Best Tmobile ever gone to, employees and manager there are the absolute best!
My experience walking in the door was that the wait was a problem because T-Mobile is a very popular company.Everybody has T-Mobile so why would there only be (2) associates ever working on any day. Ever.... So everyone standing around. However, the associates themselves had great customer service, were very helpful and helped me with what I needed. Its just the fact that there were only 2 associates.
Wynonna the customer service representative at the T-Mobile store on Baltimore National Pike was Outstanding and extremely helpful! Keep up the Great work Wynonna!
Basically I was pretty satisfied. The phone I got is awesome however there could be some kind of adjustment for the initial downpayment. Maybe its me cause I got one of the better phones on my judgement and the dual is sweet

Great customer service, which is such a rarity these days, especially from a cell phone store! Reps Latesha and Kevin, along with store manager, Brandon, were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful to resolve the issue I had with my account as a new customer. I wish I could give them 6 stars!!!
This is a late post but the Manager Brandon and Barry gave me excellent service when I was having trouble. They directed me in the right direction while dealing with a hell of a lot of customers. Im glad to have them in my area.
Personally not my favorite location. Employees don’t greet you when you enter the store, nor do they ask you if you need any help or if your there for any services. If they are caught up with customers they don’t bother to let you know that they’ll be with you in a couple of minutes or anything. I think service stores NEED to have proactive employees as 9/10 people are coming in because they are having some issue with their product, a question or simply to pay a bill by hand. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. If you are on baltimore national pike, I would suggest going down a bit further and going to their 2nd Balt. National pike location.
Cool store. They remodeled it and it looks very modern now. The people are nice. The service can be a little slow at times.
Latesha was great! She was very helpful and patient with our entire situation, HOWEVER, we came to find out our phone insurance was not on our plan 3 days later due to an incident.
Associates here are always friendly and helpful! The location is convenient, they just arent a very large store.

Great staff! Ill will never call customer care ever again! Customer sales screwed my account so bad and arrogant when confronted about their mistake. I would use this store any day over T-mobile Customer f#$& over aka Customer Care. Use this store dont rely on the 1-800 Customer care!!!The staff here invested countless hours trying to correct mistakes made by customer care.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Much prefer to go to this store than to call their help line. The help line often gets details wrong. The store makes sure that the details are correct.The store can be busy at times. Just have to pick the right time to go or make sure that you have something to entertain yourself while you wait!
Dude was rude. Told us to buy the line at the store then send us to another location to get the tablet. He never asked them to hold it for us, so we ended up at 5 different tmobile locations before we found one. All he wanted was a sale. .
I regret the day I left Verizon !!! You are not customer centered !
Today I had an issue with my phone overheating and not charging, and they helped me troubleshoot and did a software update. They were very polite, professional, and friendly. Ive been to this store and I like the employees here. The larger guy with dark hair is especially helpful and knowledgable. They also are polite over the phone, and explain things clearly.
I was helped out last night with a replacement SIM card while the employees were swamped with customers.Young lady, cant remember her name, helped me out. She was very professional despite multiple customers treating her rudely even with the wait times being beyond her or any other employees control.It takes patience to keep cool with ornery customers. Biggups to the workers for taking it like champs.
T-mobile has the worst reception. Switched from Verizon Aug. 2016. Huge mistake. I went from having 4 bars almost everywhere to being lucky if I got 1. Not only that but the package we have offers free streaming and such. What is the point of free streaming if the reception is so bad I cant get a signal to stream with??? I use my phone as my GPS and now Im lucky if I can go from point A to B without losing signal, usually in the middle of no where when I need it most. So frustrated and disappointed. Not to mention the people at the store who set up my phone wrong and we had to go back and have them do it again. Samsung Galaxy, pretty popular phone... youd think theyd have some clue what they were doing. We were in the store for 3 hours in one day and we were basically the only ones in there.
Julian was a great help. I got better in person service here than I couldon line.He is knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Julian.

Terrible customer service. Something that could have taken less than 30 seconds Julian chose to just ignore me. Had no problem stopping to help his coworkers but that same consideration wasnt given to the customers. Waited just to see how long it would take for someone, anyone to acknowledge me. Say hello. Welcome to Tmobile. Will be with you in a minute. Nothing. No problem. Just wont come back. I was already on the fence about staying with Tmobile. ATT was a little more expensive but the customer was well worth it.

This is the worst t-mobile site ever. Me and my family has been customer at t-mobile for 10 years, We never had to deal with people like they have at this place. Manager at this place does not care about the service and discriminate for sure. We were there for 50 minutes and they were not even able to help a single person. An old lady was sitting there rven before we came and nobody bothered to ask her if she needed anything. People have to tell them that they are there after waiting for them to ask for 10-15 minutes and nobody even bother signing them in. This guy and a girl were just standing there and showing attitude to people rather then helping them. I am surprised they are still in bussiness at this site. Managet does not know how to manage at all and help people.
We were there for four hours for a simple service that got botched up! We received no help from the manager, and the employees didnt know there product. My husband finally got everything fixed at another location..... The next day!
Barry Manley was Amazing and very knowledgeable, patient and considerate!!!!! He assured me that everything was going to be Ok and it was, I came in Frustrated and let out a happy he will be the reason that I stay with Tmobile! !!!! I was feed up and angry when I walked in and the entire staff at this location changed my mood we laughed and they got work done!!!! I will never if I can help it contact costumer service again!!!!!
Good customer care although I lost all my text messages during a phone exchange here. Staff was a little in a hurry that they forgot to back up my text messages.
Actually its 0 stars. Rude employees. Never acknowledged I was there waiting, then 2 of the employees went out the back door and disappeared. Excellent example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never visit here unless you want to be ignored!!
Wanted to get a new phone or upgrade. Despite the recent increase in my bills.
Never got served never got acknowledged when i enter sign papers about why i was here three people were being helped so i waited for 10 minutes and when the guy got finished he looked at me and left and i said wonder if hell come back so i waited for another ten minutes for the other tmobile employee to finish with a customer when she finished she just left after 5 more minutes i said **** it and left so on the way out i see the male employee who was helping the lady leaving in his car not sure if he was going on lunch or what but still they shouldve said something. I dont recommend this this tmobile very rude unprofessional employees!
The customer service was bad I walk in and no one even acknowledged that I was there they just kept work as if I wasnt there. They could haveJust say welcome to tmobile someone will be with you shortly.
Took over 3 hours to switch 2 phones to their family plan. They were very nice, however, just slow.
