4 year plus history at this pharmacy. Efficient, professional & courteous. Love pickup service. Definitely recommend.
As someone with severe depression the pharmacists here make me feel much more comfortable within my knowledge of my medications. Every question I’ve asked has been answered and I will only get my scripts sent here
I called my Rx in on Saturday morning. I had the option for Monday pickup or to schedule it earlier. I took the earlier option not knowing what the next week could bring (the Rx is for insulin so life saving). I got a text a few hours later that my Rx was ready. I picked it up the next day with no wait time and fast and friendly service. Thank you all for showing up and doing your jobs day after day and during these times of craziness. I wish you all good health and patience! ❤️
Very poor service! Had BCBS premium coverage, pharm tech told by wife picking up my prescription, there was no coverage. I had to call and get BCBS rep on the phone to tell them how to ring up a basic transaction. My wife had driven all the way out and told them how to get it to go thru, had the proper insurance ID card and they still could not figure it out! Brain dead, yes. Transferred remaining prescriptions there to HyVee. Wont be back to that mess of a pharmacy! All employees there lack common sense and cant wait to punch out for the day!
Friendly staff. They go out of their way to help me find just the right pair of glasses. Very patient. Great quality. Have gone to Walmart for my last three pairs of glasses. Why pay extra? I actually bought my last prescription sunglasses online from Zenni and they are fantastic. They cost 35 dollars.
Trash customer service. They will not call or fax your doctors office when a prescription is out, but also will not give you their fax number to give to the office when they tell you to do it yourself. Target has and always will be 20x better.
Normally I praise this pharmacy on how fast they are and how accurate. That is why they get two stars instead of one. Today outweighs every other visit I have made because today I really needed help and today was the day I was treated poorly.I am having a bad reaction to some meds and not only are the symptoms bad but it could be life-threatening if it wasnt addressed today. I KNOW the pharmacy is busy and not to expect immediate filling of the script, especially Monday. That is why, after I saw the NP send the prescription from the office during my appt., I went home, picked up my daughter and we ate lunch (I would need food before taking these new meds anyway). I did all this before I even approached the pharmacy.I arrived at least an hour after my appointment had ended. I was *clearly* still uncomfortable, walking slowly, etc.. I gave my information and was told in a very hurried/excited fashion, We are just getting this so it will be at least 45 minutes to an hour because we are going to lunch!Busy? Fine. Going to lunch? Still fine - I can see the sign. Couldnt get to it? Still fine. Dont lie to me and say it hasnt been there for an hour already as if I am being unreasonable by showing up when I did.In other words, this complaint has nothing to do with your schedule - just your attitude. I didnt have the energy to argue with you and I do not remember the womans name who said this or I would include it.
This a bunch of b.s I called them to get mine and my roommate medicine refilled they said they had to fax the doctor they faxed his but didn t fax mine
