Showed up to purchase a new phone for my daughter and there was a sign on the door stating the person working would be back in 10 minutes. We waited over 40 mins and no one showed up. Finally 4 minutes before the store closed the guy working there shows up only to lock the door. I explained that we had been waiting over 40 minutes. He acted as if it was no big deal. When helping us he didn’t know what he was doing and kept texting someone. Some random girl that was in the car with him, comes into the store to help him. Apparently she worked there too and was equally unprofessional. I will never visit this location again. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

How do you have a sign at 2:30pm lid up open when you have the doors locked hours on Saturday are 10am-7pm.
