I was assured I could play games 24/7 by salesman. Charged me $50 overage. No customer service on my plan. No recourse.I came here from Verizon, where they fouled me up in every way possible, as well.Great grandmothers are easy prey.Life was kind 50 years ago. Not now.

The staff didnt seem that knowledgeable about their product, they are inconsistent at answering calls, and they waited three days after I ordered a product to attempt to make the order. At that time, a mistake was made and it took nearly two weeks for the phone to be received when a replacement phone was needed. I have a complete lack of trust in their ability to handle normal processes and would suggest you go to a different store if you want quality customer service.
Went in to pay a phone bill and it took over 35 minutes. The girl working was trying to sell me a phone and told me that my phone was old and was going to be lagging if I didn’t purchase a phone which isn’t true. Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone awful customer service.
Ex-Employee Review:As a Google Local Guide here is my review on this Metro By T-Mobile Store:Good Chill place to work at,coworkers always helpful to customers and eachother,It was a franchise so things were a bit different that it would be if it where a corporate store,the pay is less but the chill work environment and good coworkers overall made up for any low moments wich is always a great thing to have in a workplace,I give it 4 stars because it was a good job with good people and ok pay,So sad when i was told that it had been sold,but i guess thats the risk you run in to when working at private owned stores,just hope the new owner is as nice as the old owner and keeps things possitive,i also wish the best to my ex-coworkers,Cheers.
Ill hopefully be able to change this after Im able to actually get into the store, but the hours Google lists are incorrect, but also the hours they list on their own door werent accurate either. Granted we arrived later, but we got to the store at 6:15 and it was scheduled to close at 6:30 and everything was already dark, locked up, and shut down for the day.
I’ve been waiting for my phone for 2 weeks now. They keep lying about when it will be in. Employees are nice but the boss is a complete idiot and needs to do a better job managing and making sure shiz gets done.

We added a line to our plan with Meeka and asked to pay the whole total there. We asked multiple times to verify thats all we had to pay before leaving. Living in Duck Creek Village we wanted to make sure everything was taken care of before we went home. Only to find out we were lied to and my husbands phone was shut off, he found out when he arrived to work and his boss told him he was trying to get ahold of him. Does not look good on them as all they were after was the commission on the sale of the phone, meeka lied about how much we would be paying monthly, and only charged us for 2 of the three lines activation for the month. 2 days later finding this out.
So far so good no prbpens from what i have seen if i do notice any probpems i will be sure to update with new info as soon as i kbow you will know
