I dont usually go to Starbucks because I tend to not really crave anything from there. I work right down the street though, and after a grave shift or if I have time to kill before going in, I like to sit at this location and get an iced coffee or iced chai and relax for a bit. I am a clean freak when it comes to working my job, so I really appreciate how clean this store is all the time. Ive spent some time just seeing how well everyone works together here and how nice they all are. Always so welcoming and they actually spell my name right! LOLI tend to feel bad sitting in a store for too long because I worry that Im taking up space or they dont want people lingering, but Ive never felt guilty sitting here. I always order something when I spend time here and if it gets busy inside, I make sure to skedaddle. Ive also never had an issue with my orders at this location either. Plus, if I did, Im comfortable assuming theyd fix the issue no problem. Highly recommend this store.I know its their job to do these things and to be friendly, but it just feels more genuine than Im used to. Even I dont sound THAT happy at 6am! lol

Oh my goodness their poor staff was working themselves to the bone this morning! It was so busy in there! My mobile order took about 15 minutes longer than expected but as I stood there, the Starbucks staff didnt slow down for even a minute!My drink was delicious as always and the staff was in a cheerful mood despite the high demand on them. I dont think theres anything the staff could have done better to serve their customers than what they were doing. I think Cedar was just in a coffee mood this morning and we all went to Starbucks!

Bro I’ve never had a better experience at a Starbucks than I’ve had at this one. Audrey was super friendly as the cashier. I think she made my drink too and it was amazing. Also she’s really good at discovering new elements

Customer service gets five the food gets up 3 but getting my food and my coffee is a once I got my coffee immediately I had to wait for a muffin for 15 minutes cuz they were making somebodys hot sandwich and another part of the thing youve never been so poor and delivering things so far apart I used to get my muffin immediately at the cash register and then my coffee why did I have to wait for a cold muffin between behind a hot meal

I ordered mobile takeout recently, and when I went to pick it up I sat there for another 30 minutes (so 40 minutes total until I actually got help after placing my order, and after getting ignored when I was waiting at the counter the people working were not helpful at all and finally told me they were out of what I had ordered. I wasn’t even upset that they were out of the coffee I ordered but simply that their customer service sucked. When I asked for a refund she told me thatShe didn’t have time to put it back on my account and I just need to go online and do it with customer service. If you’re in Cedar it’s worth it to go around town and walk into Lins. They’re always super sweet and awesome there unlike this one.

Worse service I have experienced for walk-in service. I know that mobile & drive thru orders are timed & my order my take a few minutes longer. I waited almost 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) for my coffee & then it was not prepared correctly. I took it anyway because u did not want to wait another 30 minutes. Very disappointed 😞

I ordered a drink and the lady said they were out so I had to get somthing else which is no big deal. But the next customer ordered the same thing they told me they were out of and they let her have it so that was irritating.

The baristas are super cool. The 35 plus minute wait in line kinda sucks. So when me and the kiddos wanna just talk about life happenings, this is what we do - head over to SB, chit chat for a bit in the drive through. Beats them being in their phones 😂

Today was a bad day. They couldnt have offered any slower service in the drive thru. Wasnt much better when we got to the window. Drinks werent ready and they still had to make them 1 at a time. Got the order WRONG... I was shocked. Asked for the order to be split apart, 2 separate orders and that was too much for them to handle. So probably the worst experience today.

Love cedar city Starbucks! They are always so friendly, so fast and tasty!I don’t like Lin’s Starbucks, they are always doing everything else than taking orders, doing coffee etc. They don’t have the stars program.

This Starbucks cant ever get your drink order right. They definitely need some training. When you tell them you didnt get what you asked for, they argue with you. Excuse me, I paid YOU for my order. I should be getting what I asked for. AUD has an attitude problem. Avoid this Starbucks! I was a regular there. Thats until they hired unprofessional, attitude having baristas.

I love starbucks, went all the time in Washington state :) but the pink drink here is a different color every time, isnt there a recipe to follow? I keep giving them another chance but its a gamble if the drinks flavor will be consistent. Ive had the same situation with other drinks but its not as obvious as the pink drink. Really disappointed.

Poor service, really slow!

