I took my car in to get the bumper fixed and they ended up damaging the driver side mirror and blamed me for it. I called them and I got yelled at by the employee assigned to my car telling me it my fault. I had showed them pictures of my car and the only damage was on my bumper. They are unprofessional and will damage your car even more. Brittney(the person who was assigned to my car) yelled at me over the phone. Not willing to working with my insurance for the damage she did to my car.If I could give them zero stars I would. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

I couldnt be more pleased with the team at AMM Collision in Cedar Park! The Service Advisors kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and made sure they understood my expectations upon pick up. Rick and his team discovered more back-up camera damage than initially anticipated and reached out to the insurance company to make sure everything was fully documented and approved before they proceeded. My husband and I are so pleased with the work they did! In a climate where it seems as if service is rushed and quality is compromised, Rick and his team were completely professional, thorough and honest. I cant thank them enough!

Got a new roof, hood, and windscreen due to hail damage. Even though they were super busy due to the storm, everyone was very nice and pleasant for the entire process. I received texts throughout the process with a real person on the other end that answered questions promptly! Truck looks great and they certainly have my business moving forwards!

This is the second time I have dropped a car off with working AC and picked it up with it blowing hot air. This time my car also sat for 2 months in the sun with no protection causing significant sun damage to the roof and heat damage to my dash. When I called to address these concerns they refused to acknowledge any responsibility and tried to lie about where my car was kept. When I informed her that I had retrieved an item from my car 2 weeks ago and knew that to not be true she contacted her regional manager who said it wasn’t his problem. Beware leaving your car here you may not get it back in the same condition you left it

My insurance company recommended this place after I got into a accident. So I went ahead with my body/paint work here. All the damages were on the passenger side of the car. It took 3 weeks for them to complete the job, once I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed my window tent was scratched on 3 windows as well as the leather was ripped in my car on the console. Also the button to lock my car on the drivers side was missing and the handle was basically falling apart. I don’t know how this happened as the damages were only on the passenger side of the vehicle. Anyways after going inside and expressing my concerns I was told they would be fixing these things. It took almost 3 months before they did so I had to call constantly and harass them. Once they replaced these items of course the console doesn’t match my interior of the car at all. Honestly I’m so done dealing with these people that I’m just leaving it. While waiting in the lobby I over heard another customer saying they took there vehicle in for hail damages and got it back with a big dent in the door that wasn’t there when they dropped it off. all in all it was a TERRIBLE experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Took my 2016 Challenger here in Leander after hitting 2 deer. Chose AMM per reviews and convience to it being close to home. Car was done quickly which was great until I saw it. Bumper paint is darker and obviously doesnt match, its very cloudy and thinner in spots, bubbles and smudges in paint through out the whole left side and very noticeable, very obvious over spray on trunk, cut/marked weatherstripping, left a sticker on installed part in the grill very visible, parts not replaced but I was billed, painted parts on car which over spray on all emblems where I cant read now and a huge spot of over spray on my trunk. They washed car with something that dulled/ misformed stripes and spoiler and rim paint on one side, etc. They also buffed it with something that scratched the clear coat all over the left side. Im not petty by any means but my car was pristine. Ive taken it back 3 times to allow them to fix each time they over promised. They never fixed the bubbles smudges or mismatch bumper paint and Im terribly dissatisfied . Ive got pictures to prove, just dont know how to add them to this review.RESPONSE TO RESPONSE BY AMM THAT I CAN NO LONGER SEE- Whomever responded, let it be known prior damage was NEVER mentioned in my review...nor would I have even asked for the two small door dings and scratch on right side of vehicle to be fixed. Thats insurance fraud and, thats unethical. Again, not once was prior damage mentioned above. The fact that what you did fix was not done properly is clearly what I mentioned. My entire bumper and front end were replaced by you and painted by you, the lower bracket base on bumper and the shield were in fact mentioned in the appraisal and were not replaced until I took it back the 2nd time. After mentioning the entire shield broken and original lower bumper bracket was on and not replaced. The left side of my car was painted and buffed by you as well. I will gladly post pics of before and after if youd like and they are dated, but I do not think thats in your best interest.

I am commenting on the attitude and the politeness of the front desk employee to its customers. If I was late and I was to come another time, the same message said politely would work as well. Rather than a polite conversation, the front desk employee showing attitude and treating customers like it does not matter to your business? Its up to you whether you want customers to come back or not.

