Cant say enough good things about my experience at Fix-N-Go. Dave was so helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my phone and the different options for repair. He was able to repair the phone quickly and for a fair price. I would highly recommend going to him for mobile device repairs.

They fixed my broken screen BUT they broke the back of the phone while they were at it. And now they want us to pay for a new back after they broke it. The back was not broke when we brought it in and now it is. Whose fault? Let’s see, obviously the last peoson fixing the phone. Don’t go here unless you want to pay more to fix other things on your phone that they broke. Sounds like a scam. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My computer was slow and I couldnt afford a new one so I took it here on the hopes they could speed it up for cheaper than buying a new one. And thats exactly what happened. Only one day later they upgraded parts and cleaned it and it runs like new, it was like a quarter of the cost of a new computer too!!!!!

Fix n Go was exactly like the name says. Had my phone fixed really quick and I was on my way. I highly recommend them for phone fixes, and am beyond grateful they were recommended to me! Awesome business!

We’ve had a couple repairs done here.He’s fixed my wife’s computer after a forced Windows update disabled it.My mother-in-law had her IPhone’s battery replaced.Today I had a couple more IPhone batteries done.He’s fast, friendly, fair priced.

Good service and fast

I’ve had my iPhone 7 Plus for over three years now. As my daily driver, including loads of calls as a Mortgage Loan Officer, it came time to replace the battery with warnings saying to “SERVICE” under Settings > Battery. It said 72% max capacity, yikes!Not only were they open on New Years Day, they even responded after hours the day prior from their Facebook Page. Incredible.I went in today after being told it’d take about 15 minutes. My wife timed the moment I left my truck to the time I returned and said it was just 22 minutes. Mind you, this includes the walk, the discussion about my phone’s issues and small talk!Not only did he replace my battery (WOW, I forgot how long my phone used to last between charges!), he also cleared up the speaker so calls no longer sound muffled, but he also installed a free, quality screen protector without mentioning it!Overall, I went in with an expectation and they exceeded everything and WAY BEYOND. Very friendly, fast service, extremely competitive rates, and they saved me from having to mail my phone in to Apple or having to upgrade.Thanks Fix N ago!

Ive never had to work a bad review in my life, but here we are.I took my phone in to replace the camera that had stopped working. I got a call saying it was ready and went in, when I tried using the camera it still didnt work.He ordered another part and tried again without charging me a second time. The camera worked great! He said he soldered the board to make it work.Went down to stg for the night and when I woke up my screen had a pink dot. Throughout the day more and more dots appeared until they covered the whole screen the screen. The dots got darker and darker (pink, people, blue, black) until it was black and wouldnt turn on. Tried to go get a refund since the phone wont even turn on and he said he wouldnt refund anything he didnt fix . Spent ~$160 for him to break my phone. Had to get a new phone, WOULD NOT recommend fix n go EVER.EDIT: The owner responded to this and said it had to be brought in to discuss a refund. I was not told that, I was told a refund was not possible at all but if I wanted to have them look at it I could bring it in.

Really happy with the service done on my iPhone 11, the only note they gave me was that the display screen was different from the usual ones Apple puts on their devices, which explained the black line I have on the screen afterwards, but other than that I had the screen fixed at a good price!

What we couldnt fix he fixed in two minutes!! So friendly and helpful! Will be coming here for now on!!

Dave is awesome. His prices are great and his service is always fast. I bought a phone from him and he replaced the screen for free when it started to come off for no reason. I have also had a couple broken screens fixed and a charger port replaced. I never had to leave the phone with him for days because he fixed it right there in less than 20 minutes. I haven’t been this impressed with ANY business in thge phone/tech world literally EVER! Dave n Mark are the BEST! I was having major issues with my phone and was at my wits end and they saved my phone and sanity! When it didn’t happen with the first attempt they said bring it back and we will try something else, which they did and not only did they fix it but they didn’t charge me anything additional! I can’t thank them enough!!! I highly recommend them!

The hard drive in my computer busted, so I went to fix n go to see if there was any way to save it. Unfortunately there wasnt, but they gave me a great deal on a new SSD hard drive and they upgraded my RAM for a bargain. The customer service was great and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my laptop. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for computer repairs.

It was very quick the wait time was only 30 minutes to replace my IPhone screen, the employees were friendly and experienced. My screen looks perfect I am so happy with the job they did.

My IPhone 7 Plus needed a new screen. They fixed it and fixed a tiny problem with my phone also. They did a really good job. I recommend going to this place for any fixes for your Phone.

I spent $100+ to have a phone screen replaced. 2 hours later the screen was cracked worse than it was when I took it in. I went back the next day and it was suggested that I smacked it on something or dropped it, which didnt happen. Literally nothing happened to it. I was offered a slight discount to have it replaced again. Uh, no thanks. I just paid for that to be done yesterday.

Fix and Go is amazing! I recently broke my screen on my iPhone and David at Fix and Go replaced it in an extremely quick manner. Because my phone was so badly damaged I was locked out of my iphone. After talking to Apple I became extremely frustrated because they would not help me get back into my phone. I went back to fix and Go and like the miracle worker David is, he was able to get me back into my phone with no problems! Also he was kind enough to do this at no charge. As I was about to leave I noticed that David also installed a tempered glass screen protector (normally $20 but once again at no charge!) He seen how frustrated I was with Apple, At&t, ext. And went above and beyond to make my situation stress free. Thank you so much David, I highly recommend fix and go.

I had dropped my LG G4... out of my car... as it was moving. The screen was pretty cracked and I began looking for a replacement. Failed to deliver, blamed the customer. I brought them my iPad mini & had them install a digitizer provided by me. It appeared to work so I paid and took it home. The top half was not detecting touch, so I brought it back. They installed a digitizer from their supplier, that one didnt detect the top half either. They refunded me for their digitizer, but not on the labor. They said that it was likely the logic board, and would look in to fixing it. They told me they would call me with an estimate so I could either approve the work or pick it up as is. Fast forward six months, and still no word from them. I stopped in to find out why I havent heard anything, and they said that if they had anything at all it would be in their parts bin. When I pressed them that I am owed something they said it was my job to call them and make sure theyre doing what they agreed to do, not their job to follow up as promised. -10 for failure to deliver as promised, -1,000 for blaming the customer instead of accepting responsibility for dropping the ball. Given theyve put it in a parts bin, not only did they not follow up, but theyre using MY parts to make money.

His work is very good, fast, and I appreciated his honesty. I know Ill use him again in the future when more phone accidents happen!
