Crazy time to by a vehicle for sure, that said Cedar Park did a wonderful job and took care of me. Jeremy was super transparent about pricing and of course with a deposit put down, would not let anyone sit in it until I got to look at it. And many folks were interested. Great touch! Although you are not going to get thousands off just by asking they listened to my offers, made some concessions where they really did not have to. My guess is they are trying to earn a customer, not just sell a car. Advice is take your time, be educated, and enjoy the experience. Let it take the better part of the afternoon so you get to know the dealership, service, and how the car works. There is value in that for sure.

I had the best experience at Cedar Park Nissan than I’ve ever had at any car dealership! My Salesman Luis made sure to take care of me my entire visit! And he genuinely wanted to sell me any car that I WANTED! He didn’t ask for my credit score and immediately try and sell me on something i didn’t want! Double the work time they tell you. Friendly service but an oil change and state inspection should not take 3.5 to 4 hours... I had an appointment at 2, came in 10 minutes earlier. Its now 5:56 and still waiting... Was told 20 more minutes almost an hour ago.Updating my previous 5 star review to 3...Nissan is taking care of my bill today. Im so hungry now. Two more minutes until I can get my car...

I’ve been waiting for over two hours for a SCHEDULED oil and filter change. My appointment was at 1:15 and I was just told that they are JUST NOW about to change the oil! I’ve been here for over two hours! Why make an appointment if it’s going to take this long?Update - was finally able to pick it up at 4:15 and at least they didn’t charge me for it. I gave them another star for that.

Very poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone. I have been on hold for over 12 minutes every time I have called. Called in because my service guy never contacted me to let me know what was going on. We had to drive back to the dealership to find out that they wanted us to leave our car. We paid for a diagnostic but have still not received a copy of the diagnostic. We went back two days after leaving our car and removed it from them. They replaced the recall item without any trouble. When we went back to pick up our car they couldn’t find it. I am not sure what is going on there but it is t good. They do not know the meaning of customer service. We came from Utah where Steven Wade Dealership knows how to take care of their customer. Hopefully today I will be able to get a copy of our diagnostic which we paid for. Need to find a better dealership for repairs.

Im riding around with huge smile. Was looking for a New to me car and was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. Got a call from Armando after leaving a request online. Well when I got there the car i wanted was still there but Armando said before you test drive I have another car you might like better! He was 100% correct. I got lots of buttons and all the bells and whistles. The only other thing I could want is a driver! Scott got me in the office fast and all paperwork completed in about 20 minutes. I was so excited about how fast and friendly they both were. Im still really excited about my New to Me car. And for sure will be going to Cedar Park Nissan for all my service needs. I am a simple guy and dont know much about the car. I put 100% of my trust in my salesperson and didnt check the car. Bought the car same day within few-hours by listening him. I didnt know the difference between tinted and non-tinted windows. I was told that my car has tinted windows and door edge guard from caltex for which I was charged extra as a add-on over the base price. I brought the car and one of my friends had also bought the same car from different location. He showed me how the tinted window look like on 1st day. I called my salesman to talk about it. Initially, he said that for base model, tinted window doesnt look like that great without looking my car which was parked right in front of the entrance. Luckily, another salesman was working on different car and I insisted to look at my car, then he figured out it wasnt tinted. He called the tint technician and fixed it. I didnt say anything. After, 4-5 days my friend told me that my cars door doesnt have any door edge guard. I called him again, then he responded me as if he is doing me favor by going to fix it. Man, I have my college, job, kids and family and I put 100% of my trust on him without checking anything. Then, this is how I should be treated in return? He tried to convince me without apologizing assuming I would take it easy. But, it hurt my feelings. Its not about money but about someone trying to take advantage of your innocence. Once, I said I want to talk to your manager, then he changed his voice. If my friend didnt see it, I wouldnt have known it. There could be other things that is not installed as it should be. English is my 4th language and I dont speak fluently, people like him, try to take advantage of it. I wish Nissan had a system that do not let salesman take advantage of innocent customer.

Would recommend Cedar Park Nissan if you are looking for a vehicle. I went to Cedar Park Toyota & Round Rock Toyota and they really didnt seem like they wanted to help me. It was just like buying groceries from retail store. There was no communication from service advisor. He didnt call once service was done, just sent a txt msg. Even when I went to pick up, he didnt spend time to explain what is performed and what other services required and why. He just asked to put thats it. I have been in other Nissan service center in north Austin. They are so good and helpful through all time during my car service.