Customer service matters. The women at the front desk has a bad attitude. Maybe its because Im a black man in cedar park or maybe she just has personal issues she takes out on others in general. Brittany was cool though. Still others peoples time doesnt matter . They left the tank on empty then took 30 minutes to get a couple dollars of gas so I could get to the station. Yeah thats how empty it is. As Im writing this.

I brought in my car on April 19th and have yet to receive it. My car only had minor bumper issues. The estimate on the car was for April 27th. I was never told there were 5-6 cars ahead of mine and it would be another week behind scheduled when I took in my car. I asked for April 27th so I wouldnt rush to pick up my car since I always get off at 5:15. I called that day after not receiving a call and was told by the estimator Mark that it wasnt ready that maybe Thursday or Friday. On Friday evening around 5:30 he called me and said Monday for sure. Now Monday May 3rd he says there are 5-6 cars ahead of mine he doesnt know when it will be ready. I was never told this from the beginning. From the beginning they failed to communicate the delay in getting my car ready. I wish I would have known this instead of having to hear multiple excuses.

I was involved in a auto accident. Took my vehicle to AMM Collision and was the worst mistake I ever made. They could not fix the issues only repaired the body damages. They had to outsource for an alinement which was even worse. There were no weights on my new tires and and did not recognize the bent rim causing huge vibrations in my car. Had to take my car to the dealership to fix issues they were incompetent to repair. The fact they had my car over 30 days and only fixed the aesthetics and could not find the internal issues says a lot about the company. It’s like applying lipstick to a pig. Not to mention how unprofessional the receptionists were. Total garbage. Stay far away from this location. Thank me later.

This was the second time we had taken our vehicles to AMM collision for body repair. Great job done both times, quick, convenient.

Had a car repair done here in 2019 and was very satisfied with their work, but when I went by to get an estimate on my 1997 F150 to be repainted they kind of blew me off. Without really even looking at it the estimater said itd be over $10,000. Even with their thorough process thats ridiculous because there is virtually no needed body work. I wont be going back there.

I would rate 5 stars but got 3 due to the waiting time, took almost 2 weeks to work on vehicle and must of sat outside in rain/snow without being washed when picked up and some water go into cabin for sitting and drain hole must got dirty and plugged up. Cant blame shop totally due to drain holes very small but could of been brought inside, covered or at least washed when all done. The main thing for me was... and idk how so much but there was ALOT of white dust inside my car, I mean layers of it, on seats, doors, dash, trunk, on stuff, even on the inside of dash, doors, etc. The worse part was I just got a new tesla style radio and it even got inside of my screen and radio. Dust inside the panel looks bad, I have to send it back to get it cleaned inside. I pride myself of cleaness and have dust phobia, it took me hours to get everything cleaned minus the inside of dash and parts I cant get to. I just wanted to cry, BUT on the 3 stars, they did fixed the problem I came in for and havent noticed a problem. I probably wont go again but if you do go just make sure you remove everything and cover dash and things and let them know to make sure doors and windows are closed when working on car and clean when ready. The amount of dust I had should of not happened unless the door or windows must of been left open.

Got my car done 4 days before christmas.. Wasnt supposed to be done till after new years. And did a amazingly great job. The deer we hit tore the whole front end up. The picture is after they fixed. Very helpful and friendly staff. All my body work will go to them now.

I was very impressed with the professional attention I got. Very direct responses to my questions, made sure I understood the process, all in a friendly and efficient way. When I wasnt sure if my coverage covered rental car, they called my insurance directly and got me my answer.I would come back without hesitation, as a matter of fact I have...and I told my colleagues. A plus.Oh, and the work was outstanding. Actually as good as new. They matched a difficult metalic color perfectly.

Best collision shop experience yet! Brittany (the contact person) is the best. She knows everything you want to know, and she handles the process in a very reassuring and professional manner. Constant updates dont let you guess whats going on with your car or whether its going to be ready on time. And for all we can tell right after the work was done, its all done perfectly. This was 5 points.Update: Two years later I called asking for headlight adjustment. The lady on the phone didnt seem to know what I was talking about, but took a while to admit this and go ask someone. Then she came back and said we dont have any in stock right now. At which point it was clear that she didnt want to do business with me. Maybe if you dont come through an insurance they dont like you? This would be 1 point, but given the 5 points earlier, I settled on 3.

