The kid (Tim Seldon) working at this location June 4 at 3:48 p.m. is over charging people, denying it and then acts like he’s checking the security cameras to make sure he’s not charging extra. When I explained how I knew he made the mistake he acted as though he was 100% sure he was right then proceeded to role his eyes and explain he didn’t understand what I was charged for after he “checked the cameras”
Usually when I walk inside Im greeted very nicely. Today 7/31/17 we walked in, no good afternoon. It appeared the cashier was in a bad mood. Not pleasant like the younger men who work at this 7-11. I didnt let that bother me and proceeded to get my items. Maybe he got overwhelmed while checking customers out that when it was my turn instead of saying can I help you he snapped his fingers to tell me to come over. That was very rude. If the kids hadnt started drinking their slurpees I wouldve left. I wish he had a name tag so I could have his name. He was tall, bald, and middle eastern. He needs to take a few classes on customer service. I will not return to this 7-11.