This is first time, brought my car for service, always had been Town North Nissan. Overall, I would prefer Ceder Park Nissan much better. Although it was not perfect, waited little too long than originally committed, overall I am satisfied their service. It seems to me they are trusted. Realized at 1:15 pm today that my Cedar Park Nissan free oil change coupon runs out on 4 October, so got online to make an appointment. They could get me in at 2 pm, so I flew over there and got taken care of right away. Nothing free about the service I ended up getting, but it was all necessary/recommended -- and they zeroed out the cost of the oil change in the final price! Brittany took care of everything with a couple of progress reports and I was out within about 90 mins. Excellent service and treatment by everyone involved. I had bought my car used from a friend but Cedar Park Nissan never treats me like anything but a valued customer. Definitely coming back!

Ok my first experience with them was HORRIBLE it was so bad I was considering walking away from a $500 deposit just because I didn’t want to do business with them, but I won’t explain any further because I want this review to be a good one. I went in last night and the sales rep CHRIS WAS AMAZING!!! He made me feel like I could trust him, I didn’t feel like he was just trying to get me in a car (if he was I couldn’t tell lol and I’m usually good at that) he was transparent about everything up front. My 2 year old niece doesn’t like anyone new and for some reason she loved Chris. He was polite, considerate, when he didn’t have an answer he found out and didn’t just lie to me, he was trying to get me in and out as fast as possible, and the most important he didn’t make me feel he was doing me a favor. After working with Chris I was congratulated by Eduardo and continued the process with him of signing all the papers, and he was wonderful as well, he answered any questions I had, he was pleasant as I signed allllllll the papers lol, and he didn’t make me feel like I was just 1 among the many customers he see a day. Even if I am 1 among many there is a big difference in how a customer feel and I didn’t feel like that with Chris and Eduardo. I was going to leave another horrible review but those 2 saved Cedar Park Nissan and erased the horrible service I got before. Thank you Chris and Eduardo!! IF ANYONE ELSE CONTACT YOU AFTER YOU INQUIRE ABOUT BUYING A CAR I SUGGEST YOU ASK FOR CHRIS!! Oh and aside from being a great sales rep, he has style too lol!

I do not enjoy the car buying experience at all but Jeremy w/ Cedar Park Nissan saved me from all the pain. I have never, ever had such a smooth transaction. I AM ONE HAPPY CAMPER! Hope to see Jeremy and Cedar Park Nissan again in 2 years when the new Ariya coming out in a couple of months establishes the excellent track record we have seen 1st hand with the LEAF. I would NOT recommend working with Cedar Park Nissan. One of their employees Adrianna reached out to me about a car I was selling online.This dealership is pretty far from where I lived so I told her, I am not willing to go below an XYZ sale price for this car, but if that was an acceptable price then I would drive the car out to them. She said they would be interested and then set up a time for me to come to her dealership.I took the time off of work to drive there and after about 35min of waiting she came out and offered me almost half of what we originally agreed to online. I told her that I would not be accepting that deal and I was upset she had me drive all the way there if she wasnt going to pay the number we agreed to. She didnt express any apologies.I left feeling like I had not only wasted a large portion of my day but that the staff at this dealership had no respect for me or my time.If they reach out to you, I would not recommend trying to sell your car to this dealership.

I was looking for a Jeep Trailhawk with a V6 engine which is harder to come across and I didnt want to drive far to get one. Im so excited to have found the perfect one at Cedar Park Nissan! The price was fair and the vehicle looked practically new even though it was a 2017. My husband and I showed up to our first appointment and unfortunately there had been a miscommunication and the vehicle wasnt available to view yet. Alex Flores, our sales representative was very apologetic and offered to reach out when it was done being serviced and promised to give us first dibs on viewing it once it was done. He followed through and made sure we got to see before anyone else. Alex was very friendly and professional. He never made me feel pressured into buying. The buying process altogether was very quick and easy. The only thing I would say was communication wasnt the best initially on the availability of viewing the vehicle and following up on a few things, after purchasing, but overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend Alex Flores and Cedar Park Nissan!

I drive to Cedar Park for my service when the Round Rock dealership is literally around the corner from my home. The staff in Cedar Park Nissan are always upbeat and friendly and above all there is no upselling. Bought a new 2021 Nissan Rogue from Derek Butler at Cedar Park Nissan and all in all it was a smooth, pleasant experience. Derek was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicle and gave us a good overview of its features and functions during our initial test drive. Several days later after we had made a decision and chosen a vehicle from their online inventory he quickly made an appointment that same day, accompanied us on a test drive of our selected vehicle and expanded on the previous description of the various features. Once we confirmed our interest he quickly got us an offer on the Rogue and a valuation for our trade in which was competitive.Once we committed financing was handled quickly and painlessly (offered the usual extended warranty options but no hard sell pressure). We were able to drive our new Rogue home after Derek gave us a quick final walk through and initial setup.One of the more enjoyable vehicle purchases I’ve made out of many.

