Very good fried chicken. Better than KFC.

When they first opened the chicken was great. Now, their chicken is always cold, old and nasty. Do yourself a favor and do not eat there food.

Just terrible customer service. Placed food order. Watched staff joke and horseplay for five minutes, while I paid. Wait another five. Customers after me get food. Clerks start asking my order number telling me it’ll be out in a second. Three more ask, no one reacts. Finally the supervisor asks and gets my ticket and says they didn’t make it because someone said not to. Ummm, okay? Then she hands my ticket back and says she can make it. I say ok. She says “let me see your ticket.” They were so busy with horseplay that my order fell off their screen and they did not know how to make it. I said if you don’t want to make my sandwich I can get my money back and they agreed. Listen, other stores are happy to sell me food without all the run around. I’ll be sure to alert other consumers that current Rofo employees at this location would rather get paid to giggle and get around to the customer, you know, sometime. The ice cream I bought melted while I waited so I need money back for that now too. Terrible, one star is generous. Royal, how come when I tell me friends about these kinds of experience they all nod and say, yeah, that’s RoFo!

Great customer service great $10, 10 piece chicken.

While visiting, my friend took me by this store for a snack. He got a chicken box. I took one bite, and couldnt eat another. It tasted like the food was cooked in old burnt grease. He said its like that all the time. Im glad hes now going to another Royal Farms, where the food does not taste burnt, and is more enjoyable.

Ive been here at 3 am, the parking lot and store seemed safe enough. A little riff Raff on Saturday morning but the staff was very alert and handle things well. COFFEE IS TERRIBLE BUT THE LUNCH MEAT SANDWICH IS FANTASTIC. Didnt really care for there breakfast sandwiches but my husband likes them.

This store is one of my best places to shop because of the down to earth people that work there! Been going here for years and never had a problem. Ms. Linda has, I will say cleaned the store up a lot. Which makes it even more pleasant to shop at. From your #1 Customer Sonny!

Had a new younger worker Couldn’t figure out the register but she was very apologetic about it and very nice also Crystal is one of my favorite workers she’s very nice and very polite even when the customers are rude

The worst staff ever. I order simole cheese fires and waited 20 min while she made everyones order but mine. People who walked in well after I did got the food. The lady had major attitude when I asked why she didnt make the orders in the order they were placed. Very very rude employees. Ill be going to Wawa from now on. it maybe 10 min out of the way but worth not dealing with cruddy staff at Rofa.

I had a situation where I needed to send a money order. I went to Royal farms on Edmondson Ave. I used to get a money order for a large amount at another store so I didn’t give the amount a thought. I asked for a money order for $1362. The girl just went to work on getting the money order done. I was trying to be discreet knowing they’ve been robbed before. She handed me what I thought was a money order and receipts and change and quickly shoved it in my purse. At home I got it out and saw that I had been charged for 5 money orders as apparently that’s the limit on the denomination they come now. She could have to told me so I could take gone elsewhere.

Nasty service and I am thinking it is because I am not a certain color.

This Royal Farms doesnt have gas station, I ask Google for a gas station and I find out is NOT a gas st. hoping I can help other not making the same mistake.

I needed 40 pieces of chicken on short notice. Linda was very flexible and made it happen. And of course, the taste was awesome, as always.

This is the dirtiest Royal Farms I have ever seen. I have gone in there all times of the day and it is dirty. I only buy prepackaged items. The area where food is being prepared is very dirty, soda/coffee bar is gross and floor or counter tops look like they have been cleaned in years. Tonight when I stop in to the store there was a horrible smell of cat urine. I walked not, never will I return until they shut it down and clean it up.

A year ago I gave 1 star barely. Since then, Mrs. Linda and Sonny have blown me away with there care for customers. I never gave up on the store and Im glad I didnt. Smiling faces and genuinely greeting everyone that walks in is how I love to start my day! This team delivers! 5-5tar all the way! Mrs. Linda you rock!

There is the most personable cashier, Crystal, who makes your stop incredible. Even when customers are rude, and disrespectful, she treats them with respect. She makes a visit wonderful

I goto this royal farms occasionally on saturdays, and you better pray the guy with long braids is there because the only times Ive gotten through the line in less than 10 minutes was when he was there.secondly. make sure your oven or microwave is working at home if you get chicken at this royal farms. I have never gotten a fully cooked chicken breast or thigh here, and rarely get fully cooked legs. the only fully cooked chicken Ive received was wings.

Only option if I am hungry late at night that is in walking distance. Went during night shift. I dont know if the girl cooking the food is upset because she has to do night shift or what. Major attitude problem. I asked her if they had any honey mustard and her response was for what? Uhh so I can have it for my fries. And then she just threw it on the table, rolled her eyes and walked off.

24 hours, good coffee.avoid the ATM if you dont want to pay $2.50 fee. Yeah it says free, buts its not.

Ordered my food and the buzzer went off first words I hear come out of the girl behind the counters mouth was f*** go get the remaining things I need, and can still hear the same girl behind the food counter cuss and complain because people kept putting in food orders. Get everything rung up and go over and wait for my food(I only ordered 2 breasts) then another lady comes up waiting for her food while the girl behind the counter does nothing but complain about wanting to be off. We all stand there for a bit, the manager comes up and the girl says to all of us waiting why dont you guys come in the f***in morning instead of late at night, you have all this f***in time so far the worst service I have received from this location

Half the time I come here - whether its 10am, 1pm, 3pm, or later, theyre out of chicken or making more, with a 20-30 minute wait.Also, the parking situation is just poor. Find a other royal farms or go elsewhere.

Alexander is a very rude women I dont understand how she made management well thats what she told me this lady act like she didnt see me I paid for my food and was the only customer and she still made me wait 10 mins thats very bad customer service and the only reason why I gave this store a 1 was to leave a comment she claim she thought I was still looking around she really has a bad attitude

Hate this place,the entrance roadway is a disgrace and royal farm chicken is too salty. Next, they microwave the biscuits so they are tough like chewing on shoe leather.

Went here for lunch with a co-worker... Ordered 3peice Tender meal... Took 20-25mins to get both orders.. Absolutely ridiculous

Terrible, 4:30 in the afternoon and they are out of chicken breast. Tied time in 3 weeks.

Place is 24 hours. Getting in is a bit awkward if there is traffic.
