I got there right at open. Derek was there to help me right off the bat. I hadn’t upgraded in years so I had a lot of questions. He suggested a great phone “iPhone 12 pro max”. He helped me set everything thing up and get everything transferred over very smoothly. I left there with not questions or confusion. I was made a priority and all my needs met. Was quick and easy, and got a lot of information about many different phones in an easy to understand kind of way. Would definitely recommend, as it was a 10/10 experience. Especially Derek, knew their stuff and made a complicated process quick, simple, and was very helpful.

I bought a new iPhone 12 and returned a day later due to a software glitch. Every other day I am not able to make calls. They werent able to fix it. They wouldnt let me return it without a $35 return fee.Overall, was a frustrating experience. I barely turned the phone on, and I was already having issues with it. I would have thought since I was well within their 15 day return period that there would have been able to exchange the phone for a new one.I wouldnt recommend going through this store for a new phone purchase. They do not stand behind there product one bit. Will be switching to Verizon or a flip phone, still debating.

I went in to US Cellular because I needed help with my daughters phone. She passed away in January and recently her phone became corrupted and I could no longer get into it. They went out of their way to assist me with the help of corporate so that I could get all photos and contacts from her phone. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am that they refused to quit! They worked until things were resolved. Honestly, I was emotional because my fear was the photos and videos were missing. I highly recommend them because customer service is extremely important to them.

Big shout out goes to CHRIS (and those who waited for Chris...because Chris was helping two people upgrade their phones lonnnnnnng after business hours). Chris attempted to get my phones charging system to work, after an assessment and politely informed me that my phone was ...well, toast, in that area. My words not his...but after some questions, thats the summary. I had 12% power left. We were shown our options, that of Samsung coming to our rescue (try to salvage my Samsung 5...., not as likely we wanted to choose that.) or we could upgrade. We were interested in that...but we are the change is hard-type shoppers. We were pretty insistent that we did not raise our monthly costs. Chris not only did not raise our monthly costs but, LOWERED our monthly costs with the plan that still suited our lifestyle, WITH 2 newS7 phones. He explained the new phone purchase plan versus what we had been used too, without phone-shaming us. He knew time was of the essence since this gma wanted her precious gkids downloaded onto new phone before it was dead... He advised me in a way that made sense, to choose what I felt was more important to retrieve from my old phone to avoid a long down load process, to my satisfaction. 1000+ gkids etc... px saved. Meanwhile, he educated us on some pretty cool features with the newer camera by Samsung, using his phone that would be the same as our phone. All in all, it was an extremely pleasant experience and we highly recommend this location because of Chris...and the other staff, who were extremely courteous as well, as they all waited for Chris before locking up....45 minutes after closing.

Service is good if you feel like waiting over an hour, and thats being next in line.
