Worked a great deal of the day with Ben who was absolutely terrific. I live in Florida and I needed to get my 97 year old mother in Cedar City, Utah set up with a new iPhone. And of course she did not remember any of her passwords, which made it oh so very easy for Ben (poor guy)! There were a great many phone calls/texts/verification codes that he had to understand and coordinate. He handled it like a champion! Thank you AT&T, and thank you Ben!

Coltor was the man! I tried to to fix a SIM card issue for 2 days and he had me back up and running in minutes. Super professional, perfectly kind, and over all just a good dude.
My husband and I have beeen with AT&T for years. We always deal with the Cedar City Utah location, and when we go in we’ve always handled our needs with Kayla or Ben (unfortunately Kayla is no longer there) so we deal with Ben. Ben is always very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely stick with this place!
I have been into this store many times. I have had to get my screen protector on my phone replaced a lot! The staff are always fast, efficient, friendly and get me in and out. They always greet me right away, and assure me it wont be too long when they are with other customers. overall, a great place!
Going to switch services from metro to at&t was a PLEASURE at this store! I got amazing customer service from a fine young man who was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and made sure that I wouldn’t have the same issues I was having with metro! 10/10 would recommend.

Worst experience Ive ever had at any cellphone company the guy was constantly rude and even my kids couldnt believe it. Ever heard of Customer service!!?? In the end he calls the cops on me when I told him to get over himself and get us are phones! Unbelievably upset with this store! Second time with the same clerk!!

Sat for 50 mins without being acknowledged. Called before going in and was told didn’t need an appointment because they had 3 people working. There was only one other customer in there. Horrible customer service.
Ive been in several times over the last few years with upgrading my phone or adding kids lines. Their customer service is always awesome, they even went to bat for me when Samsungs customer service was seriously lacking. They helped me get a phone working today that the walmart mobile store had messed up the sim on an upgrade. Kayla is super helpful!

My father can be a very unpleasant person for anyone to have to deal or communicate with and insisted on stopping in to talk to someone. I was so pleased with the help there today. These guys have a great run phone store. Kathy has always given us great service have used other carriers and found AT&T in Cedar City has the best customer service. They have the best service in Cedar City and surrounding areas.
Kailey helped me and my sister yesterday in the att store in cedar—we needed a LOT of help and she just kept helping us until we left with WAY MORE accomplished than we even expected to!!! She helped us understand our account and the different options we had and got my phone switched over and so many things that we needed! Yesterday I went to the AT&T store in Cedar for help switching a stubborn sim card into a flip phone.Makayla helped me out and was so happy to help me and so dang competent, and when I left I was having a much better day than when I went in!!My experiment with the different phone was not the outcome I had hoped and so tonight I went back to the store for help switching the sim cards.I was glad to see Makayla there, since I knew I was going to get the help I needed. However, she was helping a customer on the phone and so the other customer service rep smilingly came over to help me, and she was completely competent and helped me switch back!I found out that both of the reps are named Makayla!Anyway, I now know that a flip phone is not the answer to simplify my communication trouble (have you seen Communication Problems with John Cleese in Fawlty Towers?) AND I left the store happier than when I went in. What great customer service reps. Thanks so much to you both and to whoever employs you!!

I have visited this store multiple time because it is one of the only AT&T affiliated stores in the area. Each time I have gone to the store the representatives either do something wrong or set improper expectations. I go there because I have to, but its now worth the trip South to St. George to get someone that knows what they are doing.

Ok, this store just needs better service!! The website says it closes at 8 so I walked in 5 after 7 and the woman working was helping a customer and she looked up at me and didnt even say hello or anything. I sat there for 40 minutes and still nothing. I was thinking she would get done soon and come help me but she didnt even communicate... well I decided I should write a review because of the bad customer service and come to find out they actually close at 7??? What? That was a waste of an hour and she didnt even bother to tell me they were closed?! That just makes me all the more unimpressed with the service. Id say its not worth having a store here, Id rather drive to St. George if the people working in the Cedar branch cant have better customer service skills. Thats just sad!!!
Here on the at&t cedar city website it says the store closes at 8pm. I rushed over there and found that they close at 7pm. It would be super swell if someone could change the website so it accurately reflects closing time.
Walked in and was immediately helped by a friendly staff person. They had a quick solution to my problem and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

Very very poor customer service . The lady did not give us the time of day, I had to approach her. She gave me a quote but didn’t even explain to me what everything was on the paper she gave me. Didn’t know anything about the phones, didn’t know what her company’s plans were and entailed . The quote was at 400.00, didn’t come with any benefits to switching . Nothing . Severely overpriced .
