This place deserves 6 stars! I have had oil changes and other maintenance done here on a number of occasions. Parts and labor are always priced fairly, the mechanics are very communicative and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. Mike, Jim and the rest of the crew in the shop are so nice, and the most honest guys youll ever meet.My car broke down the other day on a trip to the post office, and wouldnt start - I tried to push it over to the Shell but couldnt quite make it. Mike grabbed a jump starter from the garage and walked with me over to my car, jumped it, and told me I probably needed a new battery - all for free, just to help me out! These guys have earned my business 10x over. I hope youll give them a chance to earn yours. You wont regret it :)

Flat tire never at a good time. They plugged the flat when I needed it regardless of their busy shop bays. Def will go here next time we need servce

Shout out to the mechanics who work here for their honesty, integrity, and excellent work on my car. Jim was the mechanic who worked on my car. He was so good with communication. Called me before he did anything and told me what the cost would be. Very fair prices for quality work. Ive been burned too many times at the dealership. No more. I will only go to these wonderful mechanics at Shell from now on. Thanks so much!

If I could make it a zero star I would. I was in there this morning and the lady was so rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me because I said debit instead of credit. If you ask for a bag its asking to much for her to do. The lady who works in the morning makes me not want to go in there anymore. The lady has poor customer service. Its only convent because I work near by. However the guy who works in there is such much nicer. I will only go in if the guy is working.

Mike and co. replaced our transmission we could only afford a rebuilt. The car is running well and they did the job over 2 years ago! whew Thanks to them so far....so great.

I tried Catonsville Shell after being less than happy with with the 40 West Lube & tune (I dont recommend 40 West).Mike (owner/mechanic) and Jim (mechanic) are OUTSTANDING professionals who truly care about their customers. Ive had Oil Changes, my tires rotated and spun-balanced, and even a radiator replaced and not once did they try and sell me unnecessary repairs. I cant tell you how important that is to me. On top of everything, they are very reasonably priced and had my vehicle done in very short time.Jim was especially great to work with. I highly recommend.

Stopped in for a nail in the tire and they were to put a plug in right away. Hopefully it’ll hold up and the price was exactly what I expected, very fair.
