Moved here from North East. Used to live a block away from Graeters Ice Cream in the Columbus OH area. Now go here every weekend for ice cream. Friendly service and great ice cream.

We went there today for the first time and it impressed my girlfriend and me a lot. Nice, helpful staff, a good clean place, and great ice cream. I got a sundae with double chocolate chip ice cream and it was outstanding. She got a waffle cone with strawberry ice cream. The ice cream is legit and has a good consistency and the fudge was excellent. Wed definitely go back again!

The people were incredibly pleasant. However, the Graeters Ice Cream just did nothing for me. Being from Ohio we have come across it many times, but something was off about all 5 flavors we got. Wish I had a better report.

Yum! My husband loves raspberry and chocolate and their ice cream did not disappoint. I had the cinnamon. It was like a frozen horchata! The strawberry was delicious And well so was pretty much all the flavors we tried. try the waffle taco! So good!

We moved here from Cincinnati so we had to stop in for our Graeters fix last night. So many yummy flavors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!!

We tried the Salted Caramel, Chocolate Chips and the Madagascar Vanilla ice creams and all were quite good. Plan to return to try seasonal choices like Peach, etc.

Ice cream: The Dutch milk chocolate ice cream had a very unique taste and was very tasty. You cannot add in unlimited mix ins like you can at other ice cream joints and toppings are not really needed since there isn’t any plain ice cream option. Good quality ice cream! You can choose from waffle cones or bowls. The decor was very chill and felt homey & the staff was friendly as well!

Super tasty! Not too sweet so that you feel sick after 3 scoops. (Tee hee) Was loving the chocolate pieces in the different flavors. Not calling them chips, because they were delicious chunks of smooth dark chocolate. Sampled the maple cinnamon after finishing all our ice cream, and it was honestly the best! Workers were all delightful, too!

Graeter’s ice cream in Austin...doesn’t get much better than that. Black Raspberry Chip is our family’s favorite. Love this place for its charm, the staff is friendly, and the homemade waffle cones are an extra treat.

She told me I need to wear a filtered regular mask which I can totally understand, this is a rule.However she was talking with her friends who were not wearing a mask that time, and a bunch of people everywhere in the shop who were not wearing a mask as well. I kindly said that I covered my face with my t-shirt which is better than nothing and their situation. She told me that They are eating and I need a filtered mask!Are you guys asking if masks are filtered or not all the customers? Some of them are wearing fabric masks which does not make any sense, some of them using paper masks. Nobody cares.She could be smart and ask me to go outside and she could get my order while I was outside. She didnt even try to be polite or problem solver.As you see, getting cheaper workers is not always an advantage for the employers.

We almost drove past this place (there is a sign by the street that literally says this too ha!) and decided to drop in. The signature ice cream on a waffle bowl was delicious!! I would recommend that versus in the cup because the crunch is a good pairing with the dough bites. Otherwise, it can be a little too chewy, but still tasty nonetheless. A great little shop to support!

The ice cream comes from Cincinnati Ohio. They have sorbet and about 10 choices of good ice cream flavors. Sea Salt Carmel is very good. Lots of teenagers late in the day since this is close to several Cedar Park schools. Would be nice if they had a place to sit outside.

I moved from Ohio because I loved Austin, but there was always something missing...Graeter’s ice cream.Soop & Score, and more specifically Alex & Angie, you have now completed my transition to Texas.After 7 years in Austin, I finally feel at home.For all the Native Texans, we realize we’ve caused a lot of traffic problems by flooding Austin from the Midwest, please accept a pint of Buckeye Blitz as a sign of our thanks for making room for us. We really needed the sunshine and warm weather. But in all fairness your ice-cream scene here sucked before Graeter’s.Please do yourself a favor and grab a few pints of double chocolate chip, it will help you through the next slow commute down Mopac.

My family and I moved out to the Leander area a few months ago and we discovered this place while exploring and what a great find. We really have enjoyed the blend of coffee shop and ice cream parlor rolled into one. The ice cream is fantastic and their coffee is good too. I think weve come here at least once a week for the past 3 months...its a mild addiction weve created.The daughter enjoys watching the variety of movies that they constantly playing in the background while the adults sit around and talk.Get their affogato, its really good. My preference is Coffee ice cream Affogato.