We have the best starbucks here in cedar city. I had ordered a drink through uber eats to be delivered to my work. Well a few minutes later after I order I get a call from my uber driver(who was very rude) wanting to know where I was. I had accidentally put in the wrong delivery address and tried to correct it over the phone with the gentleman. He promptly told me it was out of his delivery range (I was only a 1.5 miles down the road from where he was at) and hung up on. So I called Starbucks and told them what was going on. They remade and comped my order and were so kind to me. They promised to speak with uber and find out why this happened. If you want kind friendly service go visit this starbucks they will treat you right!

If it ever comes down to a quick cup of coffee this may not be your place in town. The lines here usually wrap the parking lot. As for taste and atmosphere however, i would say its pretty decent. People are friendly enough, and its just a cute little shop. Covid restrictions are very strict though, no real reason to go inside.

Line was horribly long and I waited 25 minutes in it. Only open from 6 to 12:30 and they only offer drive through service. Because of the incredibly long lines, people couldnt get out of the drive thru. Horrible mess!

Starbucks by nature is great! This location is over the top. We visit Cedar City one weekend each winter and come to to this Starbucks each time. They always provide world class service, perfect espresso drinks, and great food. This weekend was no exception, each of the partners were so friendly. We will be back!

I stopped at this Starbucks on a road trip. After over 2000 miles of driving from New York this is by far the worst Starbucks Ive been to in the world. After waiting for over 20 minutes for drinks that I would never see I realized that none of the employees gave a flying about customer service.

First time ever for a Starbucks coffee i got just a regular coffee with some hazelnut flavor. I never tasted the hazelnut not sure what the big crazy is you can get a better coffee from your local coffee shop and you are supporting local businesses

I am not a big Starbucks fan I dislike their political stance but my wife enjoys their mocha frappe so every so often I try to get one for her as a surprise and a way of telling her thank you for putting up with me for all these years. They always seem crowded and rushed they are overpriced and sometimes perky is annoying

I usually love this location, however, today wasn’t so great. Alex B. could use some customer service training! I could barely hear the two people talking in the speaker, the employees are usually pretty upbeat. Not today, very short and rude. Maybe it’s just an off day! Customer service is important EVERYDAY! Hoping for a better experience going forward.

Drive through is decently fast, going inside takes literally 4x longer even if the drive through wraps around the building. Dont ever go inside.

My wife and I stopped by this location this morning and ordered our usual Mocha and a Mocha Frappuccino. When our order came up there were 2 Mochas and no Frappuccin. I went to the register and told them they got the order wrong. The guy at the register said “oh you forgot that part, you didn’t order a Frappuccino.” I told him yes my wife did order and Frappuccino because I heard her give him her order (She doesn’t like Mochas and would never order one). He rang up the order and then actually charged us because he said it was our fault. I go to Starbucks everyday and have been to many across the country and this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had! Customer service was non-existent, he didn’t apologize and then charged us for the correct drink. Then while we waited for the Frappuccino, we saw a Frappuccino put in the drive thru section and when we asked about my wife Frappuccino she said “I’m working on it” and the proceeded to grab it from the counter and give it to us. Horrible customer service and obviously neither person could admit they made a mistake.I

I usually go through the drive through. The service and drinks are great but the waiting time in line is ridiculous! I have to wait at least 20 minutes . They need to fully open.

The location is conveniently located near the freeway and a couple of hotels. I visited this Starbucks on July 2019 after checking out from the hotel I was staying. It was an early Sunday morning so there it was busy. When I walked into the store I noticed patrons sitting at tables socializing. The store was clean and nothing seemed out of place. I ordered a hot mocha which prepare quickly without problems. Be advised there is no drive thru at this location.

They make drinks super fast even during rush hours. But the food orders take time since I think there’s only one person taking care of all the food orders! Clean and nice restroom. They have some outdoor tables and chairs.Drive thru line was super long!

I stopped here as a pit stop from California headed to SLC and I have to say they the customer service here is unmatched! After ordering, we headed up to the drive thru window and one of the male associates informed me that they had ran out of the item I ordered. He went ahead and asked if there was anything else I would prefer and apologized for the mistake. After receiving my new order, the male associate gave me a gift card for the time they had imposed on us. Overall.. very awesome employees here!

