Great place. Super attentive and friendly and were always quick to keep me updated and honest! Jake and Erin were awesome. Truck looks amazing as well. Better than when I bought it :)

I still see some damage that was not repaired. The truck was worked on for over a month. When I picked it up, the model plating was missing and they had to glue it on while I waited. Was not placed in the correct area. They had to respray the bed liner after cracking it. Didnt do the tail gate so it looks terrible. Also, the inside of my truck was extremely dirty and dusty from being worked on. Already have caught a cold from it. Just not completely satisfied with the whole experience.

I didn’t have real choice considering they are the only certified acura body shop in the area. The only reason I give them a 3 rating is communication. When I would call and be told I would get a call back but I would have to call them back. I was also told car wouldn’t be ready at 4:00 on Friday afternoon and it wasn’t ready until the next Friday. I felt like I had to stay on them to get my vehicle into the shop, paint booth, Sensors finalized etc

They took care of my hail damage. Good match on my pearl white paint. A little slow but Im sure it was from all the volume they were handling in the area.

I was nervous about bringing my 14 Toyota Camry Hybrid in for repairs after I had my accident as the cedar park location did have some bad reviews. However, after realizing that many of the bad reviews were over a year old I decided to give them a chance. Stephen and one other (I forget his name) were awesome. Every step was simple, quick and quite efficient. I received an estimate for the repair and scheduled a drop off time for the car. When I dropped off the car, an enterprise rep was right there to drive me to the enterprise location. 5 minutes after arriving at enterprise I had my rental car and was good to go. Throughout the repair process I received automated messages giving me updates on the repair and reminded me of the shops phone number just in case I had specific questions. When the repairs were complete, I received a call letting me know everything was done. Once I had dropped off the rental car at enterprise, an enterprise rep drove me back to the Caliber Collision, I paid the deductible for my insurance and 5 minutes later I had my car back looking good as new. Stephen went over what they had done and before he left to help someone else, made sure he had answered all my questions. Overall Im very satisfied with the work that was done and Caliber Collision did an awesome job keeping me informed and ensuring the whole repair process was transparent. Ive attached pictures of before and after. Definitely recommend this place!

My insurance company uses Caliber and I was chatting with Marcie trying to set up an appt. She was incredibly rude and had the worst manners. If youre looking for a company that is great at actively pissing off new customers, go here.

The body work was horrible! I could have done a better job myself watching YouTube videos! I will go out of my way to keep others from making my mistake- I’ve secured another body shop that is Toyota certified and they will be starting over from the ground up to make this right- Caliber will never touch one of my cars again!

I used the shop to repair my car. When I picked up my car after about one month, I found 2 issues: 1) uneven inconsistent gaps between the rear liftgate and the bumper and also the rear window seam; 2) new scratches on the rear bump (a brand new one they installed) and the quarter panel (I suspected it was scratched when they installed the new bumper). I reported the issue. A staff agreed to fix only the scratches, but said there was nothing they could do to adjust the gaps. But they did not admit it was their fault and did not make apology, which made me unhappy. They just said they would take care of the issues. I asked how many days? The staff said 2 days. But it turned out that it took totally 12 days just to fix the scratches they made!! During the 12 days, I pinged the shop many times querying when my car would be ready. The staff did not apologize, but just telling me that he would notify me when my car was ready. I sensed that the staff did not put the warranty support as high-priority task not to mention that their customer support sucks! That is the last straw! I wont use the shop again.Here is the updated story after I posted my Google review about this Caliber Collision location. Caliber Collision posted a response in Google review to my Google review on May 28th asking me to email their support. I did and sent them the photos of the issues. Then on 06/03/2021, a manager of this Caliber Collision location contacted me saying that he would investigate my complaints and asked me to send him the photos of the issues I complaint and the history of my text message communications with their staff. I did that on 06/07/2021. But I heard nothing back from the manager since then even after I pinged him twice in emails. But just no response at all, absolutely no response! It is just wasting time to deal with their support.

I took my vehicle here following a collision to get work done and everyone was so helpful and friendly during the entire process. I got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner and the workmanship was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing body repair for their vehicle.

Tried to get my car repaired here, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back, and I was told that the person that scheduled appointments was gone for the day, and that they would take my information and call me first thing in the morning. Called back and was told that they needed to check and see if they could schedule me, but my insurance might be an issue, and that they were booked over a month out. I can’t even get my car in. Thanks for nothing.