They dropped the ice cream right off at our clubhouse and provided us with a freezer bag to keep the ice cream cold. We definitely look forward to working with them in the future! I visited this cute shop on a busy Saturday evening. The young lady who waited on me was very welcoming, even though she was busy. There was a great variety of flavors to choose from. After sampling a couple flavors, I chose the black raspberry chocolate chip in a waffle cone. It was probably one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had and the cone was fresh and flavorful. I definitely recommend trying this place!

I really enjoyed the strawberry and the consistency. The way they make the ice cream was an interesting story to hear, too.

The ice cream here is just about the best Ive ever had. The only place Ive ever had better ice cream was a little cow farm in New England that made it fresh from the cream every day and only sold locally.The flavors are intense, but not overwhelming. Its hard to explain, but you can even taste that theres not processed ingredients or preservatives used. Its the only place around that serves Graeters.

Yummy! Had the affagato, espresso over ice cream. Can you say delicious?! So happy they have coffee too. My son opted for the raspberry sorbet, he really loved the color. Tasted very creamy for a non-dairy option. Not sure what the husband had as he ate it so fast I didnt even get a look. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating and a TV for a background movie. The nice lady working chose a Disney movie while we were there. We will surely return!

My first time visiting the shop on the evening of 9/12/18 and my boyfriend and I loved being able to try the variety of flavors. The young lady who helped us was polite and helpful. She reccomended the famous black raspberry chocolate chip. AMAZING FLAVOR BY THE WAY! Loved the chunky chocolate chips with the sweet black raspberry ice cream flavor! The young lady also told us about the upcoming pumpkin flavor coming out soon that I will be coming back for! (Love pumpkin!) Overall our first experience was great and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the young lady for her help with letting us try almost all the flavors and provided us with great service!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Scoop & Score has become the place that we compare all other ice cream places to, and pretty much nothing tops it! I dream about the waffle cones, they are incredible! My husband and I both swoon over that last bite at the bottom of the waffle cone, especially paired with the black raspberry ice cream - its just perfection.

The ice cream here is great like no other. The double chocolate was amazing and really had two different chocolate tastes. The Sundaes are great. The waffle cones are made fresh there and makes the place smell great. High quality dessert.

This place has a nice atmosphere and good customer service but when I went for dinner, they were very, very defiant to serve me what I wanted. I asked for a well-done steak and the young employee said I was crazy. They did eventually comply but after I had to threaten with police force. Back on the farm in Idaho steak and ice-cream is very common. Id recommend the world famous Steak it in My Cream shop where steak and ice cream is accepted together. I did get what I wanted but the steak was cold like the ice cream. The cashier was cute though, has nice bulge.

This place is great! I am not from the area, but needed to get some work done. I stopped by and the girl at the counter was so great! Super friendly and helpful (pretty blonde with freckles and a red shirt) and very professional. Sometimes I feel awkward sampling different things feeling like a bother to the staff, but she was so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to help me find something I wanted. My milkshake was so yummy! (I think chocolate cherry and blackberry combo) place had great internet and I loved sitting at the bar area.

When you first walk into the door you will smell the deliciousness of waffle cones and bowls being made in the back. They have an excellent selection of ice cream that is smooth and creamy. The raspberry chocolate chip was the best ice cream I have eaten in a long time and even beat out my favorite mint chocolate chip that I had gotten too. Excellent waffle bowl and it was still warm from the back. The customer service was excellent and I will come back soon.

The decor is inviting and adorable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The ice cream is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We will never go to another ice cream shop again, this will be our go to from now on!!!

Awesome ice cream shop! My chocolate milkshake was to die for!! My boys loved their flavors of ice cream as well ( chocolate chip cookie dough and black raspberry choc chip). Very friendly staff and very patient with our indecisiveness :) Will definitely go back...I’m not quite sure why it took us so long to try this place out.