I just bought my second Frontier from this dealership. Cedar Park Nissan was chosen this time because of the excellent service and other assistance that I have received from it.I traded in my 2019 Frontier that only had 11,000 miles on it. This was a great truck and served me well.However, I saw a lot of publicity about the new 2022 Frontier regarding the new features it has. I did some research on it and decided to consider purchasing one. I went by the dealership and spoke with Jeremy Hicks. Jeremy was very helpful and provided information that I requested. At the time the dealership had not received a 2022 Frontier.On September 1 the first 2022 Frontier was received by Cedar Park Nissan. I met with Jeremy on the 2nd. He was great. Jeremy showed me the truck and pointed out many of the new features it. He also provided information to help in my decision regarding the purchase the truck. At no time did Jeremy pressure me to make the purchase. I highly recommend Jeremy for his excellent assistance.Also, the dealership and I were able to agree on a sale that was reasonable for me.Based my first purchase and this one, I will continue to be a repeat customer of Cedar Park Nissan.

She was very accommodating of our schedule, and very knowledgeable about the car and answering all our questions. I have never had a good experience car shopping with the constant sales pressure, however Andrea made us feel welcomed and relaxed, allowing us to make a decision freely. Service advisor was pleasant to work with. The service took a little longer than expected sure to an equipment issue but I was kept informed.

I had to inform the advisor about the services that my LEAF needed as he had no clue about how to service LEAFs. The service manager on a previous visit promised a free maintenance next time. I did not receive it. I am not sure why I should be taking my LEAF to the dealership anymore. I was expecting more. Even the advisors between each other - in front of me - were not sure about some packages that they offered.

This dealership is clean and their waiting area is nice, and booking my appt online was easy. I was frustrated the other day when I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 7:30, early enough that I was positive I’d get in and out quickly and be to work by 9:00. I was told an oil change and tire rotation would take an hour and a half. Who takes an hour and a half for an oil change?? Then I was asked if I wanted to add on a 60,000 mile service, I initially said no, because now I’m already going to be there for an hour and a half, the service tech assured me it wouldn’t take any longer, and he’d have me out of there as quickly as possible. So I said ok. He was wrong. I waited for 2 hours.I would like for them to put on their website how long a service will take. It wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me, but I would have been able to plan better. Who wants to sit in a dealership for 2 hours?

Overall I was happy with my experience at Cedar Park Nissan. Alex was helpful though there were a few lags in timing. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state and the paperwork took longer than it should have. When I finally got the vehicle it was clean and ran well.

I drove to Cedar Park Nissan from San Antonio to look at a used Sequoia. The experience was great until the price discussion. It was listed for sale on carfax.com for $31,600. The salesman looked up the price and it came back at $32,900 plus $995 in dealer add-ons ($2,295 more than what was posted on carfax.com). Unfortunately, I did not print the price I saw on Carfax 3 hours earlier, and it had changed to $32,900 when I looked at it again sitting in front of the salesman. It definitely felt like a price switch to me. The excuse I got was that Carfax shows a discounted price if you finance and/or have a trade in. That is not posted anywhere on carfax.com BTW. They helped a little on the price by dropping it by $300, and may have helped a little on the warranty side. I should not have signed the deal, but my family and I were desperate for a car as our previous family car had died 6 weeks prior. When I got home from Austin, I still had the tab open with the $31,600 sale price that I then sent to the salesman to see if they would be willing to refund based on the posted price. I didnt really expect them to honor it, but wanted to see what their response would be, and give them a chance to make it right. Unfortunately, they said they couldnt do anything since we signed the deal.

Had help from Daniel there on 9/10/21 to buy a new 2021 Rogue. My man knocked it outta the park. Go see him for other vehicles as soon as possible.

I heartily recommend you ask for Chris Masters. He is excellent. He listens to what you are looking for in a vehicle and then makes suggestions and explains the features that best suits you. Not pushy at all and makes the shopping and buying a very pleasant experience. Also, the manager Scott was very helpful in getting just the 2021 Rogue we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Best car dealership I have ever used.