Caliber helped make my week old car new again. I was kept informed and feel very comfortable with the work. The windshield on my car had to be calibrated to detect lane position, lead car distance/speed, and many other things. They did a great job making sure everything was done perfectly.

I was very pleased with the customer service and repair completed at Caliber Collision. They kept me informed throughout the process. Got my car fixed and back to me almost a week earlier than the original estimate, did an amazing job, super communicative! They even vacuumed the floors which I absolutely did not expect them to, it might have just been part of the Covid-19 cleaning procedures but it was still very nice!

Quality of the repair was great, but that should be the standard for a body shop or even a business.Insurance and the body shop originally quoted me a 4-5 day repair- after one week I receive a text saying it would be another 2 weeks until the car is ready. Over the 3 week repair I have 3 separate phone calls that each gave me a different finish date, and excuse for the delay.On the day of my pickup (date from the text I received two weeks prior, and per a phone call the day before saying it was ready) I arrive and am informed that my car hasn’t even begun the reassembly process.

Did a wonderful job fixing our SUV and restoring it to its pre-accident condition. They are very professional and a certified repair shop for Acuras. Could stand to improve on the communication front, but they are super busy, and after I got my car back, I could see why.

Started off with some miscommunication and it took longer than estimated to complete the repairs. The good news......the regional manager personally called and went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly and the job was done right. When everything goes smoothly from the beginning, most people forget the whole experience. A company that truly cares about their customers is ultimately measured by how they handle situations when things go south. Caliber Collision stepped up and took care of business. Charlie was amazing! He constantly updated me throughout the repair process and was highly professional. The paint looked excellent after repairs, but unfortunately, after the first time the car was repaired, the bumper was slightly misaligned and the headlight was defective. I had called Charlie, and he immediately ordered a new headlight and let me know as soon as it got in, so they could replace it and fix the bumper. He stayed true to his word, and got those fixed in the same day the headlight came in. They also had their driver Sean pick me up and drop me off, who was also very kind and patient. This is an organization that understands the importance of communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Ive been twice. I had to go back the second time because Harry made the hassle as painless as possible and was very good with communication. The second time around, Chris really stepped up to help me out with a scratch on a Tacoma. Not only did he get me in the same day but in within an hour even though he was busy. He too was great with communication and I think the overall service he provided was a few steps above what is typically encountered in any kind of business. Ill definitely go back a third time when needed.

Took my vehicle here for repair to the rear bumper and tail lens. When I got my vehicle back, the wrap around rear bumper DOES NOT match the rest of the vehicle. I pointed it out to the employee that was doing the walk around with me and he assured me that it was because it is plastic and in a week or so it would match. This didnt make much sense to me, but being late Friday afternoon and no longer with a rental car, I took it home. Then when putting the car seat back in, the gas shocks that hold the rear hatch up dont work anymore. Probably because they left it open for three days straight (the employees words, not my own). When I pointed this out to him he assured that he would have some ordered from Toyota and call me when they were in. No call. I called them, Let me look into this and I will call you back. No call. So first, they didnt blend the paint with the surrounding body parts, probably because they didnt want to paint it on the vehicle. And second, when they left the hatch open for days, overworking the shocks, they didnt make good on their word to replace the parts. The shocks is a cheap lesson for me to not do business with these jerks, but the paint is there to stay.

I had work done at Caliber in Killeen and they released my vehicle back to me with paint over spray and loose molding. I brought it to this Cedar Park location and the GM is fixing those issues from the other shop. Customer service at its best. Thanks!

It’s not often you run across customer service that goes beyond to correct a mishap. I took my car here to be repaired and when finished went to pick it up. The receptionist had misinformed me and the car had been taken to the Marble Falls location. It was now after hours and the car was needed for work, NOW. I drove to Marble Falls and got the car. The workmanship was excellent, and the car was cleaned. I made a fuss about the drive and was given an apology. But, the Manager came to my front door to make the apology. INCREDIBLE!I highly recommend this location..Caliber Collision, Cedar Park.

A 4 day job took over 3 weeks and depending on who you spoke to at Caliber Collision you got totally different stories on why it was taking over 3 weeks to replace a bumper cover..ridiculous

Still waiting on parts for my vehicle, said I would get a call when they came in and have had no call, no communication. Been waiting for over a month. Parts waiting on is a symbol on the front of my car (which is damaged) and a filter by the front right tire.

This company does not accept cash. I refuse to do business with companys that dont take cash as they are promotinga cashless society which then we will lose ourfreedoms. I will never use this business again due to this issue.