Very professional. Dropped off my truck for body work, the flow between insurance and AMM was very quick and easy to follow. I received regular updates during the repair process. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just picked up my truck 4 days ahead of schedule, and it looks great. Very happy with the work done. As a bonus, they cleaned it for me I side and out. All in all, very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service, great staff, great work done, and awesome integration with insurance. There was very little I had to do on my end and when I pointed out something that went wrong with the repair, they didnt hesitate to make sure it was taken care of. They even took it upon themselves to contact the maker to ensure they fixed my problem properly. It seems like a small thing for a repair shop to do that but they couldve just gotten it to a point of just working and given it back to me.

After getting into a wreck, AMM was recommended by the insurance company as one of their in-network shops. I called to take my car in for an estimate on a Tuesday and they told me if I left the car with them theyd have it ready by Friday. I told them the insurance hadnt gotten back to me, but since I had a claim number they said theyd take care of it for me! Sure enough they hooked me up with a rental car and I was on my way. I also had a rear door handle that was broken and they gave me a fantastic price (about $300 cheaper than the dealership) to fix that as well. They had it all done by Friday mid-morning!Overall my experience was one of the best Ive ever had with a mechanic - and because they handled the insurance for me, I didnt even have to deal with that! If youve been in an accident and need body work, AMM should be your first stop. Ask for Antony - he was super friendly and helpful for me!

I just had a great experience at AMM. I had a very minor issue with my bumper cover. Billy took a look at it. I told him I was paying for it out of pocket and that I wanted to minimize my cost. He solved my problem for less than $100. The repair took less than an hour, the work looks great, and he even did a little something extra on another part of my car. I am super-impressed with this shop and will definitely try them again in the future.

I would give these people 0 star if possible. I have white truck with matte black trim and got my front and back bumper from them and they put glossy black i stead of matte black. I asked the staffs if they were aware of the color and they started to arguing with me and tried to hustle me. Go here to get your vehicle fixed if you want to waste your time and energy.

Good work, but we were overcharged on parts.Sent them a link on where to get the parts I wanted for our repair at a discounted rate (over $100 off) and was charged full price. Very happy with the repairs though. Still probably won’t use them again though.

It all started when I had a collision with my 2016 Infiniti Q50.As anyone that had an accident, you are not usually in a great mood going through insurance and getting your car repaired. My insurance sent a list of recommended repair places that they would provide free warranty. Obviously i can go where I want, but I gave it a look. Went through several of their top choices and checked for online reviews from several places. Many were dreadful. Finally came across AMA in Cedar Park and they had good reviews, so I decided to go with them.Jason greeted me and told me the process and what they were going to fix. Everyone was extremely friendly and had the information that I needed, ready to go. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes when I dropped the car off.Just 3 days later, I get a call from Jason, telling me that my Infiniti is ready to go. I was shocked it was ready so fast. When I got there, the car was looking like it was new again. The repairs were done perfectly and looked great. On top of that, the car was as clean as it has been since I got it. The pick up process was about as fast and painless as the drop off and again I was in and out in around 10 minutes.Would recommend to anyone.

I was experiencing my car door locking, sticking, and almost impossible to open from the inside or outside. This was a scary thought not being able to get out of my car in an emergency. I took it to AMM Collision because the previous owners had done some repairs. I didnt realize it had sold. Joe Sutherland immediately took over, and within 30 minutes, my door was working fine. A bolt had fallen off. He was extremely nice and accommodating, and he didnt even charge me. If I ever have any more body repairs to be done, Im going to AMM Collision at 700 N. Fabulous service with a Texas touch. Due to Google Maps error I drove into AMM Collision Repair parking lot in search of a car wash/auto detailing place that no longer existed. When I explained that I had driven my Florida-plated vehicle up from Guadalajara to sell it (and knew nothing about Austin) the manager of AMM, Cory, took the time to tell me where to go to get a good detailing, and also advised me where to sell my RAV4 with a minimum of hassle. Not only that, but Cory went out to look over my car and took the time to buff out some small scratches and touch up the exterior-no charge!--to make my vehicle more presentable.Thank you Cory, AMM Collision, and Texas hospitality!

This is the worst shop I’ve taking a car to get repaired no communication from them and they’ve had my car for over 2 weeks and it was supposed to be done today but now they’re saying Friday hopefully if the bumper is right because apparently this is the 3rd bumper they ordered I knew I should’ve took it to T-rex body shop.. Never again!!!!!
