This was arguably the best customer service I have EVER received for any service! Jacob was patient, polite, knowledgeable and engaging (but not pushy). Most of all he was helpful to my needs. Our 2 star rating is based on the ridiculously high prices & poor quality of its Android accessories. We returned the chargers and protective cases for our 2 Samsung 21s & saved over $100 buying replacements. The 2 $65 screen protectors they installed scratched so easily, we replaced them with better ones for $120 less. It pays to shop around.

Tyler was great and super friendly. Helped us through the process of upgrading phones and explained the differences between each iPhone. We were going to switch to us cellular but after hearing all Verizon’s offers I will continue to stay a customer for many more years.

Tyler not only helped me with my new phone upgrade and accessory purchase, but he also made my day by taking a video and a voicemail greeting from my late husbands phone and put them on my new phone. Even though the workers were friendly, they have consistently given us false information about the insurance claims, payments, etc. I have been very disappointed with my experience.
Customer service was so-so. We were told something would arrive on a certain day and two days later still hasn’t arrived. Especially disappointing because you have a little kid excited for one of their Christmas presents that was already supposed to be here.
Came in fall of 2018 for new phone. Awful customer service ever. Tried having me pay over priced on older model iPhone. End up having to have Verizon Corp sort all out fix the problem. Recommend going to actually Verizon. Ruined my experience ever going to just authorized dealer. Still love Verizon actual service.
Service here is beyond the expectations the two gentlemen go the extra mile in helping out without sending you home to dial the 1800..... number to finish something that they can help you out in person.
This is not a true Verizon store. I would ask questions, the sales guy would answer. I had done my research and was able to look up the answer online and know he was lying. We walked out of the store when he couldn’t give me a monthly payment because “taxes change all the time.” If you want true Verizonon service, go to the Waterloo location. Also, they were charging more for the phones than online and at the Waterloo location.
Do not buy here! Sold me a Elipsis tablet. Which within 1 day would no longer work. Then when I tried to return it they wanted to charge me a $70 restocking fee!!! Only way to avoid the fee was to buy another tablet, which they didnt even have. Then they wouldnt credit me for the screen protector I bought either. Do not use Z wireless! Absolutely do not know how to take care of customers. Only buy from corporate stores!
All is well above and beyond in this independently owned store. olly reason i withheld 1 star is due to a smaller selection of devices and accessories.service is top notch and I truly believe Ive got an advocate on my side!

Your customer service rep, Anthony is horrible. I almost left the store without a phone. He acted like he didnt want to help me. My husband did more work than he did, looking for my phone options.
If you want to waste hours at the store only to have the workers incorrectly input your shipping address and leave you phone-less for days, you have come to the right place. Additionally, since they arent a corporate store the employees wont solve any problems, they will simply give you a list of customer service numbers that you can call and waste more time trying to correct THEIR mistakes. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this location.
Not happy with my experience. The staff were friendly, but was mislead on much of my purchase. I was signed up for equipment protection when I didnt ask for it, told that the phone price was a package price that included cables, chargers, cases, etc. We now have an auxiliary cable for a new iPhone that doesnt have an aux jack. Never coming here ever again.
Was told 1 customer allowed in the store at a time and was told to please leave the store and wait for a text to return. 5 min later 3 people walk in and were serviced very unhappy with this location. Will not return.

Scam artist! Mislead and misinformed us of trade in value for a iphone. Sales associate stated that the iphone 6 plus was only worth $30, but Ill give you $50 for it. The Verizon website trade in value was $165! The phone was not broken or in disrepair--only ever used in a Otterbox case. Also, deleted all our recently family vacation photos while doing a data transfer to new phone.

I told them my preferred pronouns several times and they ignored me and continue to misgender me and told someone on the phone the wrong pronouns too. It was very stressful and caused me alot of anxiety. If this is how Verizon does business with diverse types of people, I will be taking my business to US Cellular soon!
Verizon Wireless in general is absolutely terrible. Never have I experienced such poor customer service and rude employees (especially at this particular location). They’ve messed up my account and billing too many times to count, charged me twice what I owed, then refused to ever let me out of the contract. I can’t even tell the whole story because of how incredibly pissed off it makes me. Also, Verizon costs way more than any other provider. Avoid at all costs!
This is by far the best Verizon in Cedar Falls, I went to the Verizon store in waterloo and all they were very rude and disrespectful. I went into this Verizon and the store manager John helped me out with my iPhone 7 even though I bought the phone at the waterloo store he still was more then helpful by helping me set my phone up.
Two of the sales reps were rude and disrespectful when they finally looked up from their computers. Tried selling us a free tablet..only will cost another $5 a month to have it..thats NOT free...and then got down right rude when we questioned the free part. Actually said TO ME..you can play games on it in bed. Not like you are going to do anything else there.... Verizon sucks and am stuck with their sucky service until hub gets tired of them. Bottom line GO FIND ANOTHER VERIZON STORE.
Avoid this Retailer at all cost. They will add things to your account without telling you the charges that go with it. John Sanchez the manager is rude and disrespectful. If there is a offer of something free run the other way!!! Go to a REAL Verizon Store not a Authorized Retailer like this place.
Not very professional. looked at my phone and determined it was water damaged just by looking at the indicator on battery. my screen was almost black and they said the only thing wrong with the phone was that battery had moisture on it? ummm clearly something is totally wrong and also got told maybe it will clear up in a couple of days....so they clearly arent educated on the product they are selling! like to add phone is under warranty....

If you are having problems with your IPhone 10 powering off or loading, don’t stop here go to Waverly. These guys will try to get a new phone out of you instead of fixing the problem

When I stopped in later to ask for his district managers phone number, he refused to share it. We will NEVER do business here again.
I been at this store twice had to return my Note 7 the system of Verizon wrong they had to call Verizon so I can return the Note 7 .They need more help at this store its in a good heavy traffic. They have to people working and 6 customers waiting.