I brought my Mustang in to be repaired after somebody backed into it, these guys took great care of me. A very nice young gentlemen even gave me a ride to get my rental car. Michael was my service advisor and he kept me updated the entire time my car was there, great customer service! They got my car in and out in 2 days and they did a great job. I will deffintly use them in the future if I need any more repairs.

I made an appointment for an estimate on my daughters truck. Its an old truck and I wanted to get it looking better for her now that she is about to be 16. Stephen Torres was the service advisor helping me and he took the truck and buffed the outside and cleaned it up, for free! I was amazed at the quality of costumer service and will be returning for any body work we may need on our vehicles.

Great experience! Unfortunately back in August I was in a minor accident.   My fairly new SUV had significant damage.   My insurance company gave me several shops that I can take it to.  I liked the reviews I read on this particular location so I took it in.  The lady that answered the phone was friendly and very helpful.   She got me in ASAP and made arrangements for my loaner car.  The gentleman Michael Tyner was AMAZING! He is very thorough and explains everything very well.  He kept me updated with the whole process.  I was definitely happy with the end results.  My SUV looks great! After I got my vehicle I noticed that the headlights needed an adjustment and Michael was quick to respond.   A few months later now and still he is very helpful.   I called this morning to inquire about a strange sound I had noticed with the steering wheel.   He was quick to offer to take it in and he could guide me as to what it could be and recommend a place to have it looked at.  It sounds like its simply maintenance that my SUV needs and nothing to do with the repairs.  He reassured me that my SUV was fine.  Great guy! My car was repaired by Caliber and the repairs themselves were quite good, although the new bumper does not exactly match the car 100%. My low rating is because they use a water based paint on their repairs which takes 90 days to cure. That means no car washes for 90 days! And since I live in Austin where its illegal to wash your car at home (the fines are hefty, too), that means my entire car will be ruined by the end of the 90 days. I live on a tree lined street, with trees over the driveway. I work in an office with an entirely tree-shaded parking lot. That means lots of bird and tree droppings. I usually wash my car weekly, in a commercial car wash. But that will remove their paint! So....because of their materials, either my entire finish on a 3 year old car will be trashed in 90 days (Texas heat plus droppings) or I will have to pay out hundreds of dollars in fines. Their response? Oh well.

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my dealer due to having paint spilled on my care everywhere. Harry at Caliber Collision took care of me. He had the techs examined the problem and actually removed most of the paint near the wheels with high pressure wash, and recommended me to use a specific chemical to remove the spilled paint on the door. He is so kind, and not like many other business people who try to rip you off. Highly recommend Caliber Collision and Harry. BTW, he spent more than 30 min with my case, but charged me NOTHING!

I went in to set up an appointment for estimate of needed repairs today. The attitude of the reception staff was like I was a burden. She stated that I need to set up an appointment and they could not do an estimate for repairs until the end of the month, It is the 10th today. I understand that they are busy but the non verbal as well as verbal attitude was enough for me to walk out and find another body shop. It must be great to be so busy but with that attitude they will lose more than just my business.

I visited this location of caliber collision after a minor collision where the damage affected my bumper, right front light, fender pushed...The staff is very friendly and professional. They took the time to looking into details, provide clear explanation, interact directly with my insurance. Due to the number of car wrecks per month in Austin, they have a lot of work. So, you can expect a bit of a delay compare the best case scenario. But they communicate clearly about it. Anyway my car looks like new.

Fixed my husbands car, and while our car was at their repair shop, it was one of several cars that got thrown rocks at and got damaged again. But caliber collision took care of it and us again.

This place is the lousiest business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My car was side swiped by an allstate client and this is where they sent me for repairs. The body work they did was half assed. Not only that, but they screwed up the computer on my car. 3 weeks later and no contact no anything.Update: They finally called after a month and getting Allstate involved. Still one star till we see what happens next...........Update: They ended up getting the repairs done right. Still took too long. But Ill raise to 3 stars

I had the misfortune to have my 2015 Acura MDX repaired twice here. First incident was a rear bumper cover replacement from a parked collision, the other to fix a door side-swipe. Estimates were accurate and they dealt with the other parties out-of-state insurance and other incident was an out-of-pocket repair which was spot on. Both times my vehicle was ready on the date promised. Shop is close to Enterprise for quick pick up & drop offs. Very professional staff and high quality work. They take high-resolution photos on estimates, work fast through email and phone.