It took 45 min just to order 2 drinks. Was very unhappy for the first time. Wont me back in the afternoon again. I love the morning crew. Their the best

I’ve been very frustrated with my experience at this Starbucks. They get my drink order wrong more times than right. I always order the same thing, a green tea lemonade, pay about $5 for it, and most of the time end up with just green tea. It just happened to me this morning, after being the 3rd car in line and waiting 20 minutes. To wait that long and end up with the wrong drink (that’s fairly expensive) is very frustrating.

Overall the experience was great but I want to give a shout out to Deborah. Her customer service was amazing! After a long night of no sleep, we really needed some caffeine. She was cheerful, helpful, and kind. Thanks Deborah for making our morning!

Bathroom was disgusting, old gas station gross. Not what you’d expect at a Starbucks.I told the lady at the front who was doing the book keeping and she didn’t act like she cared. Leaving this review in hopes somebody will do something about it because nobody wants to see dried urine all over the floor. Especially not at a place that serves food!

Asked for a frappuccino with no ice (like the bottled version that you get at the gas station). I did get exactly what I ordered so Im not mad at the barista. She did her job. However when I called in to get advice on how to correct my order to get the desired result, whoever I spoke with was very rude, telling me that I got what I ordered or that I may have ordered something different the other day, instead of telling me how to correct the order. For reference the barista yesterday was amazing and asked specifically what I was looking for instead of just giving me an unblended drink. She was amazing and gave me exactly what I was looking for.❤ EDIT: the baristas dont follow directions well at this location. Asked for light ice in my frappe and got regular.

It should come as to no surprise that Starbucks as a whole is popular. And that this specific location is booming given its strategic placement in a College town. It is also the only Starbucks within just about a 50 mile radius that has a Drive Thru.. That being said every time I come here is is at least a 30-40 minute trap in the line that wraps around the whole building. Those batistas are working their Tails off constantly. I would say it needs another location if not a bigger store with room for another drive thru and more help.. Its definitely overdue for an upgrade! Aside from that.. Everyone is always so nice and on top of things as much as they can be. Can we get a round of Applause for our batistas! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Waited in line for half an hour, then finally ordered 2 Venti lattes. Both cups were only 2/3 full! Its a rip off when theyre full, but 2/3 full, thats highway robbery. Ill think thrice before I return.

There is no machine available in the Drive Through for customers to order and pay with currency or a bank card or touchless elctronic payments. There is no machine at the Drive Through for the customer to select and edit his or her order. The customer must order and pay using the left side of the automobile.

A little slow and the drive thru is awkward. I prefer the Lins location and staff but not a bad place either.

If youre in a hurry, leave 15 minutes early because this one stays busy. Very congested drive thru and parking lot.

This is the most horrible starbucks I have ever encountered. No respect for customer. I was traveling from Nevada to Utah and I called this starbucks on my way to confirm till what time they were open. The lady confirmed they were open till 10.30 PM so I took a detour for 30 mins and drove up to this location around 8.45 ish and what I see they closed the drive thru and were serving last few customers in drive thru. So I called them to ask to see if they can get me a coffee as I called before but they decide to close early due to lack of staff which was strange to me because I saw 3 people working inside and how come they didnt tell me when I called them. They did not give me coffee and I was really disappointed because of their employee not providing right information to me when I called and I wasted driving up there 30 mins. They were still serving coffee to last customers in drive thru it would have been great if they have offered me a coffee. I could give 0 star to this location and worst customer service experience. I drink starbucks everyday but this experience at this location was the worst. I hope this message gets heard and they do the right thing going forward or change management so they dont misguide customer going forward.

Once again, my large vanilla latte was very weak and tasted as if there was no vanilla flavoring whatsoever. This specific location is known for inconsistent products.

Went thru this morning and repeated an order and even gave employee writen down said knew drink drink well and after all of it messed up on both drinks

Waited half an hour because they forgot to make my drink. They gave me a $4 gift card to use next time which was nice but when I went to use it the barista said there was nothing on it and threw it away.
