot PIN number so they refused to help.I ended up going too this at&t Richard at the front desk he helped me right away without any questions or problems with my situation and questions he helped me reset my PIN number and deactivated my account. I really appreciate Richard with his time and help and understanding. They are super friendly and kind and understanding with any needs of help.

I purchased a new Samsung phone on 12/30/2020 from AT&T Store located at 6038 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228. It is extremely painful to state that AT&T has not been able to resolve problem with the delivery of the new phone. I have wasted approximately twenty hours of my precious life to receive nothing but run around, frustration, false promises. I am a long time AT&T customer and I do not deserve such deplorable experience. I hereby cancel my order and I will not trust AT&T staff for any kind of service. I do not want to deal with AT&T even if I receive any apology or concessions for my suffering.

My visit to the AT&T Catonsville store was very satisfying! ( 8/8/20)The AT&T rep. Richard was very professional& knowledgeable about ALL of my concerns! He fixed All of the problems I was having with my cell phones!!!! I also would like to add last week two other AT&T reps. ( a male& a female) from the same Catonsville store helped me in a very professional & knowledgeable way. They are all very patient with the customers & work at a fast but steady pace, while keeping a safe 6 feet distance. I feel like they can fix anything! I will continue to use the 6038 Baltimore National Pike store for my cell phone needs! I also had a good experience at the AT&T store inside security mall. The two female reps. that work there were very helpful & friendly! Date(8/8/20) my visits. Your staff is Amazing!! They need raises! $

Camille and Brian were exceptionally helpful in my process for determining my upgrade eligibility and weighing the advantages and disadvantages to switching from an Android to an iPhone. They were equally accommodating of my preference for a specific color and providing instructions to transfer data and apps to my new phone. I got accessories for a reasonable price and was able to easily exchange my case and pop socket for another color. Camille replaced and Brian properly installed my screen protector after I expressed frustration with the initial improper installation. I’d go to the Catonsville AT&T location for any of my phone service needs!

Have been to this location a number of times and I have never had a bad experience. But todays visit was by far the best yet. Jeremy C. went above and beyond to help transfer a number from another account and set up a new line with a new phone! Top shelf service!

I had a persistent problem with my cell phone and desperately needed assistance. Kiana and Ivan quickly diagnose the issue and resolve the problem quickly and free of charge! They also were very knowledgeable and helped explain what went wrong so I know to look out for it in the future. I highly recommend this store and hope theyre rewarded for their great service!

Ms Camille @ the rt.40 west AT&T location was very knowledgeable about my concerns and the phone service, also made a point to ask the service rep., To suspend the service charge connection fee that I would have been charged on my next months bill..the fault with the disconnection of my phone was due to a system error, not non-payment. She should be commended for her efficiency.

Jeremy just saved my life. Somehow my phone was cut off while trying to activate my moms phone. My heart STOPPED. I rushed up to AT&T and they reactivated my phone. Activated my moms phone, deleted the pic of a birth certificate she had on there and restored all of her grandchildren’s pics and videos. Jeremy is the BEST!!!

Service was good when bought phone. But, i was not communicated about one hidden fee, which appeared in my bill. When I went back to store to give them constructive feedback, manager was not welcoming to accept feedback and he did not felt the need to assure me that they wont do this to other customers.

Bryan was amazing! My wifes phone broke yesterday and we got the replacement in the mail this morning so we came here to get it activated. My wifes password wasnt working for us log in to get the recovery started but Bryan was super patient with us and helped us get it reset and logged into her phone. Since her screen was destroyed he told us about an app that we could download on our home computer to get all the files transferred to and back to her new phone. I would totally recommend this store to a friend. We went to the parkville store yesterday and the staff there seemed like they barely wanted to help and when we did need them for something we got a very lackluster response from them. If youre in between both stores Id recommend the catonsville one over the parkville.

So I traveled to this store today because I wanted to pay on my bill before work, instead of waiting til I get off and have to speed to make it before they close to my normal.Att.store. I needed to pay in cash, because my accounts are frozen. I got there 3 minutes before they open at 10, I waited in the car for the 3 minutes, the employee opened the door at 10:02. Told him that I need to pay on my bill in cash, and the reason why. He told me that it will be a $1 extra to pay in person. Now, for one thing even though it was $1, its mine and Ive never ever paid to pay on or for my bill. I asked him when did this start and he said since forever. LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES! I kindly walked back to my car and left. Called At&t directly and they said thats not true. I filed an complaint and I will NEVER go there again. So, of you ever go to an authorized dealer and they try to tell you, that its a fee to make a payment, report them and join me into filing a class actuon lawsuit. They probably made a killing off of people, who dont know any better. Yall, fu@ked with the wrong one, today.

I brought my own phone to add to my existing service but the attendant built the upgrade like I had purchased a phone at the store. So all the fees were applied as if I had not brought my own device to the store. A two year contract was applied to my device with monthly installments.

On 4-30-2017 @ 3:00p.m. encountered my worst experience to date from ATT staff. The staff were more appropriate for a corner store. I have never been to this location and fully understand why my intuition has kept me away for years. Hopefully this state hasnt been discussing a raise to minimum wage lately, although I would double down for Chick Filet employees to receive $20 an hour.

Im surprised by the negative reviews, perhaps there is all new staff at this location. I went in with a lot of issues that would need to be taken care of, transferring my Tmobile number to my husbands AT&T account, having a number removed, credit to the account for incorrect billing. Only a couple of customers were there and all being assisted. I was assisted by Ms. Jah and I HIGHLY recommend her. She was diligent, pleasant, professional, worked through each issue I had seamlessly and patiently. Thank you, Jah, for making my visit headache free and I appreciate how you handled everything.

Getting a new number added to an existing business line should not cost an hour of anyones time.First time ever, in all of these years, I got also charged $5.3 for the sim card. Had I called the corporate they would have shipped it at no cost and I would have potentially saved some time...
